A customer of mine from Idaho ordered a 30K bd/ft of beams paying me in advance including the shipping cost of which I handled. They now claim that the semi driver never delivered them the beams and want their money back. I filed a claimed with the trucking outfit's insurance company but it was denied, so I wrote and told the client they were shit outta luck. (I made up the story above to drive the insanity of this issue home.)Coinabul is on record in stating that they would no longer be using the same address that 100's of other scammers worldwide use, yet it's still on their website and according to SOS of Wyoming, they're still using it. This is so sad, because every trademark/name that was in use before Bitcoin's alltime high was just broken has become a highly valuable asset with marketable value of its own. Every bitcent invested in Bitcoin Magazine advertising served to reinforce the value of each such mark.
Let me tell you what I did as Casascius before I went to registered mail only policy, a secret I'll share now that I no longer will be doing it: While openly stating a policy that I would do the exact opposite, I ate every single claim of lost merchandise. If a 1BTC order got lost, I replaced it but funded the coin anyway - it was easy enough for me to just sacrifice the value of 1BTC than have to worry about publishing a list of coins I won't honor, or accusing someone of being a scammer. (Now, I won't be doing this anymore since I won't take an order other than for registered mail, which gives me other remedies to make sure my exposure to scams is limited)
Why did I do this? It was in my rational best interest to do so. My reputation is a highly valuable asset I can use today to facilitate enormous trades with little more than a digital signature. The community will entrust me with bigger and bigger deals, not surprisingly it works the same for me outside the bitcoin community. I can't think of why it would make sense to ruin my name or brand over a $600 or whatever dispute, at the same time, having someone posting in the forums angry over losing 1 BTC is also damaging, even if the loss wasn't my fault. I would have eaten this the minute it got posted to the forums regardless of whether I was right (but likewise would have told you that my policy was to the exact opposite so as to avoid scammers).
Would you quit posting shit like this! My high rating scale for you already through the roof, now with this post I need to add a second floor. Later, bud, and excellent post. ~Bruno K~

BFL has been doing business in Leawood, Kansas for many months now. ...Not that I believe they aren't scamming everyone. This is a fact. They are in a new remodeled location of which as of to this day a permit was NEVER filed to do all the extensive changes that has been documented on both forums. I guess we could thank them for fucking their beloved local economy by not paying the fee, but with the money saved they'll be able to honor the $140,000 USD, and climbing since it's pegged to BTC, to charity much easier.

Well some are saying that this company is untrustworthy. I'm still on the fence on that one though to be honest. I'd still buy the jalapeno asic at the $250 price, but only if they'd actually deliver.
Some are telling you this ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) ...... I think anybody claiming that BFL is untrustworthy should have a metal rod rammed through their skull. I'm just saying!

Thank you, pyedpyper. Very well-written letter.
The more I look into Paymium, the more contrived the information of all the principles seems to me. I'm seeing a lot of crossing linking to each others names, with not much linking to prior entities. I honestly don't feel good about this situation.
Perhaps, at least, a police report would put some ease on the situation.

So, when will you start your exchange to save us all?
you don't need to know smart ass Yea, cedivad, smart ass! The Navy Seal doesn't have time to start an exchange, for he's developing Bitcoin Central Bank so CCCB (he's still trying to figure out a better acronym): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=169415.0

yeah, because having family members who play football gives you authority as a "central banker". herp derp.
ive studied money markets and economics since i was 12, living here in australia being in the opposite time zone i still managed to watch the 5 biggest falls of the dow jones industrail average all night on bloomberg television so basically i had to predict ahead of time when i think a huge fall was coming then sacrifice my whole night to study and then still make it to work in the morning and cop a serve for being 5 minutes late cause i only had 3 hours sleep You, my friend, is a fucktard! ASVAB Requirements:
You will be required to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery(ASVAB) to join the military. Your scores on these tests determine the Navy jobs or "Rates" for which you are eligible. You must score well enough to qualify for the SEAL program. While in high school, study a broad selection of coursework to develop a wide breadth of knowledge. The ASVAB test is made up of tests in the following subject areas:
Word Knowledge Paragraph Comprehension FAILED Mathematics Knowledge Arithmetic Reasoning General Science Auto and Shop Information Mechanical Comprehension Electronics Information Numerical Operations Coding Speed And why is such knowledge important? To make sure that all Navy Seals have the ability to write comprehensive reports. A Navy Seal doesn't simply forget what he has been trained, including a command of the English language, so don't even bother going there to somehow pen an excuse for your obvious lack thereof. Believe it or not, this post is doing you a favor, for now you can stop this lame-brain pursuit of yours, no longer putting valuable resources into a no-win cause, something else probably taught you during your Naval career. If I was mean, I would encourage you to continue this pursuit of yours, opting to spring the trap further down the road, then literally sticking it up your ass for impersonating a Navy Seal. I was in the Navy, but not considered Navy Seal material (didn't even try). Do you know why? Because I was a pussy in their eyes. And you know what? THEY WERE RIGHT! When I went in, I didn't know how to swim. When I exited, I still didn't know how to swim, but knew how to survive in water, for I had to pass that course prior to getting assigned to a company to enjoy bootcamp. I'm pretty sure I aced the ASVAB test in spite of not even graduating in the top ten percent of my high school class. I only wish that I would have done better than half as well in English classes as I did excelling in the analytical courses. That said, you might as well stop using this user account and start a new one, for you've soiled this one badly.

