For me, even start on 10 year old is best age to teach a child on bitcoin, as long he can already understand and analyze transactions on bitcoi . It is better that a child already aware on bitcoin so that he can prepare already for his future.

Just wondering if ya'll have a typical formula you go by or a certain X percentage profit or loss.
I've been playing around with coins for just under a month now. $23750 total investment and currently up just under 10k in profit. One of the coins (IOTA) has gone up about 288%. Obviously it would suck if it crashed but it would equally suck to sell if it continues to grow.
Just wondering what a lot of you folks do. I'm considering investing another 25 or 50k into coins. Ideally I'd like to net 15k a month off them but I know that may not be realistic on a monthly basis.

TRADE VOLUME - 0%  Just a heads up - the Trade Record Window shows trades executed over 30 hours ago and nothing new. Also is NOT recording trades after your order has been executed so you have no record of BUY and SELL prices and amounts. Makes it a pain in the ass to keep track of what you are doing if you are doing a lot of trades. Also gives this error no matter what "You cannot trade this order because it already traded. Someone else already traded this order and the order book hasn't updated yet." So you can BUY tokens, yet you can't use the SELL order book to sell anything which I am sure is making a ton of people get screwed like myself. Probably just lost $1k which is a lot for me. Anyone know how to fix this shit? In the meantime I would advise to stay FAR away. I'm in Github chat for ED and it seems many of us are facing this error issue. And their is no word about anything from ED (like usual). And with ED's twitter being suspended this is just fucking great. There's nothing called hold by trading. It is just a normal trading method. Buy at dips and sell at high. The only thing is that, you are trading with only a single pair and loosing all other opportunities. Holding is an investment method and trading is not holding.

In my opinion this is the most correct strategy. But for this you need to be able to trade. If you do not know how to trade, then you can not increase the number of your coins, but rather reduce it. Increase the number of coins with an increase in coin prices is a good strategy.

I lost a lot from Ponzi Hyip and ICO lending. I am currently holding some top 20 coin. The amount of money I owed is so great, I had to mortgage my house, I did not know what to do anymore, please help me advice if I should continue in the Crytopia this or not? Never borrow money to invest in bitcoin. Only invest with what you can afford to lose. And don't expect quick gains from cryptos, unless your are a whale (who's already rich) and experienced with speculative trading in general. Small traders will find it hard to beat the big traders in the speculative gambling game. Just like with those who made it big before us, the way to realise a significant gain is to enter when the price is low (i.e. the market crashes due to panic induced over-selling). Then HODL for the long term regardless of the volatility and look at it in 2 or 3 years time. I prefer to INVEST in cryptos, and not here to trade/gamble on it base on day-to-day or week-to-week price volatility. I believe in the selected cryptos that I am now HODLing. I previously entered with a bit of my dispensable savings of 5kAuD when the price was at 5kUSD; and I recovered that 5kAuD when the price was at 16kUSD and only play with the profits (which means that if BTC crashes, I would have lost nothing). And now, I have re-injected 8kAuD when the price was at 6.1kUSD earlier. I only advise you not to invest your loan amount but invest your free money, and about the market like this, I do not know how to advise you.  I am really sad, can not think of anything more. You have lost nothing until you actually sell. If you HODL it, you still have the same number of coins... where the value depends on the time when you sell it. what botheres him is the mortgage of his house thats why hes asking to continue or what..for me nothing you can do but to trade,dont rely on big income or profit from those ico ano mostly just scam |

I think that the big hype about bitcoin has already happened.
And about the usage rate, I can't see how far it can go from here.
I agree that there are a lot of people that waits to enter the market but they can't because a large percent of the exchanges are closed for new members, but almost everybody in the world has already heard about bitcoin and I can't see how far can it go from this point.
We need to have a massive change for the bitcoin network if we want a new big hype to begin.

it is probably too late to sell after holding since the 19000$ correction.
buy low then hold,thats the best thing to do now,the market is starting to recover..and the prediction is soon to happen.the $30-40,000 price that more of users been waiting..look at the bitcoin movement followed by altcoins this is the sign of the beginning. |

I don't think so because it's price is changing everyday.If anyone invest a huge money to buy bitcoin and the price will be low then he will hamperd.So I think it is not a good way to invest all of your money in bitcoin.I think everyone should invest some of his money in bitcoin.And also invest in Eth or other altcoin like aion,waves,etn etc.

Well, for me, yes. Bitcoin is highly secure, but it is always up to you if you want to make it secure. Some people loses their Bitcoin because of forgetting their PV keys or something. Not just forgetting their Private keys,but more of being hacked or scammed,this is the most reason why bitcoins gone from the owners. |
