9181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 08, 2019, 09:50:38 AM
Tonight's games, both home teams are very dominant.
Currently watching the Nuggets vs Blazers game, Nuggets lead as much as 20 points and it's in the 4th quarter now with less time left.
I expect the Nuggets to win here and will command the series to 3-2.
Yeah no chance for the road team for the day especially the Raptors who won against the Sixers by almost 40 points (36 I think is the exact). Also the Denver dominated on their home and they won by 26 points. Good game for the home teams this day.

Just when we have close games and OT's, now we witnessed blow out games.

Tomorrow is the Celtics Bucks and the Warriors Rockets Game 5. I think the Bucks will close the series and clinch to the ECF. They have dominated the series against the Celtics and nobody can stop Giannis to be honest. On the other hand, I don't know who will win against the 2 because both of the teams are struggling on the road. If Steph and Klay's shots will fall down then they will win but on the other hand, if their shots doesn't fall down they will lose. Same with the Rockets.

I'm rooting for the Bucks to win tomorrow. And it's funny that there are news that Kyrie is believed to be leaving after this game or after the Bucks will eliminate them. GSW vs Houston is still unpredictable, very very close match so it's hard to say who will win the next crucial game. There are a lot of GSW fans here, so I will assume that majority wanted them to win and close out Houston next game.
9182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BINANCE -HACKED on: May 08, 2019, 09:23:21 AM
What are your thoughts on this https://www.coindesk.com/hackers-steal-40-7-million-in-bitcoin-from-crypto-exchange-binance??
For me there is something fishy about binance hacking.. and regarding justine sun post on twitter about depositing 7k BTC?hmmm

First off, Justin Sun is what we call Shill God, I mean he has been shilling TRX and BNB. Second, there has been speculation that the hacked could be an inside job, but we don't know for sure. Third, doesn't make sense for Justin to deposit 7000 BTC because the funds are covered by Binance by SAFU. Fourth, I believed that it's very sketchy but we don't have any proof of it, it's just speculation on our part.
9183  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance lost $40.7 million to hackers, which exchange is next!!! on: May 08, 2019, 04:52:33 AM
These hacks occur with regularity, and given that Binance is one of the largest exchanges in the world, it was bound to become a victim. Fortunately, Binance has a vast majority of its cryptocurrency in cold wallets, and has established a separate fund as insurance. So the victims of these attacks will be made whole. Hopefully the perpetrators will be caught and brought to justice. This is a reminder to keep cryptocurrencies off exchanges.

I think hackers are really targeting Binance for a long time because it is the top crypto trading platform and obviously lots of money to steal. But it takes like a careful and coordinate attack from those hackers before they can breach their system.

@killat - I guess it's always like that, from what I noticed, everything that we are making a good run, suddenly we will hear this kind of bad news. So it's hard to say it this is coincidence or not. We have to wait for the evidence from Binance. Or for all investigators out there, they can trail the supposedly wallet address/es.
9184  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance just lost 7000 BTC in a security breach on: May 08, 2019, 04:34:07 AM
And, justin sun want to donate, oh, wait, cover the lost funds of binance, weird.

https://twitter.com/justinsuntron/status/1125932499761225728

That's a bad news with good news but 7000 such a huge amount of BTC and according to binance it's only 2% of their holdings.
And that's only 2% of their btc holdings, not to mention they have bnb tokens and other coins.

And there goes Justin the Shill God, Lol. The hacked funds are covered already according to CZ by their SAFU so why the heck Justin needs to bail them out?

I also have the same thoughts that Binance will be at least not within the reach of the hackers because of their tight security. Anyways, it just proved that no one is safe here and I just do hope that the price won't go on another downward spiral because of this news.
9185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season preparations on: May 07, 2019, 04:19:54 PM
If I'm in your shoes, I would put majority on bitcoin though. Nothing against altcoins but it seems that most of the coins you listed as just for pure pump and dump scheme. Why not go 60% of bitcoin and spread the next 40% of altcoins? I'm just curious though as to why you chooses those altcoins. Did you DYOR or just join the bandwagon? Anyways, I'm not good at giving financial advises, so best of luck to you and your investments.
9186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 07, 2019, 04:00:20 PM

Game 5 at Milwaukee, there is a chance it will end there.

That would be a big advantage for the Milwaukee bucks as they are rest early, the other series between the PHI vs TOR, might go to distance.
Joel Embiid is still questionable tomorrow, knee problem again and whichever wins this series, I think Bucks can still beat them in 5 or 6.
I think the Bucks will go all in in Game 5 and finished Boston Celtics. It will be sweeter to do that so that they will have a good rest prior to facing either Toronto or Philly. Of course, the coaching staff will also scout and will take this opportunity. So I'm also expecting the Bucks to complete their trip to the conference finals and it will be epic for the city of Milwaukee.
I do agree with that, if they will allow Celtics to win, this series might go game 7 as next game would be Celtics home court.
The way I see it, only luck could give Celtics a win in game 5, they have been dominated in the last 2 games and there's nothing new they've shown to win.

