Is there anyway or any where on some exchange a way to trade BTC/USD with 1 dollar per 1 dollar move with total fee less than 1 dollar?

Your only hope on trading with 1 dollar on 1 dollar move is by using leverage.If you want to trade BTC to USD with1 dollar it would be impossible cause trading fees and minimum amount on trade wont let you win with that very very small amount almost most exchange markets have higher fees for issuing withdrawal or trade costs. if I put in around $ 1 to do the trade I think it is quite difficult to develop the capital that we have spent even the minimum cost to buy one coin cannot be done, maybe op can add a little capital to put money into it for about $ 5 to be able to trade |

For me, I gamble within my limits. I limit not only the amount I can use for bets but also the time I can spend on gambling. I do not spend too much time on it because, for me, it is only a pass time habit. I do it only once a week, not longer than an hour.

There is no way there is regulations on bitcoin price when it comes to SEC or anything else, bitcoin is free market and the price of it will never be regulated, there is no governments or banks or anything behind it, its purely peoples money and we can make it go down or go up. They can certainly increase it or decrease it depending on their news or reactions but they can't "control" it like "bitcoin can't go up 20% in a day" type of things won't happen.
It is just against the nature of bitcoin and nobody in the world has the power to do that. They can "ban" bitcoin to drop the price or they can "support" bitcoin to increase the price but when it comes to regulating it there is no one with that power. That is why it is called decentralized and that's why we like it.
