541  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best bitcoin wallet? on: September 22, 2015, 06:46:16 PM
I use coinbase web "wallet" too, it is easy to manipulate.
The UI is clean (blue and white) and i can easily send and receive bitcoins.
When their website gets offline i have no access to my bitcoins, so basically they own my bitcoins, not much safe.

What that's mean about "easy to manipulate"?

Basically coinbase is exchanger.

By "easy to manipulate" i mean that you have everything you need in one place.
Except the private key that you dont have. You can easily sign a message.
Send receive bitcoins and 2FA security, and the referral program is great if you have ever heard about it.
It is an exchange but in the same time it is a web "wallet" too, and the Andorid app is good to check the balance.

The website has become more completed. Good job ak111in, i will buy one key to support your work.
Glad to know that you implemented the suggestion made here 2 weeks ago.
I really like the graphs because it shows the data in an easy way and understandable.
Thanks more updates coming soon.

I was thinking what else would improve your website with more data details.
Maybe adding the Posting Activity By Time and displaying it on a graph or in multi-color like the activity.
Or maybe displaying the trust points and the default trust depth and so on...
543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to sign a message?! on: September 22, 2015, 06:39:09 PM
@shorena i just checked my coinbase account and it seems that i can not sign a multi line message? Is that problem only to me or to all?

I will not use anymore the coinig to verify the signed messages, the new website blocktrail seems a good platform.

Really appreciate the quick responses and the detailed thread, this really should be sticky for us newbies.

You are welcome, we are here to help the community.
544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: September 22, 2015, 06:36:09 PM
What i like mostly the bitcoin is the chance to hold them online and offline.
The opportunity to use paper wallet (for offline use) i like that most.
Also the transaction are cheap (few cents) and you can send anywhere in the world.

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
This is Sourgummies from bitcointalk.org and today is 2015.09.22
and this is my test signature.

Is this right?

Finally figured out that firefox was not allowing me to do this and tried Safari.

I just tried to verifiy in coinig and it seems that i does not verify it

548  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: September 22, 2015, 06:07:42 PM
if only from a faucet site my biggest earnings in a week approximately between 0.005-0.01 btc
not a huge amount but i'm glad to do it Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

When i was in the coinomat signature campaign the maximum that i earned was 23 USD within a week.

Today that i have been accepted in a new signature campaign seems that i am limited to the max of 22$ not bad.

554  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 13, 2015, 03:25:15 PM
How does one compete with other coders? especially havinng newbie status

Use escrow. I dont know how you would compete other than offer better prices....like anything else

Depends on what you are coding, but escrow protects you and the buyer/seller. The escrow holds the funds until the job is done. This seems a good way to earn bitcoin.
555  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: September 13, 2015, 03:06:07 PM
I make just over $150 a week online
wow would like to know where you earn that, i only earn bout 30$ a week

i wanted to know too , $150 a week is not a joke , it's a big amount especially here on our country. i want to earn like that because im unemployed right now
you can earn that price through only using or participating in signature campaigns, there so many now signature campaigns that had a high rates like coinut signature campaign, the rates of full members are 0.009 btc and the maximum post is 50 post a week.

Am I mislead here? $150 a week through signature campaign only? It's not possible now mate. And FYI that amount is possible to earn a week through other method like trade and gambling. Correct me if Im mislead.
Its possible if you are hard working man, my friend earn 1 btc for only 1 week, and his signature campaign is bit x and his old rate is 0.0011 btc and no limit of posting ,

Lol you are out of date man, the bit-x signature campaign is temporarily limited to 100 posts maximum.
556  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: September 13, 2015, 02:30:18 PM
Anyone use this estimator to reference for selling or buying accounts?

I don't think so because it doesn't show the real value of accounts, sometimes it shows higher sometimes lower but you should check manually the account if you want to know the price and value yourself how much would it cost.
Well when I originally made the site, it was semi-accurate. However, in the month since I created this, there has been a lot of account selling, which has significantly depressed the price of accounts.

It's really hard to show a real result of an account value, the price just change to much, 0.06 - 0.20+ for a sr.member nowadays.

You are wrong because 0.0009 x 50 = 0.045 this is 10.5$, how do you think to reach 150$ weekly?
558  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 13, 2015, 02:09:16 PM
Im surprised that people keep investing into cloud companies at this stage we get paid daily some portion of investment, and pretty sure most companies hasnt mining farms soo they are trading bitcoin or altcoins and paying their poor ratios daily,i had invested 0.09btc into genesis mining i keep receiving payments from them but is like 10k satoshis.. every 2 days....soo i will roi on this stage around more 5 years since difficult will raise.Lets opne a new cloud offering 0.0002% daily this way we can trade all days to be able to cover those high costs... Cheesy

5 years the ROI really?? That doesn't worth man for ~20$ to wait for 5 years lol. Better forget that you invested there. I prefer more saving than investing.
559  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: HonestDoubler.com - 100% IN 100 HOURS - 15% REF - FREE GIVEAWAYS INSIDE! on: September 13, 2015, 01:50:57 PM
How much is the giveaway this round if I deposit at least 0.001BTC, i would like to participate but want to know the prize.

OP didn't stated the giveaway prize and since round 1 his prize is always 0.001 btc, so i guess it is still 0.001 btc, whatever amount your deposit is

Was thinking the same but since we are investing in his website the prize should be higher?
