982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WTF is happening in cryptocurrency world ? on: July 11, 2017, 02:19:40 PM

I have seen this so many times and after a few days it's all green again, this is the truth about the volatility of the crypto currency or maybe a group of big whales start dumping their coins but this is not the last time we are going to see this scenario.
Yep, it'll turn around soon and the those that sold in a panic will try to buy back their coins at a lot, the longer you are in this world the easier it is to take screenshots like this on the chin Smiley
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening to the coin market? Can it be lower? on: July 11, 2017, 10:49:12 AM
If you can afford to, it would be wise to wait until the price recovers for the coins which might take some time but to panic sell because they have gone into negative might cause you regrets.  It isn't just your coins it is the entire market, just looking at coinmarketcap right now is a sea of red.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain on: July 11, 2017, 08:50:03 AM
i do not think that Etherium price is going to become an issuue for the project. the project is progressing in a very normal way and hope that this progress will continue for a long time and will make the project more successul and reliable.
Dimcoin is on the NEM platform and not ETH, I have been a long time supporter of NEM and believe it to be far superior to ETH which is struggling at the moment.

Payments are being sent to those who qualified
Thanks, bang on time.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Moon is coming on: July 10, 2017, 12:42:09 PM
I thought you were talking about Moon coin as this is in the Alternative Cryptocurrencies speculation board, if you move it to Bitcoin speculation you will probably have a larger discussion group.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICO to invest this summer ? on: July 10, 2017, 11:25:23 AM
Why an ICO ?  there is a huge altcoin market with hundreds of coins out there that can bring you equal if not more return than trusting in an unproven ICO.

Don't get me wrong, there will be an ICO that will take off and really work out well, it just seems lately that ICOs have gone crazy, every other announcement in the alternative section is an ICO token.

If I had to suggest an ICO to you I would look at Dimcoin, Tezos is ridiculous with a never ending cap, when it is released it will be difficult for it to reach a decent price, it could almost have a supply like DOGE.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] prodigy V 🚀Cryptocurrency for Space🚀First space mission funded by Crypto on: July 10, 2017, 09:23:45 AM
Haha, this coins 'going to the moon' seriously.  Just for arguments sake, what are the plans for when you get to Europa? is it a manned mission?
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ICO SULCOIN The Revolution Music! 3rd August Poloniex Coinone on: July 10, 2017, 07:31:05 AM
This really isn't going to take over the music industry and to get even one artist will be a mammoth task, to do something like this would need a lot of backing, finance and marketing in order to compete against the big boys, from the sounds of the OP this is a no starter.  Sorry to bash this but it's just another ICO looking for free money.
990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if you build it they will come? on: July 10, 2017, 07:13:14 AM
It will happen, they will come like your Subject says "If you build it, they will come" they must be stuck in traffic.
991  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are all down, so how do traders make their earnings? on: July 10, 2017, 06:37:49 AM
Depends on what coins you are holding.  If you believe the coins are decent then hold until they go back up, if you bought some coins looking for a quick profit and don't know anything about the coin then find out about it and decide if it's worth losing money over.

I would say hold tight for a bit.
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing in Ripple but not in bitcoin? on: July 09, 2017, 07:27:54 PM
It really depends on what you are looking for, Ripple will be around for a long time but growth wise has it got much room for huge growth? bitcoin however has a lot of room to grow and for reasons already stated by others ripple has a lot of negatives going for it.
993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [BREAKING NEWS]: Wall Street Predicting Bitcoin To Hit $55,000 In 5 Years on: July 09, 2017, 11:53:28 AM
Every day there is another prediction, $5,000 in three months, $1billion in 10 years, as long as bitcoin keeps on increasing I think everyone will be happy but some of these predictions are just plain crazy.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain on: July 07, 2017, 06:15:13 PM
Are we supposed to get an email after investing?  I haven't got one yet and need to provide my wallet address in order to get the coins, are these emails still to come?

I was wondering this also, the only info I can find just says you will receive email within 10 days with instructions. I take it you received the email from coinpayments.net?
Coinpayments came through fine, just waiting on Dimcoins one.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New to the bitcoin on: July 07, 2017, 04:46:17 PM
Welcome, one of the great things about bitcoin is that it really is for everyone.  You do not have to purchase a whole bitcoin you can buy an amount as small as $10 in bitcoin so it would look something like this 0.004.

Please stay away from Onecoin it is a complete scam and a lot of the representatives have been arrested https://cointelegraph.com/news/onecoin-much-scam-18-seminar-organizers-arrested-3-mln-seized-in-onecoin-india-raids

If you are looking for other coins there is an alternative section on this forum and you can also check out a lot of the coins and their marketcap and history https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/
996  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Must my exchange acc be fully verified in order to deposit BTC ? on: July 07, 2017, 04:35:35 PM
I thnk it is okay in pretty much all exchanges to deposit any amount of crypto, when you want to withdraw fiat or large amounts of bitcoin then you may have to face the verification process.

998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices may hit $1 billion - Fox Business Speculates on: July 07, 2017, 10:28:03 AM
None of them said that it will hit $1 billion dollar, so I think the title is misleading. I read the article and watched the video and with the question about hitting $1 billion price the panel didn't answer it directly and just stated that bitcoin can go to the moon. Who knows how much "moon" is, right? Anyway, though it's a positive thing for the holders, I don't think it will happen anytime soon, the price is still in thousand.

Exactly. It's just that shitty crapcoin website trying to grab headlines.

From the article:

Quote
Toward the end of the segment, the discussion shifted to specific price predictions.  Although no one on the panel directly suggested the bitcoin price could reach $1 billion, the Business Alert ticker asked “Bitcoin to reach $1bn?” Payne asked Brockwell whether she agreed that it could reach $1 million, to which she replied it can go “to the moon.”

Even more relevant:

Quote
For bitcoin to reach $1 billion, it would need to experience a 38,491,100% increase from its current $2,598 mark. This would give bitcoin a very respectable $16 quintillion market cap given the current supply.

Bitcoin has more chance of going to zero than a billion.
I have to agree with you, there is more chance than it falling to zilch then it ever has of reaching a billion, I know it is speculation but a billion is out of this world.
999  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A big food delivery service is accepting Bitcoin in Germany on: July 07, 2017, 09:02:13 AM
Takeaway.com already accept bitcoin for long time, they just accept bitcoin payment method for Germany. I also heard Burger King will accept bitcoin soon, but no idea whether it's true or not.
I thought Takeaway.com closed their business, in the UK anyway I am sure I received a mail ages ago about this, either way they were one of the first to offer bitcoin as a payment option.

You are correct with Burger King, they are doing this in one of their Russian franchises, hopefully it will spread beyond Russia.
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Exciting new ICO opportunity on: July 07, 2017, 08:59:36 AM
Haha, seems all it takes nowadays are a few paragraphs, even though this is a joke or at least I hope it is the funny thing is there will be a lot of people that will just send over their ETH with very few questions asked.
