welcome to bitcointalk forum bro, for bounties there is a full section that lists bounty campaigns, to access you need to go to alternate cryptocurrencies section and then find Bounties folder under Marketplace section.

I do not think there are many faucets alive now, even a couple i know that are still legit and paying are giving only few satoshis per claim now, that is not worth the effort i guess.

I think accounts that are created to spam in every thread or for promotion of something irrelevant get banned, otherwise, regular accounts will be fine.

Mostly eth based tokens can be traded at etherdelta but you still need to make sure first if they are already trading there or not.

In my opinion, stay away from these kind of projects as these are basically ponzi schemes without any real service or project.
