Its no longer news that an ICO in Japan has lost over $400 million to hackers. They promised to pay back investors who invested in their ICO. Thsi is a huge loss. After I read that news, I began to wonder. How safe is Bitcoin and Other altcoins? What measures should we take to avoid being hacked ?
These exchange hacks always makes me suspicious. Most of them looks like inside jobs. Because it is not possible for the hackers to crack through multiple levels of authentication, unless they have support from someone who is familiar with the system. so your saying that the hacker was one of the staff of one company? May be people familiar with the employees in that company. I do not think corporate employees are a hacker, they can not self-destruct their jobs and go to jail. An employee of the company and going to hacked that company, sounds unreasonable at all |

I am hoping for the best of the cryptocurrency market towards the end of the year and hopefully in the whole of 2019. I am expecting a great recovery if not a bull run and everything should be based on real market forces and not so much on speculations. However, we know that this is the market where anything can happen and things can be beyond our own control and influence. I am now thinking that if cryptocurrency will still be bad in 2019 I would reduce my involvement to as much as 75% and use my energy and time to something else...this is my way of diversifying and putting my security on my finances. This is just like saying hoping for the best but preparing for the worst..

I also think like you, if by mid-2019 the market is going down and can not go up after 2018 heavy discounts. I will retreat 50% of my capital out of this market to invest in something to salvage my life. I hope that will not happen, Hope prices will go up before I make a decision. |

Guys, be careful with your money and time. Many investor and bounty members look into the telegram group members before joining in ICO Project. Like by seeing 50K to 90K Members in a running ICO group, we make the decision to do bounty campaigns for them, and investors go to invest there. But almost 70% of members are fake, came from airdrop, bot, added without permission and so on. You will see some people keep praising that project, will hit, wow project, good admin and blah blah. They posted those fake praise because of bounty and airdrop. Everyone should more careful before investing in any project. What do you think about this matter? Share your thoughts.
Definitely I participated in several telegram groups of ICOs and found that only 10% of the members are real. Groups of 50-100k members only have about 5000-10000 members active. The rest are fake by the airdrop telegram, there is no telegram group with a real member number up to 30-100k member |
