U should buy it and keep it for one year at least to see it growing. Neo in my valuable is worth $100. So it is still has a room to growrth. But in some news i read about ico regulation in china it makes me feel little bit pesimistic..

no its not, i must say that dash is the other concep from bitcoin, it is the first x11 coin, it is the first proof of stack coin which goes to success, but dash is still another altcoin, it may usefull for daily use, because it has a intantx which can confirm the transaction within a second, but the capitalisation will not reach as bitcoin does, when dash reach the capitalisation bitcoin has now, bitcoin will has more cap..

it is because of some fud that say the bitcoin cash is better then segwit 2x, and investor moves their money from bitcoin to bitcoin cash, and also it is because the hashrate is doubled since 3 days ago, why ? because mining bitcoin cash more profitable then mining bitcoin, it is still at normal condition.

antshares aka neo has a very good return for the early investor, it is up to 300x, but it still has a chance to grow since it has big support from chinese country, and we all know that chinese country is a whale in this crypto world. if you want to buy some neo, in my opinion you need to hold it at least for 3 years for good profit, but if your money is a day living money, dont do it, it is still too risky to invest in short term.
