Yeah there is really nothing more to it now. Bittrex said they were waiting for PoD and that if it is not done then they will refund. PoD did not and is not coming so it is time to refund. I thought all the conditions were supposed to have been met within 3 days of launch, also? Which they most certainly have not.

How many days has it been now? No PoD and market disabled on bittrex or almost two days now. Terms have not been met, we can't even trade the coin that was launched less than 4 days ago..

The market has been disabled for over a day now.. was that part of the terms of their agreement? I don't think so.. Something is obviously wrong with the coin and so the ICO should be returned.

You very well could be right. But at this point, the only way the price will rebound and ICO investors will get their money back is if the coin ends up not being a scam, the project moves forward, and the promised developments are achieved. It is all or nothing at this point, either it is a scam or it is not. Continuously speculating about how it might be a scam does not change anything, if anything it just makes things worse because if it is not a scam and people are falsely implying that it is then they are making it much harder for new people to become interested in the coin..

I think the whole "here is our code, look over it" thing was so that people could check for themselves that there was no hidden premine or something along those lines. It was clear, looking at the dev timeline, that the features were not going to be implemented at the beginning.

I don't share my life accomplishments with strangers on BTCtalk because my greatest accomplishments have nothing to do with lil altcoin play toys.
I don't consider investing in any altcoin an "accomplishment"- accomplishments take a certain level of thought and work and aren't mainly dependent on luck.

But man, those are some really great accomplishments you have there IE. Wow. Maybe you should get a Nobel?

I work as a biochemist, and I could bore you about specific accomplishments but somehow I doubt you will appreciate them.. But that doesn't matter, because the field of biochemistry appreciates them. And the field of biochemistry is much, much more valuable and important than these little altcoin games, most of which won't survive into the next year (next month?). The only "investors" (in quotations because these people weren't investors at all, they were just people who were hoping to dump their IPO position for a nice return as soon as the coin was launched) who lost money are the ones who were dumb enough to sell during the initial bumpy FUD phase... if you are so short-sighted to only care about the initial price right after the coin launches and to think that a bumpy start is the end to this coin and that it won't recover, than you deserve to have sold at a lost.

I am glad all the fucktards with this outlook are already out.
