961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Report ETH for SCAM because $80 fees on: February 05, 2021, 03:16:53 PM
I believe many of us here are ERC20 tokens and Ethereum users thats why many of us are already pissed with this kind of situation I feel I was robbed in a broad daylight because of these abusive fees but theres nothing we can do about it the only solution is to find another alternative or endure the high transaction fees.
962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy coins. How much do you think we need them? on: February 04, 2021, 11:10:15 AM
IMHO, I believe as an industry we should abide by the existing laws of the land, and cryptocurrencies are not exempted because we operate in our respective boundaries/countries so with that fact we should abide by the existing laws/regulation and the privacy coins like Monero, Zcash, etc. has superb privacy features that even a sophisticated government like the US are in a hard time to tract its transaction thats why they are afraid that it might be used for all illegal means like terrorism financing, etc. in that case I think we should ceased of using privacy coins for now.
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Rally Starts Today! on: February 01, 2021, 11:59:15 AM
Really?? I don't think it's a good idea after the artificial pump what's next? Dumping spree no way I still believe that XRP will overcome all of that so-called SEC persecution but in the right way, That's why there's no need to be involved in a Pump and Dump coin scheme which can bring more damage to the XRP's reputation.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think need bitcoin blockchain improvement? on: February 01, 2021, 11:47:25 AM
Now I can see in many sites and wallets that the transaction cost of Bitcoin is much higher. Is this problem because Bitcoin has not improved its blockchain? What do you think about this?

That's very common nowadays, especially that the Bitcoin price is skyrocketed the transaction fees are also rising but the confirmation time also becomes lengthy. That's why I wish that the lightning Network will push through and be in use in all of the Bitcoin transactions if the Lightning Network will be fully implemented I think that's enough already to satisfy most of the Bitcoin users.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: invest in new projects on: January 31, 2021, 11:19:30 AM
It depends on what kind of project including function and purpose because most of the ideas of the projects nowadays are just copycats. But base on your list only YouCash was familiar and I have such YouC token in my wallet earned from the bounty campaign I still hold it and I agree that it was a promising project despite it has experienced a short-term dump because of the bounty token sell-offs.
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bull run is coming and just waiting for your turn on: January 31, 2021, 11:10:43 AM
IMHO, I believe that the Bullrun is already here and it begins already since the last quarter of 2020, the Market is already bullish in the last quarter of 2020 particularly in December I'm sure many are not accepting it because most of us want a so-called Bullrun like it was in 2017 that most of the cryptocurrencies including those shitcoins are pumping so much. I believe it won't happen again nowadays.
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot or Binance Smart Chain? on: January 30, 2021, 01:01:20 PM
I think both platforms are good and promising, But if we choose only one, I prepare to pick the Binance smart Chain or BSC, Because it's a user-friendly platform and one of the cheapest transaction fees compared to many others especially Etherum including PolkaDot thats why BSC is more attractive compared to Polkadot and many others.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone remember the total scam coin Envion? on: January 30, 2021, 12:45:27 PM
Its been about 4 years now since Envion came around promising a solar powered mining operation, with dividends given to all holders of their coin. With a starting price of around a .40 - 1 dollar per coin if I believe correctly its been so long. Last I remember is the Envion team had raised a ridiculous amount of money then the founder ran off with the money. Does anyone know what happened. Just want to bring back old memories and see who remembers quite possibly the worlds greatest scam.

Yes, I remember it, the Envion ICO is successfully raised an amount of $100 Million of funds from investors, And base on the supplied information the Envion founders and their partner has gone through a court battle because they have a misunderstanding in terms of management for the supposed to be a solar-powered cryptocurrency mining company its been 4 years already and I dont know whos the winner in the court battle and if the Investors were refunded or not.
969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt season start in 3...2...1 on: January 30, 2021, 12:27:51 PM
IMHO, I believe that altcoin season starts already since December 2020, But it was very different compared to the Altcoin season of 2017. And base on the latest trend on the market still only a few altcoins were gaining price momentum like Dogecoin, XLM, while others remain the same as it was before like TRX, EOS, etc. the price, is not moving much thats why I presume it is very different altcoin season.
970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Dogecoin Goes High? on: January 29, 2021, 11:54:41 AM
Dogecoin goes high n high this week. Any reason behind them?

