921  Economy / Speculation / Re: I AM HODLING on: May 10, 2016, 08:22:47 AM
The most people are holding their coin and that is because the value is now not even that high to sell it so you wont also get that much profit with it and that is bad.
But nobody will also know what is going to happen and that is the problem of the currency.

You need to have patience if you want to see higher price and  make good profits from it, if you sell now then the profits that you will be earning will be very low.
922  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise? on: May 10, 2016, 08:20:55 AM
Of course the Bitcoin will rise that is for sure but what the Bitcoin users what to know is when it is going to rise again so they can buy and they soon after that sell there coins.

Bitcoin will surely rise in future but difficult to imagine the exact price and if we want to see higher price then I think we need to wait little longer.
923  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: May 10, 2016, 08:19:07 AM
The best time to buy your coins is now recording to the topics. They say there is coming a halving so
if you want to buy one or more do it now i will ensure you don't afraid he will rise.

People are having huge expectations from and halving and so many people are buying at a moment, so if you have any plan  to buy then this is the best time.
924  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: May 10, 2016, 08:17:02 AM
At least spend some Bitcoins, I hate the fact that some users wants to see the ecosystem grow, but how can something grow if the same user base doesn't promote the circulation of the currency?
If you want to make Bitcoin popular then go ahead and spent some.

Exactly, only holding will not take bitcoin price to higher level in future, you need to spend it on regular basis, I convert my bitcoin to my local currency on regular basis.
925  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: May 10, 2016, 08:14:48 AM
A very small percentage I believe. There are so many people that are just not interested in online currencies they just do not have times for it or think that it is to much work.

Yeah we cannot expect huge percentage of people using it, but it will be more in compare to present users, as bitcoin will become more popular over a period of time.
926  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 10, 2016, 08:12:21 AM
I have more faith in gold, but at a moment I will prefer to invest in bitcoin only because of the halving factor which will allow me to make quick profits.

Well i believe the most of bitcoin members are more interested into get bitcoins right now because the halving, but well both are good investment options but the biggest potencial is around bitcoin gold has had already its potencial limited or atleast looks like .
Bitcoin and gold are both a strong currency but I am for sure that Bitcoin will have a better future and that is because you also can see that it will be more used and that is nice.
But gold keeps strong but after some 20 years it will disappear I think.

Gold will never disappear as its an historical product and exist since centuries, so it will always survive, but we cannot be sure about bitcoin that how long it will survive.
927  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: May 10, 2016, 08:09:38 AM
I will save it for a long time and wait for a nice price increase so I can sell it with a lot of profit in the future and that would be perfect so I have also more money and that is nice.
The bad thing is that it can takes a long time until the value will be more and that is bad because not everyone has also the patience for it.

You should try to grow your coins rather then just saving it, if you can grow till the halving then you will be earning more profits when price goes higher.
928  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 10, 2016, 08:08:06 AM
With the current price, I'm still waiting for it to drop again before alloting some money for buying. Hoping that it touches the $445 price once again by mid week.

We will not see major price drop at a moment, but small fluctuations are possible, so its better to buy with current price to expect good returns in future.
929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 10, 2016, 08:03:57 AM
It will make banks never disappear and the reason is that there are still a lot of people that is using their normal money so they have to know that he must make it more popular.
And Bitcoin is getting of course more popular but it is not that many used by everyone.

Bank is the basic necessity of majority of the society, and they need it to save their money and for day  to day transactions, and will never leave banks even in future.
930  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: May 10, 2016, 08:01:17 AM
My biggest mistake that I made with Bitcoin is that I sold it too early and that is bad because I was greedy on that moment and that is the baddest thing that can happen.
So please dont be greedy and just wait with patience for a higher value.

At what price you bought and at what price did you sell? If you  have made profits by selling then it should not considered as a mistake, as you can again buy when price drops.
931  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you waiting for Halving??? on: May 09, 2016, 08:17:51 PM
Yes all people here are waiting for block halving and waiting for the price and also i want to see the price around 600-900 and i believe collecting more bitcoin is the best to make more profit after block halving.. honestly we are just poor man but i am dreaming that some day i will be one of the rich people in my country..

If you want to rich in future then you should try your best to collect as much coins possible at a moment, as whatever hard work you do now will be paid off in future in the best possible way.
932  Economy / Speculation / Re: When are you selling your bitcoins? on: May 09, 2016, 08:15:25 PM
fot now. I sometimes sell bitcoin I had when I was in dire need of dollars. I sometimes have a lot of bitcoin, but I often use it to trade, and when I have already 0.2bitcoin, I'm definitely going to sell

I have sold some of my bitcoin on the day yesterday, I sold out of necessity.
I think I will sell it when I know that it would be the right moment to sell it and that I can get also some profit with it otherwise it would be sin if you cant make profit.
And it can takes indeed a long time until the value will be more but I have the patience for it, I am not in hurry.
Yeah if you want to earn more then you need wait more, Patience pays, when it reaches to your desired price you should sell it rather then holding too long.
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: May 09, 2016, 08:13:19 PM
400 - 600 range
it's a good price, imho.

