Hey guys, I use Core v0.12.1 as wallet on my external hdd with datadir to the folder on the external hdd. This has worked just fine so far... but some weeks ago it started to make trouble.. I used v0.11.0 and got "error while reading the database" - so I reindext - all worked fine. I closed the wallet and restarted it - same problem again. So I updated to v0.12.1 and reindexed - all worked fine - I closed it and restarted and I have the exact same error again.... I updated to 12 and reindexed - all worked fine. I closed the wallet as it hould be and started it again - and the same problem again.... "error while reading the database" .... I hate this s*it....

The wallet and all it's parts (also the blockchain) are stored on an external HDD. Usually it works.. but sometimes it doesn't.

Hatte erst kürzlich bei Windows das Problem, dass standardmäßig bei der Neuinstallation Windows nach einer Stunde Inaktivität in den Ruhemodus wechselt.
