On a old hard-drive i found some wallets from other crypto-coins.
Iám checking if there are still some coins in there.
Is it correct if i launch the wallets and start sync them the balance should show during the sync period of should the wallet show the balance directly?
I had similar experience after 2 years after being out of crypto and almost deleted many wallet.dat, now i have magi, dash, spr, enrg, few moneros, dmds,dgc...only coins that i mined from beggining that dont worth nothing now is scsy. Monero worth was 20c and dash was 3$ 2 yrs ago and i was thinking to myself why do i even bother mining this crap anymore  i m like loosing money on el. cost. In transactions you should be able to see immediately, but you need to wait to see it in the wallet, i was looking at dash wallet for few hours just waiting for transactions to start showing in balance. Good luck  I had quite a lot of DASH a couple of years ago, when price was well less than LTC - but didn't think it would go anywhere so sold it all. Doh! Hmm i did not find the jackpot. All wallets are empty  |

Yep, you should be fine - you'll probably need to make sure the wallets are up to date for currencies where there were hard forks etc. (and hope that the block chains are still active) Good luck with the hunting - hope you find some treasure there =D Starmman do you mean with Yep it should show the balance directly? You'll have to wait for the block chain to sync to where your last transaction hit to see the balance - if you already have the chain synced to where you turned the wallets off you'll be able to see the balance - but you'll have to wait for the chain to sync before you can xfer out (also if you can find your wallet address you could try a block explorer) Ah thats clear. Yup, I have already seen that topic, and all the links are dead.
So, I don't know are the devs still around to post new ones, or maybe work on some new, optimized miners. Currently everything about mining is very confusing.
My G3450T currently mining around 30mh, which is good. I will see till end of the day how much I mined, then I will calculate it and see if there is profit when you mine with such a low end CPU, and if there is, I will recommend to other miners I know to mine Magi.

Does anyone here knows owners from suprnova or miningpoolhub to ask them if they could include xmg as one of the options for autoexchange on they multipools that way ppl from community could "mine" Magi with they GPUs when Magi nethash is to large Name of the owner Supernova is OCminer He is a very nice guy! |

So its not boring at all if you are long term holder and you believe in Magic Well I'm one of the oldest believers of Magi and certainly a long term holder. But I also like to trade all day long. That's why I'm now trading my other long term coins UNO and GRS on bittrex. But who knows, it can change within the hour. it could why not in 3 months is magi bday at that time i think it could be late for anyone that want to get in Magi at this/low price Yes 15 september 2017 Magi will be 3 years. Thats awesome. Btc raised big time after 3 years. Magi will do the same!

Its funny business on exchanges right now, daily traders bots are ruining stable growth + panicking holders. I rather wait and buy more when Magi show healthy grow with small lost or if this panic dump continue at this rate price could drop even lower and that could be the right time. I totally agree with you +1 Yeah - its just a case of being patient and buying extra during the low periods - I've never been very good at working out where the lows are however =) me neither XD, but i will wait for additional 500k xmgs to get dumped before i start buying again If you guys need some pro trading tips, feel free to ask me. That said, I sold ~500 ETH for 7 USD. Lol yes i wish to buy all XMG from Bittrex can you help? congrats amigo
