Yeah you are right. Exchangers wallet is not safe to store bitcoin. The only  way to keep bitcoin safe is desktop wallet. Newbies who are new to bitcoin they won't be having much knowledge about bitcoin. So it's our duty to educate them. I don't mean that we should go and tell everybody in this world about this. But you can do one thing. Dears and nears who are very new to bitcoin, we can give them our advice or teach them regarding bitcoin and it's different wallets. If anybody has got a good website regarding digital currencies, he can make a post about downloading, using and advantages of desktop wallets. If anyone is very active in bitcoin related forums, there they can guide newbies about using desktop wallets. Some won't listen these advices. They will learn by themselves from their experience. We cannot do anything for them.

In my opinion it can happen. Who knows what is going to happen tomorrow. Chances are there. If any other digital currency which is better than bitcoin definitely it can replace bitcoin. But replacing bitcoin is not that easy. Because bitcoin has already created a place in everybody's life. Bitcoin got that popularity because it was the first digital currency launched. After bitcoin many digital currencies launched. But didn't get that popularity. When anyone thinks about digital currency, the first which comes in mind is bitcoin. Whatever currencies come, it is really difficult to take bitcoin out of our mind. Yeah there are chances that bitcoin can be replaced by other currencies but not anytime sooner.it may take a lot of time for any other currency to replace bitcoin.

I have never heard about this challenge. But about saving bitcoin or fiat currency , in my opinion save your savings 50 percent in bitcoin and 50 percent in fiat currency because nobody knows whats going to happen tomorrow. Saving bitcoin is just like you are doing gambling. ofcourse it has got the potential to go beyond 2000 dollars by the end of this year, but still there are many things you should consider. If any government immediately bans buying and selling of digital currency it will affect its price. Or if any hackers create a program and do some hacking activity, immediately the price of bitcoin will drop leaving people's trust in bitcoin to fade. ofcourse nothing like that will happen but  should be prepared to face any situation , if decided to have savings in bitcoin. So for a safe side have your savings 50 percent in bitcoin and 50 percent in fiat

Bitcoin Bank is a good idea. But for getting bank license I think government should approve it. So practically its not possible.If suppose government gives approval , then the bitcoin cant be used anonymously.Because government will collect all the details of the person who is dealing with it. then there wont be any difference between fiat currency and bitcoins.  Instead of bank some sort of private financial institution can be set up which doesnt involve government procedures. If such thing is there , it will be easy for people to exchange bitcoins with fiat money. Another thing is it will be easy for lending bitcoins . If you know the person whom we are giving bitcoins it will be easy also. Both client and customer will be happy because they know with whom they are dealing with instead of dealing with a unknown person in the internet.

Its because bitcoin is anonymous .So it makes really easy for a person to hide his black money.Government wont be able to find anyone's money.So person using bitcoin will escape from taxes. Again for transfering money from one part of the world to another , all systems including banks and paypal require a large amount of processing fee ,but bitcoins requires only less amount that too no one can trace your transfer. So definitely people prefer bitcoins over fiat for all these things.
