Facebook have it new policy pertaining to initial coins offerings 'ICOs' . The policy specifically prohibits ads that promote ICO on it platform.
The banned is due to the fact there are so many companies who are advertising ICOs that are not currently operating in good standards and faith.
In the meantime, Facebook is encouraging people to report content that violates this new policy.
What effect do you think this will have on ICOs and future of cryptocurrencies?
i cant see anything that affect a huge scar on bitcoin industry since there are lot of platform to showcase that ICO therefore the ICO will find a new way to reach people thru social media , twitter are still existing and also youtube are there but has not used by many so they can used youtube as an alternative to facebook.. |

I think in one ot two month the market will ne back to normal. Bearish and bullish market is always changing. I dont really understand why the market big crash like this, crypto and technology behind it given many advantages to the cryptocurrency community so should be all party support it.

we just wait about it, not just ethereum, all coin can overtake bitcoin. only this time ethereum almost controls all members, because most members use ethereum for transactions, for example for bounty payments. so it's maybe in a few years ethereum can overtake bitcoin.

It will breack $10000 by the end of this year if bitcoin does not crash hard. Also there is a news saying that vitalik return to focus building next update with proof of stake. And for me. Proof of stake is more reliable for scaling. It is not using alot of power to mine. At mid 2018 ethereum probably will break $4000 mark and then correction again.

ETH has a good technical background. may reach high value by the middle of the year (> $ 4000) if the prediction that crypto price will be recovered within the end of the month it may happen that the value of eth will reach that value , comeback price is much higher sometimes so it is not impossible to reach that kind of value within midyear. |

For anyone who is panicking at the market-wide price drops, please don't! There is no reason to panic. Look long-term, don't look at price charts over the last week or month, look at them over the last year and see the pattern of rises followed by pullbacks... but the course is always upwards.
If you're new and bought in during December and now see huge losses... the worst thing you can do is sell now. Prices will increase in the long term. The current dip is just a correction to the wild excesses of last month. Don't panic!
If the prices you can see now are lower than the prices that you bought in at, then the best thing you can do is buy more. Why? This will lower your average entry price.
If you bought bitcoin at $16000 and see it now at $8000, the course of action is clear: buy the same amount at $8000, and your average entry point is no longer $16000, it's (16000+8000)/2=$12000.

Good thought , many new holder of crypto sells when they saw the price fluctuating they are not familiar with the flow like me before when im new in crypto when the price goes down I usually sell and i regret when the price goes up . i think you should spend a litte money form your budget trading some coins to get more experiences and trading skills , and you also have to learn how to trade, read charts, recognize price trend..
