942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: March 27, 2020, 09:48:25 AM
i join a lot of air drops and still i dont know am i wasting my time or not! i saw a lot of scams and most of them after ending airdrop time ask for amount of eth or btc or they delay for payment!!! i wonder is there any good resource as site or channel  for good and reliable air drops or not?

UPDATE:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
so many of you call airdrops scam and i think its wrong .
1)airdrop have 0 risk witch most of them have
2)i know many of them are wasting time but not all of them
3)airdrop is not also free money in my opinion because 99% of them have referral system witch makes lets say even 1% to other people know that airdrop and that company
i join to many air drops for me was 70% 30% to get my tokens.
and from that 30% part i can sell 70% of them
i also looking for more good air drops and resource to decrease that 70% part.
also for people that dont have enough money to invest in crypto air drops are the best option i think.

Some airdrop this days are , actually waste of time , at the same time some are taking advantage of it to get information of other people as you can see some ask for KYC, you also need to share register a certain email upload photos, mostly its 80 to 90 %, then on the following day some just disappear, they also use the airdrop to ask donation like they need support , but at the end of the day they will do exit scam sites are down and groups are deleted, 2016 i think is the year of airdrop where there are profit but now few airdrop does go live
943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 27, 2020, 03:30:15 AM
i try to control funds as possible doing gambling at this moment is not a right choice, we have to be very careful on what and where to spend this money
because, we don't know how long the pandemic is going to end, this has hit all kinds on institution in the world, the rich and the poor are suffering, and if we do gamble this moment, i think its not good, spending our money wisely would be a good choice, play games that don't need to spend is a right choice
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is it , it's the end of cryptos on: March 24, 2020, 07:55:19 AM
Well guys this is the end ,it was a great ride ,we made money,we lost money ,we had fun ,it was a beautiful journey .

eth price today 109 usd
bitcoin price 4864 usd

They will never recover,at least we should learn the lesson from this crises.

For me most important lesson is that money isn't real  and it shouldn't be that important in life.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4y48CBEQso

Same old speculation and yet they prove us wrong, i don't think the government wil spend time and look at blockchain if its not important at all, they are also studying and making use of blockchain, and also its not the price its the technology that can be put to use, price of bitcoin and ethereum is still good why? its 3000 usd couple of years a go so its still good ethereum price then is like 50 usd
945  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does creating topics improve you a lot? on: March 24, 2020, 01:20:37 AM
Good day! As I have no idea how to start a new subject, I finally made this thread about the advantages of producing quality topics. After the introduction of the merit system, it urges me to build topics to gain merits and at the same time to learn. And this thread will give you an idea of how certain people in a single post receive a lot of merits. The key benefits of creating topics are merit that shows the quality of your posting and can also improve your credibility. Making this a passion motivates me to create and improve a lot which helps me to learn and learn more.

Here are the threads I created on my local section:

So what's the product of my efforts on creating threads?

I'm just a full member when merit system came, and I reach Sr. Member and Hero member last year through these efforts, and hoping to be a Legendary Member this year 2020.

The benefits of creating quality topics is very simple;
1. You'll gain more knowledge.
2. You can apply it in different applications.
3. You will get a strong reputation and credentials because you are making an effort to make a quality threads.

So my advice to all aspiring posters of quality soon, always think about your posts, it's better not to rely on the thread of others. Sometimes it's easier to discuss about something you've learned well because you're going to build a successful conversation that serves a forum function. So always share all of your learning that might support other beginners who have begun their journey here at the forum recently. So the point is very obvious, nothing special on this thread. Always keep safe from COVID-19, Have a good day everyone!  Cheesy
I would like to add , it improves your communicating skills, how you approach topic and how you give your opinion to others, it will also help you personally build your self-confidence toward answering topics i this forum, also grammar for me , it helps me a lot in my daily life specially at work,
when talking to others because not only of merits and anything rewards , it builds you without knowing , you are already improving.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Exactly Caused The New Drop Of Crypto? on: March 23, 2020, 06:02:43 AM
i think its because of the economy issues, and covid-19 because of this the world is panicking and don't know what to do, hoarding of supplies that is needed, certainly give a big blow not only in the economy but also in crypto currency, since companies will not have a work during this times, i think the people with crypto en-cash their holdings for their family because at this moment that is their priority, there are some factors but at  this moment that i one of the major reasons.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers always make use of advantages on: March 23, 2020, 02:16:46 AM
Last week the United kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning that the coronavirus out real might be providing criminals with the opportunity to swindle investors out of their crypto assets, you've been warned

Scammers are sophisticated, opportunistic and will surely try many things.

Do not trust any one or organization asking for donations to combat the outbreak, it's not real