I was also surprised when I see the pump this morning I have a 20K Doge in my Binance wallet that's why immediately sold it at 0.081 cents it's crazy honestly I was not expecting this pump to happen with Dogecoin I was only using doge for Casino game purposes But now it gives me some decent profit because of the pump. But just be careful who knows it will be another artificially induce pump, or maybe the reason was Elon Musk Bio on Twitter.
971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters are getting axed harder on: January 29, 2021, 11:34:21 AM
I look backward and see a lot of challenge facing bounty hunters and I can only see that things will get harder. The mental stress of looking for the right bounty to promote, waking up in the middle of the night for several hours to complete tasks for months just to realized you won't get $1 for all your time.

It is another scenario when you discover that the project you promoted is doing great at the exchange market but you realized the team are refusing to give the reward of your labour or change the rules regarding the campaign just to make it hard for you to get your reward.

I think most of this project team see hunters as being toothless because they know the worst you can do cannot affect their project. They name you different names just to make you look like a fool in the eyes of investors.

Until there is a way to deal honorably with these team, hunters will continue to suffer

I feel you because I was also experienced that from the project called DigitalBits they don't pay its participants and the worst part was they have our data from the KYC they invented accusation against us participants to justify their purpose on not paying us they owed us a 28 Million XDB tokens and they are proud of it. they have a scam accusation thread but only a few high-ranking members of the BitcoinTalk forum were Tag them. Thats why nowadays I'm not joining any more in the bounties that have no guaranteed payment or escrow payment just like the Bounty Detective has done.
972  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC Core Wallet / keep money in USD? on: January 29, 2021, 11:16:01 AM
hello all

i have bitcoin core wallet, i want to keep sometimes my btc in only usd or eur (to protect from volatility) and i want to do this and keep my anon.

so what exchange can i use for this? transfer btc from my core wallet to an exchange and on the exchange change to USD and then change back again to BTC and transfer back to core wallet or to another person

is this possible?

I think we are the same purpose to save the value of our coins and to protect it from fluctuation, Actually, I was doing this after my daily day trading session and converted my coins into USDT and I was doing this from 2018 until now and so far I have not encountered any problems I was using Binance since 2017 thats why I trust them. But if you are not involved in trading it is better to convert it into a Stablecoin of your choice and sent it in your own private wallet.
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No positive sign in LTC on: January 28, 2021, 09:04:59 AM
Nobody really know. But I can share my theory.
People are slowing understanding that bitcoin clones will not last long.

Litecoin may be an interesting clone (fast blocks, fast confirmations... the digital silver, not trying to scam anyone like bch)
,  but Charlie Lee sold all his ltc stash in 2017.
If the litecoin founder doesn't really believe in the project , why should anyone?

https://www.cnbc.com/2017/12/20/litecoin-founder-charlie-lee-sells-his-holdings-in-the-cryptocurrency.html

Is this true?, so what was the remaining interest of the founder of Litecoin Charlie Lee in the platform if he has no LTC coin left in his pocket, It doesn't make sense to me it will send a wrong signal to the Litecoin users and investors by the way I'm just asking because it was catching my interest.
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's show the world we can do what a reddit group did! on: January 28, 2021, 08:51:07 AM
I think thats not possible with this forum because the users here are not that passionate unlike those in Reddit or maybe every one of us here in the BitcoinTalk forum has a different agenda or perspective thats why I believe it is not feasible here because every one of us has its own interest thats why we are here in the name of crypto and of course to earn out of it.
975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DIA team kept their promise on: January 28, 2021, 08:41:27 AM
If you trade DIA on hoo exchange or Binance exchange go and check your exchange wallet right now, DIA team have send all Airdrops reward to everyone that have DIA in their wallet or exchange before 2021, I earned over 60$ from this today

