As we wait for the Bundesliga to come back this weekend.. I think its time to have a quiet moment to thank the sports that stayed active during this period of time...

We know Table Tennis was hugely important to us all during the last two months. We enjoyed the live play, we enjoyed the bets.. and let's be honest, has anyone not played Table Tennis against thier relatives after a thanksgiving dinner or a Xmas dinner?

You know those nights years ago when you were stuck with your cousins, and the parents were drinking beers and wine and you just started playing Table Tennis?

I was lucky enough that my parents had a Snooker table, and we used to host these dinners with a massive wooden board on top of the table. The food would be served ontop for dinner, and we would clear the food afterward and play Table Tennis.

Its quite ironic that this week we are taking bets on the Armenian Table Tennis league, and the other massive pop star besides Katy Perry right now is Dua Lipa.

Dua Lipa certainly fits our methodology of Fun, Fast and Fair.. young daring, honest, breaking boundaries, fit fast and responsive to the audience!..   could it be that we enter into another business deal? or maybe not..

Steve while we are here, could be please talk about the poker part of the website? This period has seen probably the biggest increase in the poker section and I think that is awesome. However it is still literally just a big whole screen or just one small part of the website, could you please talk with the coding team and ask them if there is a third option where it is all website size, so it is not small like it is now, nor it is not whole page like I am watching some movie neither, it is in between where it is full page but that's it. That would make things a lot better, I know we have talked about this before but Poker really deserves some attention nowadays thanks to it basically saving us from boredom when games were out and that was the thing we attached to stay sane.

Is there any plans on what you guys are going to do when the games come back? I know sportsbet has been waiting for it for a long time and probably these era has been quite unprofitable for you guys as well, keep paying for stuff yet you are not getting any new wagering which causes you to not make any money neither which results with losses.

So, it must be hard financially for you guys but I know that you have been looking for the games as well because you guys are fans before all of this. I just wanted to know if there will be like some big celebration for something like the games starting back up, there must be something bigger than just multi-master or steves bet odd increase and all that, sure we love those as well but when they come back we would love to see something much bigger too.

Look what is happening : You telling me if i not receiving Emails, i have to quickly report it to LIVE SUPPORT, but when i ask a link to LIVE SUPPORT (because i were looking for it many hours at web and could not find it , and understood my self, that i have to be logged in to write to live support) even  supports know that my account is disabled , asking to write in live support. isn'it strange? sportsbet.io just disconnected for communication  (because i send many emails from my registered email, and get 0 response back) this is how i see that.

2. I have asked the relevant department to check to see where we are with this case.

Case? what do you mean case? Why i don't know anything about case? How can be case about my money without me? I'ts not understandable for me, and it's not possible, that betting company deciding what to do with my money.

I up to now don't have a word about blocking my account with MY money... i place it at your web for playing, not for case, just in case.

How sportsbet.io decided that for my safety account must be remain closed, no one asks me anything. Why i don't know that unknown persons deciding, what's is better for me? Where is Live support, i were not able to find it, just emails. Even where written live support, there is Email provided. As i understood there is no live support if u not logged in to your account ( my account is disabled) give me link please if im wrong.

p.s - normally live support link must be next to text : YOUR ACCOUNT WERE DISABLED. to find support contact is not easy. and live support i couldn't find till now.

drexlas, i hope  admins/support will resolve my problem. I use sportsbet.io for long time.  this is first complain.

Maybe someone will help me here or had a similar situation like me :
My account got suspended few days ago: "We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions" - So I explained that maybe it's because my brother open an account there too (as a result both account are suspended).
He didn't have any bitcoins on his wallet at the moment he created an account, so I send directly deposit from my btc account to sportsbet.io - maybe that was not the greatest idea - 1 bitcoin address sending to 2 different accounts , but I was thinking later that if someone has a suspicious about multiaccount, we will do KYC procedure and everything will be fine (probably not first situation like that, because many people probably deposit directly from exchanges, where in many cases exchanges use few addresses for withdrawal for milions of users).
I passed KYC verification, and even that my account was still blocked - I got a question about relevance to the 3 accounts - explained that one of these account are my brother's.
After few more emails - (I was asking for more proofs and explanations), but I got only answer with list of possible breaches of terms.
They did not ask my brother for verification and explanations (for me it should be obvious procedure!), just offering me remaining sum of initial deposit (not the worst scenario, but it is much less than current balance). You think that it's possible to fix this, or find other solution?