This is always the way of scammers, they will always take advantages of any opportunity, just to get what they wan't, this has been their pattern time and time again, but those people who get scammed are the one that are too greedy, they already had what they wan't but since they wan't more , they unconsciously, fall for the same mistakes that others did simply because of greed.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: March 22, 2020, 12:07:30 PM
it depends on the coin that you are holding it the coin has future plan and a strong foundation , when the price dump don't panic it may just because of like a disaster or a epidemic , that is happening that is why people are panicking, but if the coin you are holding is just new and no other people you can contact? you have to act fast, because lots of this things happen in the past where they just found out the price goes down to zero and never recover from there, i hope this helps
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is altcoin season??? on: March 22, 2020, 07:54:43 AM
Altcoin season, i don't really think there is an altcoin season since its also depend on bitcoin price, if bitcoin price go up of course other coins like eth, etc LTC xrp will go up, since there are lots of traders that will captialized on the btc price, the higher the btc price, the more altcoins they can get, and the rest will follow like pumping of their coin saying its already alt season but no it will still depend on bitcoin price, if you still remember btc price goes 20k USD ,
altcoins go up, when btc price goes down , altcoin also follows.
950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: March 22, 2020, 07:35:49 AM
if you play gambling in a casino, or in public places, i suggest wait for a month after this pandemic is over, why because there might be still something and there might be also some that might get develop or left behind in that area that might cause you another harm, its okay to wait for a moment than to get infected again by another virus or some kind of disease is suggest play online during that another month, there are gambling game online's to make sure you are safe,
951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: March 21, 2020, 05:15:25 AM
not in general, there are companies that close due to disappearance of the founder or a person , taking all the money , and everything, some are just no value coins that are pump then dump , just to have money and left the community hanging, but generally speaking there is no sign that crypto currency will go to zero, its already been establish, and a lot of people and company are using it , removing it to a chain will do no good, so for me going to zero is like 0.001 percent that will happen
952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have an idea in percentage how big gambling industry's contribution? on: March 20, 2020, 10:11:10 PM
if you are talking about the entire gambling industry well its certainly bigger than what we have imagine , not only this give or pay lots of taxes but, the people that have a job because of it, because of it there are more people that has job , it help build bridges and help the government build and support the people well lets be honest the huge amount of taxes it give, help us a lot , and the government, that is why lots of government gives permit for them to operate.
953  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Setting Up A Bitcoin Mining Rig As A Begineer In India on: March 20, 2020, 09:45:01 PM
If you want to start mining you need to go big, so that you can cover the expenses daily, or better have free electricity , here is why, if you will have 1 asic miner you will have large consumption with no profit at all, but if you will start big like a lot of miners you will have some profit, or if you have free electricity it will be good for you, for more info go to mining section of the forum if you need guide and suggestion you will find help over there thanks and good luck
954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play gambling that require skills and techniques. on: March 20, 2020, 06:06:24 AM
playing gambling doesn't not always require skills, most gambling games today are easy and there are tutorials and guides before you begin, i think the technique is more of a requirement, because it will determine how you play the game for example having a technique for every winnings you will keep a  certain amount until you , are playing now with the capital safe, i always play style of, after i win i bet small if i loose its okay, if i win better, its always give me positive output but not always but always an advantage for a player like me, when you earn control yourself and go home, remember they can't stop you if you quit,
955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian Central Bank Admits It Can’t Ban Bitcoin on: March 20, 2020, 04:41:44 AM
may they want to say they can't control people to use bitcoin, since they can't monitor the transactions of a person, at the same time for what i have experience the more you stop people on doing things they wan't they will keep on doing it, maybe they should go with the flow and take profit the least they can do, its already been started and stopping it now is too late, bitcoin has already known, and a lot of large companies are using it , and the technology so it will go on, even if they ban it .
956  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 5 Tools to Help you in Bitcoin on: March 19, 2020, 07:04:19 PM
i think Google authentication for security of your email since if you use to store btc in an exchange also for settings in the exchange before you can withdraw - so its for security
The other one is like coinmarketcap so its like how you will monitor whos up and and down in the crypto trading
Telegram is not a tool needed for bitcoin investment, its like a messenger to exchange information with your family friends
a communication tool which has nothing to do with bitcoin, i think the things you need for bitcoin is a PC, internet connection, a trading flatform if you are trying to invest, and ofcourse here bitcointalk.org you will find a lot about bitcoin from mining to trading, any many more just look around the forum.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: March 19, 2020, 04:07:38 AM
I Think its the day when people are new to digital money that they are easily believed , this people say since they are known to digital world, i am also a person who get caught in the situation luckily i get profit and when i sense that something is wrong i pull my investment and left few of my profit just in case, today is a different story since we already know how crypto can turn you millionaire or bankrupt in a matter of minutes, we guard and make sure of our moves, but sometimes some of this people are telling the truth, so its just luck for us to find a good one
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Theft on: March 18, 2020, 11:10:00 PM
i think the person got scammed were amazed by this persons offer, well i can't blame him/her if this two promised is  an eye opener, but this should be a lesson for those who will try to do this kind of scheme, find a job or be in jail for this kind of mess, for those who will be a next victim or if you feel that the offer or promised is too good to be true , stay away , or just don't trust people who you don't know personally, but hey sometimes personally know person are scammers too , beware and keep safe
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen tomorrow when the stock markets worldwide crash again? on: March 18, 2020, 03:01:09 AM
What do you think will happen tomorrow with the BTC (up or down?) if the stock markets worldwide crash again?

I am afraid that the BTC will then go towards 3k or even less. The altcoins will hit it even harder.

I dont know what i should do today, sell all my altcoins?
What happening to you is being afraid to lost all your holdings value and its normal, because anyone who have lots of funds in crypto currency will feel the same way, we can give you advice and suggestions but still the last word is on to you, besides its your funds and if you feel that you are in trouble you have to take actions, but always think before a move because as we always say, crypto is volatile, so good luck to what is your decisions
960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins will grow in price faster if the market recovers? on: March 18, 2020, 02:42:56 AM
For me there are few possible prospect but, since it is digital currency , there is no sure choice for this, but things are looking good for ethereum in the near future but lets not forget the other competitor since , as we know if some company acquire it and got big and good names i think , they might have good chance but i think ethereum is the closer one at this point
