i have looked at it from top to bottom in a hex editor and then loaded in it up with OllyDBG so far.
it may take me a bit to crack i have never loaded sgminer or cgminer in Olly before for static analysis.
if he keeps this up it will be cracked and posted though.

i sure as hell don't see any guy post proof of a speed increase of anywhere near 40%.
look some pages back and tell you see graphs or what ever showing a 40% speed increase lol
he also used the crappiest generic compile settings to build it with MingW

The kernel I extracted will not work without modifying sgminer to work with it, but at least it's there for people to inspect for the supposed improvements. Gives me an error -46 when I try to just replace the kernel with the one you reverse engineered. The very message you quoted I state it won't work without modifying sgminer. Some of the coding inside needs to get remapped/re-targeted. I'll give a whirl, but it's not my forte, I'm more of a networking technician by trade and skill. Great, from bits and pieces told by girino you'd need to create a kernel handle with clCreateKernel to all the mini-kernels in the OpenCL file, among MANY other things. |

Verified Higher hashrate on 3 pools I use regularly.
Best increase was on my 270x Rig: 1450 to 1990 hashrate . So 270x(5) rig went from roughly 7Mhash to 10Mhash. Temps up just a few degrees, very negligible. Power up only 30 Watts on Kill-A-Watt to total 570 Watts on a 5 270x GPU Rig. Love the x11 mining for the summer so far.
Tried newer upload and I do indeed get temps and fan speed back in SgMiner.
CGMiner seems to work well also. Using Windows 8.1.
A couple of API errors every so often, but has been running nonstop overnight.
Seems legit so far, hope this helps someone.
I've obtained the kernel through reverse engineering, someone must take a look at the kernel and tell us if it brings any actual speed improvements. Link on previous page. |

I should also mention that changes to sgminer might be needed to accomodate this new kernel. I don't have any plans to do it. no need to worry about reverse engi it atm, but your work is appreciated. just use pool gaurd. to the person who made this updated kernal, thanks but we pay enough in fees with pools and transfers. You have to delete the .bin files and try again. Didn't work for me either  I replaced the contents of darkcoin.cl with what was linked. I deleted all .bin files besides the one I use to launch sgminer. Using sgminer 4.1.0-96-g983e. Miner wouldn't even start for me so I'm probably doing something wrong... As I mentioned this before, it is possible it doesn't work without modifying sgminer to work with it. Strange though, a user claimed it compiled the kernel for him. |

Do you mean the 30/70 line? The chart is filled the canvas, the line is only showed if the highest and lowest value out of 30 and 70. Yes, the 30/70 line, usually it's customizable. |
