If you go on the main page of livestars's website and if you scroll it down you will see the table of "Competitor comparison"  this is probably the most serious competitor Bongacams? Never heard of them! Or is this a traditional, non crypto camsite? There is a new competitor now with a huge amount of budget for airdrop and bounty. I wont write the name here but you will soon see it everywhere I check this competitor's site and find out she has no token that does not involve blockchain stuff. Is she a traditional porn website? About which competitor are you talking guys? I am sure other also got the idea to combine blockchain with adult entertainment, it makes sense. So yeah, there is probably competition for Live Stars. But they have the chance to be the first product with a working platform. What's the point in writing about some competitors without any additional info? However, your concerns and questions are valid. This will probably be their biggest task to solve before going live. Yes, there are AI filtration, and manual filtration. AI first and then followed by manual filtration. The quality of this platform will depend on these things. We have several stages of reviews verification:
- At first, we are using an AI machine moderation, that analyses more then 50 parameters, such as tone analyzer, IP, geolocation, reviews frequency etc.
- Some of the reviews automatically declined by the system, some of them will get manual filtration.
- Second important part - is user rating in the system - it consists of overall score, age of account, number of ratings given for others. If user has low rating or if its newbie in the system, the more filters are provided to his/her rating.
- Third part is that we are limiting the number of rating, which can post one account per day/week/month. It depends of user rating.
During pre-alpha-testing all of these factors showed 95% of fraud detection. But this is only pre-alpha and we are still working with the algorithms Smiley yes, that sounds about right. they seem to have covered all the bases. I'm glad they taken this so serious because a reputation system can make or brake a person. This is really so amazing, will we be actually be able to pay models using these tokens? Why can't you collaborate with the other cam community and ask other major websites also to start taking your token(if this is possible)?
Also it will eliminate another major problem, as far as I have observed, the card processors for these cam websites can be carded, and what the model and the website gets through these purchases may then be stolen money / it can the transaction can be reversed by the banks. With this token, this problem wouldn't exist at all, and cases of models colluding with carders will also be eliminated.
Anonymity is the main draw of this platform. And the coin should really work towards that. My believe though is that other cam community wouldn't warm up much to LiveStars if it doesn't offer something more than just the token. And there's nothing stopping for them to come up with similar ICOs. The chance of that happening is very remote. I can't really get your idea, but the devs DO offer something more than just another cryptocurrency. The product can run on virtually each platform: any type of smartphone, PDAs, tablets, desktops, and even smart TVs. Not need a VR-headset. But without VR headset it won't be real 3d vr. I'm going to be completely honest here guys..... I didn't read the whole white paper and I don't think I ever will. I don't know if I am falling into their plan for creating a 289 pg. whitepaper but, I am inclined to believe these guys are legit. What is in those pages, I will never know. Probably a challenge to write a whitepaper that long but even more challenging would be to write the one pager that represents it.
Well i think most of us wont read the whole whitepaper even if we will invest in the ICO but it good to have somewhere to look up some facts if you will need some answers. To be honest, i will wait for some youtube review of the whitepaper and go trough that one. Indeed, it's too big to be a whitepaper. It's OK to look for some information in particular but it is too long to read it. Probably hired a pro content writer. Is it tech details or info of general concepts.? They could've shorten it of course, but you are not obliged to read everything there - just look through it, find all the keypoints. It will take an hour or two - pretty decent time to find out more about the project |
