981  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Sport Gambling on: November 17, 2014, 05:03:26 PM
I have been using Cloudbet and Nitrogensports for a long time. And Have had no major problems. They also offer live sports betting, which I believe is not offer by other sites.
982  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCoin casino site partners on: November 16, 2014, 01:55:49 PM
That's the question...   :-)

somehow a player managed to know at what number the roulette will stop...
I guess I have some issue at the provably fair section..
I don't know..

Thats really sad. What was the amount that the site lost due to this?
983  Economy / Gambling / Re: FREE Sport picks - You have to check this on: November 16, 2014, 10:40:25 AM
wait so you say that youll give out few free picks, and then well have to buy it from you and let you run away?

Maybe the biggest rip off in history. LOL

He never said, he was taking your money for it. He is just offering tips for bets. I have seen a lot of people do it. Its not right to say that he plans to run away with your money .And most of these tippsters, don't charge you much for the tips. They usually offer free tips for a few weeks, and after having good stats, they offer you tips for money.
984  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Bouny Hunter: Bitalo DDOS attacker discussion on: November 16, 2014, 10:37:29 AM
Who raised the 100 BTC for the bounty?

Its probably from people, who want to put an end to his threats of DDosing their sites.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do NOT buy ipo, ico, ito if the devs don't have a working beta ready on: November 16, 2014, 10:36:24 AM
In cases where they need to start developing after the sales, taking months people already will forgot about it and the price will continue to go down. Don't fall into the trap of fancy promises. You devs should have atleast some working beta of the concept ready. This should be a new rule imo.
That is a very valid point, however, a lot of devs run an IPO to get paid for launching such a service, but I think, they should be ready to pitch in their own money for the same, and only run an IPO after proving worthy of it.
986  Economy / Gambling / Re: everybody can easily get $10. on: November 15, 2014, 07:08:54 PM

Wait till tomorrow, and we will have another newbie with Activity 1 pop up, and post about how it worked for him.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Storj - Decentralized Storage on: November 14, 2014, 06:07:46 PM

bter.com also  - sign up here so i get some referral credit https://bter.com/signup/4780 (you also get 10% off on trading fee for 6 months)

and vote for SJCX here https://bter.com/voting

you get 10 votes per hour

* correction you get up to 10 points an hour once you have some bter points which you get from trading

I am surprised that STORJX hasn't been listed on other exchanges except POLO. It will probably be listed, after all the services and applications are launched.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: November 14, 2014, 12:07:59 PM

Is there no post discussing the implications or prospects of this?

What is clear is that Peter todd is determined to give via the first treechain in crypto.

I am too much of a technical noob to understand the potential impact of the bitcoin core developments for via, unfortunately. Maybe there are some experts here who can brake this down for me?

ps: two days left to get 1000 via and 10000 xch http://www.reddit.com/r/viacoin/comments/2k0k81/viacoin_and_clearinghouse_present_the_future_of/

Only 3 comments till now, with only one having 500 words. I guess, its took much work for that amount.
989  Economy / Gambling / Re: Advices on how to start a gamble site on: November 11, 2014, 09:23:10 PM
Be prepared to give up any normal sleeping pattern or ability to make plans which involve leaving the computer for extended periods of time...
That is specially true for the initial period after launching the site. For responding to customers, you can hire moderators, that might be helpful. But a technical problem will have to be solved by you.
990  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling site in the us on: November 11, 2014, 09:21:49 PM
As long as you are not running an investment site, anonymity is fine. Just recently 2 big investment sites ran away with funds. Even though they were partially doxed, not much has happened since.
991  Economy / Economics / Re: How profitable is BTC daytrading? on: November 11, 2014, 12:28:23 PM
Over 90% day traders lose money in stock market.
This is especially true once you factor in commissions (or trading fees in terms of bitcoin exchanges). In order for you to only break even you will need to earn a profit on each trade.

I think altcoin day trading is much better than the normal day trading. Around 70% people are profitable doing it.
992  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Offline Garments Manufacturing Retailing Business Philippines. on: November 10, 2014, 12:42:07 PM
if you find a bunch of people interested. i would be interested in paying 1.25% for a 1% share.

gl with the sale.

An IPO for a garment manufacturng unit might be a great idea.
993  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: GIVEAWAY CONTEST NO 3 [OPEN] on: November 10, 2014, 11:34:53 AM
It might be better to run the giveaways in one thread itself.
994  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Offline Garments Manufacturing Retailing Business Philippines. on: November 10, 2014, 11:31:13 AM
You'll need to provide some documents and obviously some kind of identification of your business registration that can be checked over with the Philippine government if someone is going to take you seriously.

Anyone who is seriously interested will probably PM him and do all this personally.
995  Economy / Gambling / Re: How long do cashouts from btc casinos usually take? on: November 10, 2014, 11:27:37 AM
It actually depends on the site. Some sites, reflect deposits after 1 confirmation, and users are free to do withdrawls after that.
Other sites like Cloudbet, wait for the deposit to be completely confirmed, before a withdrawl can be processed, which is then instant.
Other sites do it manually, which may be necessary for the safe keeping on funds, and can take anything between a few minutes to 24 hours.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: why bittrex volume is so little today? on: November 08, 2014, 03:45:43 PM
FinCEN and the ICO's on Bittrex scare the investor away.

Bittrex is hosted on US soil means they could be shutdown very quickly like cryptsy.

I don't think thats the reason for the low volume. But, listing a lot of unwanted coins might be one reason, why people are moving away. But overall, I think its always busy and great for trading.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for teachers to guide me building an altcoin, with features on: November 08, 2014, 03:43:56 PM
There's all the information on this resource.
https://cryptonotestarter.org/
https://cryptonotestarter.org/inner.html

You learn to create own coins and you will be able to reach your educational goals.

That looks like a great guide. Is it only for creating a Cryptonote based coin? or is it flexible?
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maidsafe or Storj on: November 08, 2014, 03:42:05 PM
I would suggest Storj. It is newer than Maidsafe, and if you are looking for investing, then it is the perfect time, as it will eventually go up as new features are released. Also, had a currency/tech its really nice.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: November 08, 2014, 03:39:53 PM
Hi vianonians,

should we push for XCH on Bittrex? What do you think?

It will definitely be a good idea to have it on trex. VIa has been strong, all this while .
1000  Economy / Gambling / Re: Play Free Pacman, Donkey Kong ,Classic Frogger & More Prizes In LTC, BTC & DOGE on: November 08, 2014, 03:35:18 PM
Game competitions will be ending in a few days so play them well you can and set the high score.
