921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Risk on: February 26, 2021, 01:25:59 PM
BTC is considered the safest (grain of salt here because crypto is still incredibly volatile).

So I think something conservative portfolio would be maybe 80 BTC/15 ETH/5 DIVI (BTC/ETH/altcoin of your choosing).

If I want a more aggressive portfolio, I need to lower BTC holding, up ETH a little, and up your third coin? Is it a good plan?
With about a grand in USD to gamble. I probably don’t want to spread myself much thinner than 3 coins of course.

IMHO, I believe that the three-coin portfolio is already good. But if you have still available funds to buy it's better to make it a five-coin portfolio, And just make sure that those coins are stable and for the better choose those top-ranking cryptocurrencies in the market. BTC, ETH, XLM, DOT, and BNB I'm holding three of those coins. except for ETH and BTC which is I think too expensive for me to afford.
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ATTENTION: Tron Support Team Are Scammers? on: February 26, 2021, 12:29:36 PM
I think Justin Sun is very active on Twitter just try to contact him, dont lose hope mate, As you said you are an early investor but the problem is the ICO finished a couple of years ago, thats why it is more complicated now, by the way, my question is why you didn't withdraw your TRX coins and transferred it into your own wallet I think that was also your mistake because most of ICO website was taken down after its purpose was done.
923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can't be used for transactions? on: February 25, 2021, 01:48:05 PM
From what I've read, Bitcoin now charges high transaction fee and long transaction wait time so it can't presently be used:

a) for a conversion from Bitcoin to cash?
or b) purchases using Bitcoin? Huh

I think its only temporary because of the Network congestion and if the Lightning Network will be widely implemented those slow transaction will be the only thing in the past, But for now that it is not yet widely implemented we can expect more slow transactions and higher transaction fees that directly affecting most of Bitcoin users so for small scale users the fees are high enough and impractical but for the whales its not a problem.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Downtimes during Panic Trading will cause the next Crypto Market Crash on: February 24, 2021, 01:40:20 PM
I am calling it today. Binance usually goes down during peak and panic trading, which makes fear and uncertainties grow bigger. Most volume is being handled by Binance world wide. We are in a sad state with all these beautiful decentralised crypto currencies, but we all went for one exchange plattform because of low fees and convenience.

I'm a Binance user and I think compared to other popular cryptocurrency exchange Binance handles the problem more efficiently, So with that reality, I can say that Binance is one of the most trusted and reliable crypto exchange in the market today, And the Influx of new users is the proof that Binance still a trusted crypto exchange service provider even it is centralized in nature. As one of the users just make sure that you are aware of the market movement so that if any unfortunate incident happens you are always ready.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk invest in Cardano? on: February 24, 2021, 01:09:18 PM
Is Elon Musk will invest in Cardano? I saw some Twitter posts that Elon will invest in Cardano(ADA). But I could not find any tweet from Elon.
Is it a rumor or true?

Mate its a very common thing in the crypto industry, The Shillers are often using popular names like Elon Musk, John McAfee, etc. thats why we should try to verify all of any given pronouncement or information if it is true or not because most of it is fake like this one I'm an Elon Musk follower and I dont see that kind of tweet in Elon's timeline.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum gas problem to be resolved in July on: February 23, 2021, 02:40:22 PM
Many of us are deservedly outraged by the high gas price that has recently been paid for moving ERC-20 and ethereum tokens. However, the solution to this problem is already approaching. In July, in about four months, as part of the improvements to Ethereum 2.0, it is expected that high gas prices will go away, if not forever, then for a long time.
Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1559 is the most anticipated improvement along with increased scalability for the network since the launch of ETH 2.0.
We hope that the staggering popularity of Ethereum will not only recover, but also soar to an unprecedented level.
Link:
https://beincrypto.com/ethereum-developers-eye-july-gas-saving-eip-1559-launch/

I hope so because if these problems stay for long I believe it might cost Ethereum a lot, Thats why they should find any immediate solution to the problem because many users are already pissed including me I wish to jump in BSC or Tron but my Holdings was still in ERC20 thats why I can't do anything for now but to wait and slowly released my token if the gas price was reduced.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: this eth congestion sucks almost 5 hours on: February 23, 2021, 02:22:36 PM
i have sent some erc20 token to binance. now almost 5 hours still going. am really fed up with this.... bsc is the best and trc20...  eth sucks

That was a new norm in the Ethereum Network nowadays and this problem will not stop until Ethereum 2.0 development is not yet fully implemented the Ethereum Network Congestion resulted in very expensive gas fees that affecting us small-time Ethereum Network users nevermind those whales they can take care of themselves. IMO, the only temporary solution is to migrate in BSC or in the Tron Network in the meantime until this problem persists in Ethereum Network.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why ETH dropped 20% from the high peak? Anyone knows? on: February 23, 2021, 02:12:52 PM
From USD2000 dropped down to USD1400 for only 2 days?