Thats great congrats mate, Honestly I never know about this so-called DIA airdrop, But now I check in the Binance wallet I have not received any airdrop from DIA because they need at least 1 DIA token in our wallet wether in exchange or in a private wallet in that case I have not any DIA tokens in my wallet but I was traded DIA tokens on Binance a couple of times since September.
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: UNI coin is the next BNB. ? on: January 27, 2021, 01:31:33 PM
IMHO, I believe it will not, Binance is already in the business since 2017 and it has gone through a process of what it is now just like its coin the BNB, and the BNB supply is more scarce compared to the UNISWap UNI token and I think UNI's price will not last for long and it will return to its previous or maybe lower because if the Defi hype was already gone. UNiSWap will be affected too because they are just defending on one blockchain which is Ethereum while Binance BNB will have many options, and I dont like UNISwap honestly because it required huge gas fees before you can use it. I still prepared to use Binance for its fair fees. The decentralized is good but it is not enough reason to pay more in fees as they robbed you in a broad daylight.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High possibility major governments will BAN Bitcoin in the near future on: January 27, 2021, 01:04:07 PM
I think some major governments are already done it, they can ban Bitcoin if they want but they can't kill it because it was decentralized. The Government of China through its Central Bank has already made a digital Yuan, But my question is how it will compete with BTC when the Digital Yuan is a Stablecoin, CBDC more likely a Stable coin for sure it will only use for payment, etc. unlike BTC it can be used as an investment because it was a store of value. that was my opinion about it.
978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most important cryptocurrencies other than bitcoin? on: January 26, 2021, 12:38:44 PM
Monero has been around since 2014, which is an eternity in the crypto currency realm. Its use is rapidly growing in dark net markets, where BTC is being rejected because BTC is not private.

Most regulated exchanges are reluctant to list Monero and this has limited its market capitalization for the time being.

Monero is real crypto cash. BTC was supposed to be real crypto cash, but fell short of the mark.

Monero’s future is bright. I expect that it will eventually eclipse BTC, but we are still a few years away from that.

IMO, How could you say that Monero is the real crypto-cash when it didn't pass the existing laws of the land, You know and I know that without fiat (paper money) crypto will not have any value because the value was calculated in US$, thats why we should comply with the existing laws so that the crypto industry can co-exist with the existing financial services today, But I agree that Monero has a very good privacy function but we have no other option we should comply with the law so that we can operate freely.
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If new projects can go through verifications too on: January 26, 2021, 12:24:02 PM
That was also my question since 2017, but it just limited to those projects that have done with any fundraising campaigns like ICO, IEO, etc., and to all projects that have token offerings to the public/investors, they should be transparent and observe fairness by revealing they're true identity to the public to prevent any exit scammed practices.
980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Tether go into crisis like XRP? on: January 24, 2021, 02:43:24 PM
It's not just XRP that is having problems linking the reason the SEC reporting on a source doesn't verify over data.  Tether also goes into issues to interact with the dispute with Bitfinex.  File center is checked, is this fine for the future?
https://cointelegraph.com/news/tether-and-bitfinex-seek-further-30-days-to-produce-critical-trial-documents/amp

Will Tether go into a crisis like XRP?

IMHO, I think it was highly possible, If we notice in 2020 there was a red flag already about Tether (USDT), and because of this it was possible that Tether (USDT) is already on the SEC radar for investigation, The SEC's hostile approach towards cryptocurrencies is mean a lot and I'm sure that the persecution will not end on Ripple's XRP but on other cryptocurrencies as well who knows it might be Bitcoin or Ethereum. Just my opinion!
