Die Anteile des "Partizipation" Konzepts haben einen höheren Preis und ein kleineres Risiko.
Gewinn & Kosten: Der Gewinn wird wöchentlich ausgewiesen und monatlich an die Partizipationshalter überwiesen, wobei hier auch eine wöchentliche Auszahlung möglich ist sofern sich der Aufwand in Grenzen hält. Die Wartung- und Betriebskosten werden anteilsmässig unter den Partizipationshaltern verteilt und transparent ausgewiesen. Elektrizität kostet rund 0.10 kWh hier in der Schweiz.
Lieferanten: Ich persönlich glaube, dass die verschiedenen Lieferanten ihre Versprechungen halten werden. Falls ein Lieferant trotzdem seinen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommt, werde ich alles mögliche unternehmen um eure (und meine eigene Investition) zurückzubekommen. Ich kann aber nicht für den Erfolg garantieren. Beim investieren in diese Anteile erklärt ihr euch damit einverstanden mich nicht in die Verantwortung zu ziehen, wenn einer oder mehrere Lieferanten nicht liefern sollte.
Hardware: Ich persönlich denke das die Hardware 24 Monate laufen sollte, aber da es bis jetzt keine solche Geräte gibt weiss ich es ganz einfach nicht. Falls die Hardware ausfällt, werde ich den Lieferant mit der Reparatur oder einem Ersatz beauftragen. Die damit verbundenen Kosten werden gleichmässig unter den Anteilebesitzern verteilt.
Motivation:Ich möchte euer Geld! Ja und nein, natürlich möchte jeder auf der Gewinnerseite stehen, aber in diesem Fall geht es darum eine Investition für die Zukunft zu platzieren und ich möchte sowohl das Risiko, als auch den Gewinn mit euch teilen. :-)

Those participations have a higher prices per share as they have a lower risk.

ASIC Providers: I believe the providers will keep there promises. In case one or more providers dont deliver I will do everything in my power to refund your (and my own) investments. System:Um die Attraktivität für Investoren zu erhöhen, wird ein Belohnungssystem angewandt. - ein Teil der BTC durch Partizipationsverkäufe wird reinvestiert - ein Teil der neuen Investition (GH/s) wird direkt auf die bestehenden Teilhaber verteilt - der restliche Teil wird wieder als Partizipation ausgegeben Dies führt dazu das neue Investitionen auch den schon bestehenden Teilhabern zu gute kommen. Bsp.:
1. 50 Initial Partizipation verkauft.
2. 75 GH/s neu investiert.
3. 25 Partizipationen werden unter den bestehenden 50 Initial Partizipationen aufgeteilt

gibts vielleicht ne einfachere erklärung für leute die mal grad 2-3 wochen dabei sind?
Ich versuchs mal. In diesen Partizipationen sind mehrere ASIC Chiphersteller vertretten. ca. 5% BFL, 30% Avalon & 65% BitFury (Soll-Verteilung) was wurd wann bestellt..wo kann man was für wieviel kaufen?
Avalons Juni, BFL Mai & BitFury Juli ... den zweiten Teil deiner Frage verstehe ich nicht. Bezüglich Anteile sollte dies im Eröffnungsthread stehen. und gibts ne anti-rückzieher klausel falls net alles wegkommt das der anbieter nich sagen kann "sorry leutz...die sonne scheint heut net hell genug..is net .. bye"?
Es muss nicht alles wegkommen, ich selber hab ja bereits alles ausser der letzen Bestellung finanziert. D.h. momentan gehören alle Partizipationscheine mir und der finanzierte Teil entspricht ca. 75 GH/s. Gruss |
