Oppure anche rimanendo in casa: io per es. ho una connessione LTE che ogni giorno viene resettata lato provider e quindi mi ritrovo con un ip nuovo (ripeto: ogni giorno).
Già con l'ip risolvi parecchio. a voja gestire 20 account sui diversi bounty cambiando ip per ogni account. Prima o dopo un passo falso lo si fa. Vado certamente OT ma poiché ci ho pensato parecchio mi consento questa parentesi: non è affatto banale scovare i multi account guardando l'ip. Se guardi il fatto che un account possa provenire da IP diversi rischi di bannare quando per motivi terzi mi cambiano l'ip (l'esempio che facevo del mio provider LTE). E poi comunque questo non sarebbe multi account..... Viceversa se controllassi il fatto che da uno stesso IP non si debbano collegare account diversi, rischieresti di bannare tutti quelli che si collegano da dietro un firewall che regge un'utenza numerosa. Per esempio persone che lavorano in un'azienda, persone che si attaccano all'access point di una libreria/bar, e così via. Non vedo una soluzione facile a questo problema..... Perdonate l'OT. Si, ovviamente vale solo per chi ha IP dinamico. |

So what I propose is automatically link social media accounts with an ETH address. An ETH address will be stored in the user's bio, so one account can only be used for one person? No one can claim that another's is theirs.
It's not hard to use GoogleScript or even Sheet formulas to scrape a Twitter bio, IIRC.
Correct me if I'm getting anything wrong, OP simply says "solution" and proposes something convoluted and doesn't clearly state the problem they are trying to solve besides "scammers". Is it bitcointalk accounts claiming multiple social accounts or vice versa?
I find ABUSERS that use this technique on every bounty where I join. I can post examples if needed. This is how it works: People try to steal other people work using their data and a different ETH, on airdrops, telegram campaigns, blog campaign, signatures even social media this is the solution to avoid this problem. I see a lot of people using bot also (probably I need to start to report them aswell, but I've reporterd over 200 abusers so far and I'm not a manager and not payd  ), and the question is simple why if I can find them without searching them but only reading some reports above or under mine, managers can't find them? |

Scammers ("profile hijacker") on airdrops are a problem nowdays, some of them has over 10k abusers. How can managers finds the fake account? Tornando in tema, siamo scesi a 700 sMerit al giorno, 21k al mese di cui 18k generati dalle sources! (e ci sono anocra un sacco di abusers). Se non cambiano qualcosa tra poco la gente inizierà a whinare ancora di più e ciao alla riduzione dello spam! Previsione personale che se rimane uguale il numero di sources si arriva tranquillamente a 500m/giorno appena finisce l'airdop. |

How about just enforcing bounty managers to do their goddamn job. They literally just sit around doing nothing and get paid for that. Damn those lucky bastards. Isn't that something everybody wants? Everything is handled by bots,the post counting and calculation of stakes and all that stuff. Theymos,would you actually consider making an Official set of rules,for literally every section,board and clear out the misunderstandings all at once? And force the quiz for both the possible paths. Rules need to be followed,be it for bounties,be it for discussion. And force bounty managers and all the airdrop managers to fill out the application within google forms and avoid spamming the forum. 4000+ bots infested one airdrop thread and later on, the bots themselves made a own thread and started spamming. Yes man, you right I find abusers in almost every bounty, some of reports are here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3054205.msg31449020#msg31449020 (reported so far around 200 abusers/multi/scammers) and guess what? They still have stacks! The sad part is that I find the cheats only posting my work without searching them, if I really start looking for them I could find hundreds of cheaters but I'm not paid to do the job of a manager Many managers simply do not care and the reason it's clear, they works a couple of days a month and take a lot of money with a rough job. (Some managers are really good on what they do) I have cool ideas to improve the quality of bounties and one day I will post them. |

How is this possible to happen and how they do that its a brainer to that Campaign Manager Imagine 100+ Eth addresses is a complicated task to determined how about if thousands as you say. well its a huge work to do. Quite simple answer most of managers use a bot, if you find a bug on the bot work is done! |

This is a risky idea that can promote the sale of merit especially for accounts that already have redtrust. In my opinion it makes more sense to eliminate the newbie accounts from the bounties, I was newbie myself last year and for the first few weeks I did not even know what the bounties were. According to my experience, the newbie who sign up for the buonty are 99% alt abuser / ban evader. And if they learn what bounties are on the 1st week of their forum life, they can surly wait few more weeks to join bounties and wait the normal activity.
Sure this can be a problem for users that wants to open an ANN bounty but hey we have the Copper option and 20$ for a CEO of one ICO are nothing.

Op nice work even if I think we must consider a Δ on the value, based on my calculation the untrusted merit(abuse and exchanged by 50 from legendary to legendary for no reason, and believe me they are a lot) was around 40% last month.
The part that saddens me is that now we are in a situation where the abusers have ranked and for the big part they are unjustly unpunished (I've reported around 100 Merit abusers with, in some case over 200 sMerit and the eth address link, abuse and they are still unpunished).
Also now the monthly merit is very similar to the merit generated by the sources which shows that some of them are afk/don't care/(don't find post to reward, this is in my opinion an excuse demonstrated by the fact that some good sources like TMAN finds a lot of posts where to use the sMerit).
In my opinion now the montly merit without abuser is around 15000 while sources generates 17750.

Before some weeks i saw a guy who got 48 merit just for a letter which was no way related to the topic discussed there . These people just get a few bitcoins and give merit to others and people whose content are of really good quality don't get merits