Anyone knows what is happened?   Cry

Thats how the crypto market works not all the time is green, maybe its the correction time, but until when this price drop continues thats another question that only time can answer, but for now lets stay positive and hoping that the green candles will return as soon as possible.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A friend of me got hacked and lost 3000waves on: February 22, 2021, 01:05:59 PM
Hello.
A friend of me got hacked and lost 3k waves.
The Waves was send to this address :
3PGS9W5aZ4kdBFJJ9jxmgjLW8qfqu1b3Y66
What should he do now?
Does anyone know this address?
Best wishes and thanks.

Thats very unfortunate incident, thats why each and every one of us crypto users should be aware that anyone can be a victim of hacking and the best thing to do is to make our wallet security updated and if possible use a multi-layered security level, dont just settle on just a single password, use 2Fa such as code via email or mobile number and of course secure those private keys in your position.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Initial twitter offering?? on: February 22, 2021, 12:50:47 PM
I just heard this, after I found out about the Initial Twitter Offering (ITO) it turned out that all Twitter users can buy $ MASK without leaving Twitter.
advantages of Initial Twitter offerings:
- Allow everyone to participate fairly without bots outspeeding people
- Normalize the volatility of the token price and let the market determine the fair value of the token.
- Simplify the process so everyone can create a wallet and buy $MASK right on Twitter.

Really? thats a cool method of fundraising and something new to me, but how come it was possible without Twitter's consent? maybe it is safe to say that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is also one of the investors in the Mask project who knows, but it's only my opinion and I'm not sure about it. by the way, I believe that the Mask fundraising campaign will be successful because many investors are Twitter users. will Goodluck!
931  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicts $100k before end of the year on: February 22, 2021, 12:37:22 PM
I hope that those predictions will come true, because I believe that $100K per Bitcoin is already expensive and only a few can afford it unless all of the buyers are coming from the institutional circles by the way all of that predictions will remain as speculation until it will happen in reality but we are all witnesses on how the Bitcoin price reaches the $50K level from the previous All-time high, of $20K which is mean that $100K price per BTC is also possible to achieve.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Insane Gas Fees on: February 21, 2021, 03:09:55 PM
I plan to transfer DEGO tokens to my wallet, and see how much it will cost me for fees alone. This is driving me crazy  Sad

I think that was a glitch on part of that Metamask wallet. but you are right that was an insane gas fee, Imagine $3000+ no way if thats the price I dont use that coin anymore because its a disgrace and can be the cause to slow down the momentum of the cryptocurrency adoption just look for another alternative or use BSC temporarily instead because the fee is just minimal.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1inch exchange token claim on: February 21, 2021, 02:54:40 PM
We know very well that a few months ago Uniswap distributed free token who traded there (Conditional). Today we saw one more great news for 1inch exchanges' traders.
1inch is giving free token them who traded before 24/12/2020. If you did any trade before in that day you can check your wallet by login 1inch exchange. If you are eligible to claim free 1inch token it will appear.
Have a great day for all 1inch exchange traders. Smiley

The UniSwap airdrop is far better and equal compared to 1INCH airdrop because in 1INCH they are setting a pre-condition before you are going to receive the free token, even me I was also using 1INCH that time and pay a useless gas fee But I'm not qualified and they are admitting that their list is not accurate one thing I dont like in those exchange because you are going to pay two times in your transaction fees and during these time that gas fees are very high for me it is not practical so I'm temporarily left Ethereum at the moment. and if the gas fees were normalized at that time I will return.
934  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think we will see a lot of weak hands at $100K on: February 21, 2021, 02:13:46 PM
If BTC will reach $100K of course.

Why?

Because it's a milestone for many.

But not for all.

Don't be weak and give it all to the whales.

Be strong.

