961  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: July 07, 2015, 01:55:01 PM
I think the number of lost or forgotten coins is much higher than current estimates. many coins were minted in 2009 and 2010 and have never been touched

964  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: July 07, 2015, 01:15:03 PM
What do you think? I think I might be close. I'm guessing $10,000 per bitcoin by then.

In 2020 we will for sure have passed the winklevoss prediction of 40.000 USD per coin.....
Question is, will you still have all your bitcoins?

what makes you think we'll see the price of bitcoin go over $40k per coin? if you think it will happen, make sure you go all in now, to have insane profits in 2020. keep dreaming.
I personally believe that Bitcoin may well explode in value as more and more people begin to use it.

967  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 30, 2015, 06:29:10 PM

968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 30, 2015, 06:24:45 PM
#MOON at first, I was cynical about the impact of Eurozone troubles on BTC, but then I realized that the market is so small even a tiny number of new, interested buyers can make a big impact on price.

970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Cloud mining on: June 27, 2015, 03:33:04 PM
The risk that you will give your money and they will end up very big scams.
this is the biggest problem... you have to take into consideration the risk that the cloudmining site will disappear.

976  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: June 24, 2015, 12:43:02 AM
I do not own a gun or intend to ever buy one but I fully support everyone's right to have one. For me gun control has to do with our already disappearing rights and liberties.
977  Other / Politics & Society / Re: South Carolina church shooting: Nine die in Charleston 'hate crime' on: June 24, 2015, 12:24:17 AM
Whats weird to me is that the second the shooting happened, news was all over the place. But there was a shooting in detroit yesterday at a children's birthday party, 11 were shot. And i bet no one heard about it

Women's hearts beat faster than men's.