Yeah $600 is a good price to hold, but may be we will see this price at the time of halving, so I think bitcoin can be around $800 in one year time.
934  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 09, 2016, 08:11:15 PM
saving money is better than investing.. cause if your investing your money is at risk, everything can happen.  you will end up being scammed

you are right, especially online investment is very risky too many scammers. but I do not agree if you just save without investing.
because you have to earn productive for your life needs. I myself will invest, but in the real world.
Some people just don't want to take any kind of risks in return for decent profits.

These people just keep their money in their savings account to earn an annual interest rate of 1 to 2% and that's it.
And that amount is too much lower so the better way to get some profit is to take risk to invest our money to at least in bitcoin, which nowadays has a sure profit in the coming future for all of its users.

That's true the existing users of bitcoin will invest their money in bitcoin before halving, but the fact is not many others are aware about bitcoin yet so they will either save in banks or invest in some other product.
935  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: May 09, 2016, 08:08:12 PM
buy bitcoin on its lowest price and sell it to its highest price. boomm instant profit
just repeat it and to continue earning without risking your money

Can you tell me what is the lowest price to buy? And highest price to sell?

No one can predict and judge it as it would be waste of time to keep on thinking that.
But if someone want to trade like that they can get the guidance from the exchanges by seeing the 24 hour high and 24 hour lower price, so they can order to buy at the 24 hour low price and have to sell at 24 hour high price.

Having a close watch on market is always good, but I honestly feel that anything below $500 is the good price to buy as price will be much higher at the time of halving.
936  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: May 09, 2016, 08:05:54 PM
For true devotees of Bitcoin, the price of the digital currency is almost irrelevant. They believe in its inherent value or, more frequently, cannot see any value at all in the alternative of government issued fiat currency. Price is therefore not a concern. At the other end of the spectrum, for those that harbor what appears to be an irrational hatred of Bitcoin and anything to do with it, the exchange rate also matters little. They were screaming that it was all worthless when the price was at over $1000, and somehow convince themselves that an exchange rate of over 200 times what it was before that bubble proves their point. For the vast majority of people somewhere in the middle, however, the price of the currency in Dollar, Euro, Yuan or whatever terms is important.

I don't really think that there are that many devotees of Bitcoin. A lot of people are just trying to make profit off Bitcoin, so the price definitely does matter. I am one of those people, so the price matters to me.

Price matters to each and every user of bitcoin, if  bitcoin falls back to $100 then I am sure many of users will quit bitcoin and make their investment in some other product.
Yes, when the price drop to $100 a lot of users will leave bitcoin, but there are some users according to them they are waiting for the price to reach back to $100, which will be useless for them as after that it will take some more years to rise again.

Yeah,  and if it falls back to $100 there will be many people who will try to buy bitcoins in bulk, as bitcoin has potential to rise again but it will be time consuming for sure.
937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: May 09, 2016, 08:03:17 PM
Halving will give us all profit and will benefit to all of us.
We just need to wait for it to happen so better to store bitcoins today.
And now we can see that the price once again started to increase and that is the effects of halving, there were a lot of people who got disappointed from the price and halving when they saw a two week stability in the price but were not aware that the halving has a solid benefit for us.

Yeah the halving has already started to show its effect as price has started to move up and it will get more higher when we get closer to halving.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the number of BTC you would be happy in 2 years time? on: May 09, 2016, 08:01:02 PM
My primary goal would be to have 15 btc in next 2 years, and whatever above it would  be bonus for me, and I am sure I will achieve that value in next 2 years for sure.
939  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: May 09, 2016, 07:58:22 PM
My worst mistake was I didn't buy it when price was $220 last year and now I am regretting for not acting actively in the past, or else  I would have made good profits by selling it at current price.
yeah, there were a lot of times when i should have bought some bitcoins on the low price and i missed that chance by just being dumb and thinking that the price will not go at all

now i know that i should buy the bitcoins when i have some spare money because sooner or later it always gives me a lot of profit so now im putting all the unused money into it

Yeah that is the right thing to do, as we know that price of bitcoin will go higher in future, so if you have money then you should invest in biticoin irrespective of price.
940  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think for May??? on: May 08, 2016, 02:35:47 PM
$550 in may might be a bit fast, but maybe t will happen

i think it will reach at least $500 by june, but it might go faster than that

bitcoin is hard to predict, as it can be quite volatile at times.

We cannot predict the exact price of bitcoin as it keeps on fluctuating every now and then the only thing we can do is to wait and watch and act accordingly.
