Hal ini jelas akan mengurangi jumlah bitcoin yang beredar. Dalam keadaan seperti ini, jika ada seseorang yang melakukan pembelian Bitcoin secara besar-besaran, maka harga bitcoin akan melambung tinggi.

Bagaimana tidak!. Bayangkan saja, mungkin ribuan atau jutaan user di Indonesia yang mendapatkan insentif/gaji mingguan yang dibayar dengan Bitcoin dari program Bounty, signatur dan campaign. Padahal apa yang kita kerjakan tidak seberat buruh pabrik atau buruh harian, kita hanya membuat post atau memberikan komentar di Forum bitcointalk.org. Lagipula aktivitasnya dapat dilakukan melalui PC, Laptop, Notebook dan Android yang bisa dibawa kemana saja selama terhubung dengan Internet. Bukan kah ini suatu bukti betapa ringan dan fleksibel nya menjalankan aktivitas di Bitcoin.
Saya kira "Bitcoin bisa dijadikan solusi terbaik untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan".