It is indeed luck for Celtics to win even just for game 5. The Celtics line up are good but they lack on hight which the buck has. They will have a hard time garding the Greek freak though because Horford is not enough to stop him. I would say goodbye Celtics and see you next season.
Yes, I thought that Celtics will do different in guarding Giannis. Actually they are successful in game 1, but it seems that Giannis was in mission, and wanted to show that he can carry this team on his shoulder. And the other good thing is that others are also contributing while Celtics is doing the opposite. It's just sad that their team last year was very different with Irving around.
9187  Economy / Speculation / Re: I know why Bitcoin is growing now! on: May 07, 2019, 03:26:00 PM
Has everyone heard a showdown around USDT? At the moment, Binance is buying bitcoin for tether to secure its funds. Have you seen how the amount of USDT decreases on Binance? How to see the volume of tether on the exchanges answer below?

I guess you need to research more. Binance has nothing to do with Tether whatsoever. No one cares about Tether though, what causes the price to grow is that there is more demand, simply as that. And there's a lot of good news like this, Fidelity Could Ignite the Next Bitcoin Rally.
9188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware when trading @ Kryptono - Stealing your identity? on: May 05, 2019, 01:37:23 PM
OP is informative for the traders to make aware people from any exchange which has such type of issue. I think everybody should know more about the exchange before depositing any fund. Sometimes people try to deposit panic for arbitrage trading without reading more information about the exchange. Most of the exchanges are asking for KYC now so obviously, always we should mind about KYC, without aware of the term and condition of any exchange trader can lose a huge amount. Thanks

I must've read their new update. That was posted about 11 Days ago by now. What I hate is that the reason they locked my account was because of a simple error on 2FA, I mean I've got the password and all other shit.

Also I didnt lose a huge amount. Im doing KYC so I won't lose a huge amount LOL

Good for you. But sadly though you have to go thru KYC procedures. Heck our local exchanges require us to do what they call "enhance KYC" verification. And I'm suspecting that if I didn't bulge and give the info, they called also lock my account for good. So no options for me because that exchange is the best so far from shifting my bitcoin to local fiat.
9189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin reach 6000 this month? on: May 05, 2019, 12:56:12 PM
It already reached 6000USD level on Bitfinex.
But I see that price is pretty diffrent if you would like to by Bitcoin by Tether or by other stable coins for example Paxos - the price may vary by a few percent.  Undecided

Nah, there's something wrong with Bitfinex, probably Tether investors are switching back to bitcoin on that exchange that's why the spread is too good to be true. So officially we haven't touch $6k yet this month as we are seeing another pullback at $5700. But it's doable though, the market sentiments has changed already and who knows, maybe next week we will see the price even above $6k.
9190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [VIDEO] - Bitcoin Ready To Explode Above $6,000 ? on: May 05, 2019, 12:26:12 PM
I don't know if bitcoin really breaks the $6k barrier already. As far as I know we did almost touch $5900 and then a pullback, but the thing is, it happen twice in span of 48 hours. Right now the price seems to hover just above $5700. But I'm expecting that this is just a healthy pullback and we might even touch $6k in the next coming days.
9191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Jacobs on: May 05, 2019, 12:07:32 PM
It was a closed decision by Canelo and unify the belt. The scores were 115-113, 115-113 and 116-112. All I can say? This could be a draw, 114-114.  Anyways, I think Jacobs did good in the early round to take the lead and Canelo may have overtaken it according to the judges in the later round, but that's just me and not taking anything from Canelo though.

I would have given a draw. Same was with GGG. Close fight, could be a draw, but the judges game win to Canelo, as for more famous and popular fighter.

I really thought that I was just the only person who see the fight as a draw. Yes, it was a close fight, but it was boring though, compare to Canelo vs GGG or GGG vs Jacobs. Gonna be interesting to see what will be the PPV numbers in this fight. Seems that it didn't generated enough buzz, although Canelo is the A side here and held during Cinco de Mayo, so let's see.
9192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 05, 2019, 10:43:26 AM
Sometimes I feel the people who share news about Craig-Wright on this forum are his paid shills. Like, why would he be the hero that you've to follow him religiously? I'm not even interested in reading that article. The headlines sound like this issue will be never ending just like all of his stupid claims.

