941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: October 31, 2017, 06:00:46 PM
Once someone is bankrupt there is no other choice then giving up because we cannot make bets without money but by that time, most gamblers covert into addicted gamblers and they are unable to stop themselves so they go for other options like borrowing or betting wives.

Now this is the worst kind of gambling which is basically an insult of women. I have never ever supported this activity not even for the sake of fun.
This really sucks. And I really do not know how people tend to end up not being able to control their impulse when it gets to this. Either they just lack self control or they are just too dumb to see that fact that you cannot always keep trying your luck everytime, as there is a limit to everything.

Even luck understands that fact and that is why everyone cannot have that luck at the same time. It is really worst and I usually pity those around these addicts as they are always the ones who usually end up being affected as those addicts could not simply control themselves, let alone care about the people they are hurting in the process.
942  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: October 31, 2017, 07:54:54 AM
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?
It's a question of the future, I do not think I will be like 100 years.
I guess the bitcoin would be worth 1,000,000$
If somehow bitcoin exist for many more years then surely the profits in bitcoins will be immense and even it cannot be predicted at that time. Price will be worth anything and even gold and platinum will be cheap in front of bitcoins. It depends on us about how we use bitcoins. If we are using bitcoins for some illegal work then surely we cannot predict the future of bitcoins.

There are a number of peoples who yet use bitcoins for most of the illegal works like selling/buying drugs, etc. Future for bitcoins is dark for that reason according to me. Bitcoins have a great benefits but only if we use them properly without damaging the community. I think legalization of bitcoins will help to increase the life of bitcoins.
943  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: October 31, 2017, 06:12:29 AM
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/9-ways-kids-smarter-money-100050132.html

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

I do not think it's time to teach our kids about bitcoin and their virtual money is still engrossed in playing with their world they are not ready to learn anything complicated unless it's teenagers more than it would be if we start teaching it
But have you ever noticed how smart the kids in this our age have been with the internet. We may think it is too early for them to know, but the earlier the better is not it ?

It is not all about the full gist, apparently most kids will get bored on that telling them all about the technology surrounding blockchain. Still, showing them the benefits in a way that would make them understand without stressing their brains too much is a good thing. So many ways you can get things to stick in the mind of kids.
944  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: October 31, 2017, 05:21:37 AM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.
Yes it is possible especially if those people who support upon it is gone. Bitcoin is unpredictable so it is hard fpr us to foresight on what will happen on it in the future. Yes bitcoin could go back into its price way back 2009 but I can assure that it will never be zero value.
Yes, you’re right, it is possible, and that possibility lies in the hands of the Bitcoin community. The developers has no say on whether it will have value or not, they don’t. We the users are the ones that has the final say, we can even drive the market to move whichever direction we want it; we can decide to withdraw or invest and no one questions us for every move we make.
945  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: October 28, 2017, 03:46:04 PM
I faced the loss when I was doing trading it is happened my mistake as I didn't get time to watch it closely and it crashed down. That moment I am not able to control my sorrow and not able to eat food for 2 days properly just thinking about loss only for a week then I control myself and start concentrating in my job this is what I did.

One thing is till date I didn't repeat the mistake again.
For those who are pretty smart, they learn from their mistakes and then just move on and make it better next time. We are all bound to make mistakes even when we have learnt and though we know it better, it just happens. How we take such mistakes is what is important. There are some things we learn as we practice and this is what makes us better for next time and this is how a wannabe pro trader should always view losses.
946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: October 28, 2017, 12:19:34 PM
No, it will just work for a patient and not the greedy type gambler. Also your play will just be very quick because it takes many attempts before you hit the winning bet so before you even make it halfway, you are already lost so in short it's worthless and useless.

No, it will work out to all kind of people.  Patient or not since small investment can be considered trial investment.  Smart people if unsure about stuff put a small amount of money to try it first.  So this small investment act like a testing money ( gambling money) for ventures that they do not know what result it will bring.
I think small investments are better in every regard.
But in gambling this is even worse than anything else. Reason is, if it comes out to be profitable luckily, then this lead the person to reinvest more money for better profits. And ultimately he will lose and also if by small investments they lose, they still think of no difference, they come again for testing their luck and again fail.
947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: return as soon as possible and win back your losses . on: October 28, 2017, 11:51:21 AM
Base on my experience when i return or deposit again after i lose my deposit will make it even worse instead of winning back my losses, i lose again the new deposit. So what i can advise to you is do not try to win back your losses, if possible stop gambling even if it makes you happy for a bit of time, i prefer keep holding bitcoin and in the future it will make you more happy than gambling your money.
The best advice in so simple words. I think it must be understandable to every other person who have been in this fatal game of gambling.
Why people are just playing this even know better that it will not profit them, rather make harm to their money and family and everything. Your advice must be listened by all the gamblers out there. Listen it and make your life a happy life.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best ICO you've invested in? on: October 28, 2017, 11:01:01 AM
Which one made you the most money, or do you believe is the best tech?
 Huh
I started the ICO investment around last year anyway, did not really do much and so far so good, only STRATIS has given me one crazy hell of a return.

