Bittrex is a good exchange to trade in but problem is there are some verification and i gets kinda annoying.
How come that it is annoying? They are just making our tokens secured so it is required to verify our account and I found it reassuring, at least I'm not worrying about my token getting lost because someone stole it, something like that. There are many exchangers out there, so if guys are not used to use Bittrex, then use CCEX, LIQUI, POLONIEX, and so on. |

Before, when panic strikes me, i always sell my altcoins even if i did not get any profit but instead i can get a loss from my investment. It's my solution and helped a lot to calm me down. But now, it's really different, i know how to handle it properly.
I guess we are all doing the same thing if we are panicking, we are afraid of losing profits that is why. Sadly, this will be the thing that we are going to regret in the end. There are no one that gamble for fun. There is no point to gamble for fun because everyone gamble to get some money from it. From gambling in most cases I get only pleasure and when very lucky, I can win a little. I do not notice any more advantages from them, but there is a negative side when dependence arises because of greed.

One time when I had a nice run at brick and mortar casinos for several days I bought a new car with a part of the money won. Later I lost all the remaining win, but I still had the car.  That is nice, at least you manage to be positive out of it and exit the games. Hope that you will try to go back and play some more and end up losing more. Basically, you have to stop gambling. At least have a stop-loss amount so that you don't lose too much. But if you always lose away your btc, then maybe it is better to stop for a while and do something else.

I think that for ever to quit gambling you need to find yourself a hobby that will deliver as much adrenaline as you can get from gambling. Extreme sports are great fit.

I would prefer bitcoins for investment but at present they are very expensive. Trading produce long term profits so go for it. if got more times of losses in the game and your money goes in the risk i think its time to leave in the game if have a self control to avoid losses, i suggest go back next time if you think for yourself have a lot of luck at that day. Use some hardware wallet or any trusted offline wallet, this way, you could secure your bitcoin to the fullest, also to assure yourself so you don't have to worry about it all the time getting steal by someone. You could track it by using the TXID but you could never take it back, because first, you never knew who you were talking to, second, it is already been stolen, so, begging to give it back to you is not going to work, it is an easy money to them, all you can do is to learn from your mistake and move on. It maybe hard at first, however, accepting it will make you feel more better, there is a lot of ways on how you could take that back what you have lost(not literally), I mean by doing something more legit and safe will do. |