I'm not a paid shill of Craig-Wright if that is what you insinuating here, and I don't consider him hero. On the contrary, if you look at my post history, everything that I shared is against CW, exposing him. So this is another expose of him, majority of us hated that guy for claiming he is Satoshi. Now he has a court battle but I agree that it will be never ending, but at least it's hard for CW to claim everything now as he will be under the microscope of the court and as others have wanted to see, him getting lock up for good.
9193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: does the bull market has started ?? on: May 04, 2019, 11:52:06 PM

BNB is already making a run since couple of months already, so I'm not surprised.

I believe that the market has recovered already for this year from around 3k at around February I think to around 5.5k at this moment but I don't think that this is a start of a new bull market. Bitcoin has managed its price to above 5k for the past week but I'm still waiting for a correction of it including altcoins and that is the time that I will accumulate more. I don't think this is a bull market right now.

I guess since it has recovered from its lows of $3200 and moving to $6K now, we can call it a bull run already. Actually first week of February was the start, wherein we see gains already, average of maybe around 3%-5% increased weekly. Not that bad and if ever we are going to see corrections along the way, it's going to be a healthy pullback, in my opinion.
9194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TIPS TO PROFIT DURING A BEARISH MARKET on: May 04, 2019, 11:17:06 PM
And it looks like we have seen the reversal of the market, the bear is out and the bull market has commenced. So for those who are worried and complaining that they can't make money in the bear market then it's time to change strategy. Don't bitch around but adjust your trading/investing plans because of the chance to recover what you have lost in the bearish cycle for more than a year.
9195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 04, 2019, 10:51:02 PM
Jokic literally played 65 minutes in a game, which I have to say is useless because if you tire Jokic out that much and not put Plumlee in you are just purely risking him for one win when you fully know he will be super tired second half of the next game as well. Kanter played a lot of minutes as well with an injury so it was literally hell for the bigs involved in the game. I just can't see next game as entertaining as this game, all players will be tired as hell and I would be under for the next game.
You've got a point there but either team really needed that win and it might be the turning point of the series. Incredible game specially for the bigs since they have to carry their weight for an additional 20 minutes which they are not used to. Guess there will be no practice for both teams as they will rest their very tired bodies Smiley.

Yes, those are incredible matches by the way, and what makes it more exciting is that we get to see it in the playoffs. I'm sure both fans are also exhausted in cheering for their favourite teams but I guess there's only one winner. Denver really needs to win the next game, whether they are all tired or not. They should give their 110% so they need to take a rest and just forgot what happen in the previous games and focus on winning the next game.

I accidentally price the spin button in a slot machine without thinking about my bet and it was too late because it was a max bet. Good thing I got a bonus spin, and damn those 10 free spins gave me huge winnings at the end, got 50x of my capital, cash in out and laughing my ass off. Grin
9197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin reach 6000 this month? on: May 04, 2019, 09:53:42 PM
in recent days bitcoin has begun to move up. can this month get a price of 6k or even higher?

We don't know what the future holds. But everything looks very good right now, the price is going strong at $5800

Last April, I saw many predicting the price of bitcoin will rise at a price of 5500 and that is proven. and will it be the same now.

Those who have predicted it knows that investors are back and pouring their cash. And even though there's no positive news, investors are confident now that we are in a bull run already, thus selling their alts and moving to bitcoin again. So I'm not surprised in the next coming days if $6k will be breach.
9198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 04, 2019, 02:12:42 PM
https://www.scribd.com/document/408636766/Wright-Motion

The court has ordered Craig Wright to produce the list of bitcoins owned as of December 31,2013 in the in the case of the estate of Dave Kleiman vs Craig Wright. So let us see how Craig will response on the decision of the court, he initially say that he can't get the information but the court think otherwise and ordered a "sua sponte".
9199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Stop chasing the "next" bitcoin on: May 03, 2019, 03:31:32 PM

Lol, this is so true. I urge everyone to really put the majority of your investments on bitcoin to avoid getting REKT in the future. Well, you can still invest on some altcoin but at least the your portfolio should be like more than half on bitcoin, just saying.
9200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 237: Namajunas vs. Andrade on: May 03, 2019, 02:54:26 PM
@nydiacaskey01. Anderson was the underdog versus Israel Adesanya.
Well I guess he really loves MMA that much that even though he is not head lining the main event, he still takes the fight. I hope he still bring that kind of fight that he has last time when he faced Adesanya. I think that kind of performance will be enough to beat Jared Cannonier.

Interested to see who will win between B.J. Penn vs. Clay Guida. Clay Guida last faught June 2018 and lost to Oliviera. His last win was November 2017 to Lauzon. as for BJ Penn, he is on a losing streak.

Hmm. Hard to see who's going to win but I will go with my boy here Clay Guida, his movement is unbelievable so I think he will used this one to his advantage. BJ Penn should retire, I don't know, he has nothing to proved. He is already a legend and we don't want to see him take more damage at this point of his career. Hope that we will hang his gloves win or lose here.