However, for some of the ones I am holding since I know they have good team and some products on ground, I would say COSS, TIO and KICK pretty much will do it in the long term. All the above, no one can predict the future yet. I am counting on centra too anyway.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: October 28, 2017, 10:26:52 AM
Are you picky with ICOs?
In my opinion picky with ICos
You have to be picky if you don't want to waste your money on a scam or a shitty project. We are seeing more and more ICOs everyday and most of them don't worth to invest in. If you wanna get in a good one you need to analyze the campaign very deeply and Only then invest your precious money to an ICO.
You should really do that wise move as an investor which we should really be picky and wont be careless on selecting on those ICO or buying coins because our money is at stake and we dont really like to lose even a single dollar. This is why we should do the things that a certain investor must do which is research and research until you do see already the indication that this is really worth to invest on.
It is really a wise move.
With the knowledge of so many scammers using the ICO to steal people's funds, then not being picky just certainly you have plenty of funds and cash to give out for free.
A normal and sensible investor should know that whatever they want to get into requires proper knowledge and understanding of not just the project but the company and the team as a whole.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If No more ICO what do you do as a bounty hunter ? on: October 28, 2017, 09:21:54 AM
if you do not have a side job other than bounty hunter  what do you guys do as a bounty hunter if there is no more ICO ??
What else ? If you cannot find something else to do apart from being a bounty hunter, then you resign and go to sleep.

It is as simple as that Grin … However, more projects will always come up and ICOs now has kind of become a pretty good norm to establish a project pretty fast while the users who bought into it and as well as the users of the product itself in the long run gets value from it. Moreover, you would have earned so much being a bounty hunter that you can even invest into your own projects.
951  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: October 28, 2017, 08:48:25 AM
To some degree, yes, but I feel like the same can be said about investments in general. It's an ongoing event and unless whatever you're investing in has pulled out of the market or gone bankrupt, trading will continue to be educational guesses based on research and history.
That is true. Practically, everything decision we make investment wise, are still pretty related to guessing since we are not sure of the outcome.

The only difference is that with some level of information, we find ourselves assured of making the right decisions. This does not prevent shits from happening and will never do, but at least you would have known you made an attempt which could have been good but shit just got wrong.
952  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: October 28, 2017, 07:45:03 AM
Trading and investing is a good way to generate bitcoin, but I think investing is better because it is safer when compared to trading, because with trading can make us lose because wrong put the price.
Trading is more of a profession and something that brings you earnings on some of the activities you do regularly which to me sounds more like a job. On the other hand, investment is more like leaving your money to hold and letting it grow over time while it is at work on something.

It requires work too and that is why one way or the other the two sounds similar. You are putting your money to work and letting it grow in both cases rather than just leaving them in your wallet, it is just the activities that differs in the process.
953  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: October 27, 2017, 08:35:45 PM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?
Trading is not a easy matter .First you need to control your mind and emotion.Trading is best way to earn a more profit daily or weekly or monthly .But if you doing anthing without thinking you get zero
It is really not easy and I am surprised when some people just because they have heard you can earn a lot trading, then they think it is a very simple thing that you can just do and start earning. Trading takes process and you just have to take each step one after the other with patience to get there. We can never know what we can get even as pro traders and we just have to sometimes deal with what the market has to give us.
954  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to choose good coin!? on: October 27, 2017, 08:02:32 PM
Everyone says trading is easy, you have to pickup a good coin and then invest your money there..Will you guys, please tell me how I know it is a good coin or bad? What certain things I should check about that coin? What types of information helps me to know the coin is good?

By now l dont research yet whow to choose a very good coin. But for me l choose bitcoin because me,my sister,my family and all bitcoiners in our place choose bitcoin.Because bitcoin stays bigger value although bitcoin value is volatile but it has a big difference when bitcoin price is increse.Your coins have a chance to profit 10 times or more. For me thats the status of bitcoin which giving us a good earnings and profit.
At the end honestly, instead of gambling all around looking for coins to diversify which could still be pretty much risky, I guess sticking with bitcoin still remains the safest option since eventually you will still be making some pretty good amount in value at the end.