IMHO, I think even the $50K price level per Bitcoin is already tempting to unload the BTC holdings because it was already a huge gain. What's more, if you bought those BTC at a much lower price? And what if the speculation price will hit $100K in the near future? I'm pretty sure that many will unload their BTC holdings because $100K per BTC is already big money and many average hodlers cannot resist it.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance USDT TRC20 has been changed from 0 to 0.20 USDT on: February 20, 2021, 07:52:58 AM
All these days, it was free or zero cost to withdraw USDT TRC20 but suddenly from today, they have changed it to 0.20 USDT. I don't know if BUSD fee was 0 from the beginning or not but now it has been decreased to 0. The target is to boost the use of BUSD. This is the manipulation of Binance. There’s more to come.

I think it's not manipulation and Binance has the right to do it and if you are using their exchange or infrastructure then we should abide by it thats business and it's not Free, for me its still cheap compare to Ethereum base or ERC20 USDT tokens, Honestly speaking I was using different stable coin like USDT, USDC, TUSD, BUSD but if I'm using Binance I preferred to use BUSD.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Blockchain, do you have a cool name? on: February 20, 2021, 07:25:33 AM
Hi,

My name is Gilad Leef and i'm currently developing a new Cryptocurrency.

all the idea was to make Proof Of Work and Proof Of Stake work together.

it's Scrypt based coin, that at the start will support Proof of work and proof of stake and after 26,832,000 coins, it will support only proof of stake.

do you have a cool name for my project?

You can also contact me at Gilad.leef@gmail.com.

thanks.

Wow, that's good Mate and if you wish to name it I think it's pretty cool to name it after the Universe or those something unseen I have a unique name that I've been Imagine what if you call it "The Boson Project or The Boson Blockchain project with the possible ticker BOS or SON well that's only my suggestion I think it's not yet been used.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now that Bezos dethrones Musk, what with Dogecoin on: February 18, 2021, 02:59:02 PM
IMHO, I believe it doesn't matter if Jeff Bozos or Elon Musk is first or second, because the truth is they are still the super-rich individual on this planet.
But what is the connection to the Dogecoin price? For me, there's nothing because the Dogecoin price hike is just artificially induced and sooner or later it will return to its previous level and Dogecoin remain as a meme coin.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shall I HODL DOGE? on: February 18, 2021, 02:41:04 PM
I have some DOGE, received from faucets. Not much just around 500.

After the increase in the transaction fees of BTC, I have thought of converting my BTC and LTC to DOGE for the transactions and keep them as DOGE. On the second thought, I thought of converting my DOGE to LTC and keep.

I have gone through some articles about DOGE's future price and I got some 50-50 opinions. I discussed with my friend and he suggested me to hold till mid-2021, I can't say why till mid-2021.

It's true that many sites have started accepting DOGE, thus it is getting popular so there is a chance that the price may increase. Still, my knowledge says there are certain loopholes like there is no upper limit in mining DOGE and it is still much easier to mine compared to others. In short, the demand & cost curve is a bit of a failure here. Though one can't say what might happen after 20 years.

Here I want some expert advice on this. Whether it is a good idea to convert and hold or keep my DOGE reserve constant.

I dont think that was a good Idea, Dogecoin is just a meme coin, and the only reason why the price is rising because of Elon Musk endorsement which is no fundamentals to support in long term, whether we like it or not Doge price will eventually return to its previous level after the hype and speculation will fade off so stay focus on that reason to avoid any possible losses in the future.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens transaction fee. on: February 18, 2021, 02:30:26 PM
Yes mate If you are using the ERC20 USDT you need to pay Ether in your transaction as a gas fee and thats quite expensive today, But the good news is  USDT is not only running using Ethereum Blockchain, It can be used also in TRON as TRC20 USDT which is cheaper in terms of transaction fees compared to Ethereum thats why it's better to choose wisely to save your ether.
940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin goes mainstream as institutions hold 3% of BTC’s circulating supply on: February 17, 2021, 02:33:19 PM
Institutional investors are rapidly gobbling up Bitcoin, and currently, nearly 3% of the Bitcoin (BTC) in circulation are locked up in long-term holdings by these investors. READ THE COMPLETE ARTICLE HERE: https://worldpublicityblog.com/index.php/2021/02/16/bitcoin-goes-mainstream-as-institutions-hold-3-of-btcs-circulating-supply/

Thats good news at last Bitcoin was already adopted by institutional investors, But I'm still hoping that the number will increase because it is just a small part of the total bitcoin in circulation, and most of the supply is just holding by a few people which is not good. By the way, is it possible that some other institutional investors are already investing in Bitcoin but they make it private? It is only speculation but who knows it already happened in the background.