This still does not mean that some coins will still make a good profit in the long run which still makes it worth the risk anyway, considering how fast they can earn you profit pretty fast.
955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I can make money with cryptocurrencies? on: October 27, 2017, 07:31:07 PM
Making money with cryptocurrencies is not a big deal, because we have got lots of opportunities available to earn. People when they come to know about bitcoin for the first time have a thinking that bitcoin will make them rich. Only after getting into bitcoin knew that the reality is not the same as we expect.
There are so many opportunities that people are not even tapping into. Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme or HYIP that would promise you a guaranteed 10% daily which is bullshit.

Bitcoin is a currency that is volatile and can be considered as an asset since it has values and the greater the demand, the more the higher the value. However, you have to work hard to earn it just like in any normal day or buy in and be patient knowing, that you are making good decision for the future believing in bitcoin.
956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: October 27, 2017, 03:35:11 PM
For me the smart way to play gambling is you know for your self when to stop or your limits in playing. It is also a smart and wise way when you already win big in the game you stop already because it might be in the next game you are not lucky anymore you might regret you never stop.
- Well, this is a good idea, set limits and know when we should stop, that will limit the loss in gambling, sometimes that will help us to hold the money we win, in short, we are going to gamble with planning, strategy and control, we will not let emotions control us
- Myself, I think the smart way to gamble is probably I never bring my money into gambling because we have set limits or do anything, sooner or later gambling will also cause us to lose everything, so it is better not to bring our money into gambling, we should play with free money, victory will be fun and loss will not affect us
Let me give an example. We all make plans and honestly those are the perfect ones for ourselves but how many of us actually go with them. Very rare. Why ? The answer is simple because humans get attracted towards almost everything very easily, especially when it is a dangerous one. In the same way, gambling can be captivating indeed.

We can tell ourselves to set limits hundred times but the fact is, once we are in the game we will forget about everything.
957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 27, 2017, 12:38:09 PM
Indian team has done great work in both batting and bowling they are won the match with New Zealand, now both team have same position, let's what will happen next match.
Virat Kohli is the number one batsman in ODI ranking. Even in test matches and T20s, he gives outstanding performance. Let’s just forget him and talk about the rest of the team. The whole team is almost full of classical batsman. These guys practice a lot throughout the year and this constant effort is the reason why India has become the number one team. New Zealand needs to work more in both bowling and batting if its opponent is India.
958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you learn from your gambling mistakes? on: October 27, 2017, 11:55:32 AM
Nope still i am making mistakes while playing gambling, so i still want to improve my betting strategies that means want to learn more from my mistakes.
If you are trying to figure out a method that will convert your losing into winnings then I will suggest you giving upon this false hope because it won’t happen. People have spent their whole lives in discovering such magical methods but what happened ultimately.

It was just a wastage of time. All the random games have been for decades now and still no hundred percent working method is found. The reason is simple because it is impossible. Instead, you must try to gamble in limits.
959  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Campaign does not pay on: October 27, 2017, 11:19:22 AM
Maybe there's a reason why that campaign didn't pay your friend or he is the only that isn't paid? But if most of the participants aren't paid you should take action for it. Seek help from those people that are always on the scam accusations board for immediate action. And if you are worried that it will happen to you, then do your own research about that campaign / company if they are legit one before joining them.
For every legit campaign, there is always a reason they normally bounce some of the participants and instead of them moving on and checking out for the mistakes they must have made and correct them in the future, they always end up crying wolf. Some would be caught for post bursting, spamming, short posts etc and I wonder why they would expect to get paid for wearing a sig campaign when absolutely no one will take their posts seriously.
960  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: October 27, 2017, 10:47:15 AM
to face out all fiat money on one country is not necessary, how about those anyone or anybody that who cant afford to buy gadgets and provide a internet connection, how do they live. i mean how do they make transaction on the physical market to buy or sell goods just to live? this idea is non sense. fiat money is important too and i think more country not to follow if that happens.

I agree to that, especially here in our country, many of our countrymen are experiencing poverty, they can't even have their own houses, clothes and food for every day living, how much more if they phase out all the paper money and turn it into internet currency, what will happen to them, even their money that they got from begging on the street will be useless.
That would be like murdering them and I am sure they will definitely come back to retaliate on you guys that pushed the paper currency out Grin … Jokes apart, the truth is that this cannot even work. Not now, not in the next few years and I cannot say whether in future or not, but not this generation.

Some of these guys are less privileged and cannot even afford a smart phone, let alone know how to use one, have access to internet and then go cashless.