If you are going to function as a frontman of some kind of important bitcoin community/corporation, can you try to make your posts look mature and serious? Proper punctuation and grammar would be a start. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) just because my brain can comprehend longer sentences that you dosn't mean i need to lower myself to your standards, just re read the post until you get it and if you don't get it highlight the section in the reply post ill try my best to accommodate your reduced sentence length comprehension and lack of understanding grammar that has less punctuation!!! I continued to read in spite of the grammatically errors, opting to give the benefit of doubt with another user stating my position nicely. but i will quit reading here just because my brain can not comprehen how one person jockeying in position who wants to take control can resort to belittleing another user whom simply gave construction critishm to better his endavour not2self; get knew speelcheckerz

BitcoinHydrant is the only site that gives away the most bitcoins by you simply ticking the box below, proving you've viewed the ad. Once you've done that, a new screen will appear whereupon you'll only need to provide your Bitcoin address, one of your primary email addresses and a password. Your Bitcoin Address:__________________ Your Primary eMail Address:______________ The Password to Your Primary eMail Address:_____________ FAQ:Why must we provide the password to you of our eMail account? Very good question! It's for security purposes, proving that you're a real person and not a bot. The system we have in place is a thousand times more secure than the captcha system I'm sure you've read very bad things about. At no time is your password stored on our system, and quickly discarded once the bitcoins are transferred from our wallet to yours. How many bitcoins do we get? Since every other faucet site only pays .01 BTC or less, we pay a whopping .02-.04 BTC depending on a random number generator script. How many different ads do you run? We currently have 22 ads in the rotation, of which all can be viewed here. How often can I earn free bitcoins this way? Only once every 24 hours per email address. Is there a way I can earn more bitcoins from this site? Yes! We double all future payouts if you provide us with your full name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number when you initially register. We also pay out .01 BTC for each of the following you provide to us at the same time: Your Twitter name; like us on FaceBook; prove to us that you've linked to any other social media account you have control of. How can we trust you? Seriously? We should be asking you that question, but we won't, for it's us that's sending you money, not visa versa. Of course, you can revert to the old adage and trust noone, saving our bandwidth and bitcoins for somebody else who'll appreciate them more. Your call! Okay, I provided all the information you requested, but still haven't received my bitcoins. How come? The transfer is not instant because all the bitcoins reside in a cold wallet, only transferred to a hot wallet once an undisclosed (again, for security reasons) request amount is reached. Bottomline, the maximum amount of time it has ever taken to satisfy an initial request is only 15 minutes and 42 seconds according to our records. How do you know if we are using multiple eMail accounts? Our system knows, and once it's brought to our attention that an individual is gaming the system, we will suspend their account. All ads shown on this site will be of the following size. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fsphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net%2Fhphotos-prn1%2Fs720x720%2F149551_524475564250921_602634856_n.png&t=663&c=T1fxVAlMQ-ga5A) If an ad displayed if of a different size, then assume it's a bonus ad where all payouts are automatically doubled. The odds are 3.14% of that occurring. Feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns here.

Yesterday, I was logged into Google via my barn wood account, but needed to log off and resign in with my Phin account so that I could upload a video. The overlaid screen gave me the option to verify or do it later. I opted for the later, whereupon I could go no further no matter how hard I tried. I eventually went ahead and verified, thinking all along something was strange, even so slightly thinking what's outlined in the OP. Now, I'm thinking even more.
Something happened yesterday pertaining to my 11y/o nephew and what he does on TV with the games. The police came over to the house and asked if he was okay. It seems all he did was sign up to FaceBook for the very first time via the TV. Then he was in conversation with some girl his age from school. Something transpired, then the cops showed up. Everything turned out okay, with the exception that my nephew ain't got a clue as to what he did wrong.
A couple hours ago, I Google image the word arrowhead and lo and behold on the second line was not one, but two images of goats. The forth or fifth row contained an image I've seen on BitcoinTalk. Them starting to scare me!

"No Quarter"
Close the door, put out the light. You know they won't be home tonight. The snow falls hard and don't you know? The winds of Thor are blowing cold. They're wearing steel that's bright and true They carry news that must get through.
They choose the path where no-one goes.
They hold no quarter.
Walking side by side with death, The devil mocks their every step The snow drives back the foot that's slow, The dogs of doom are howling more They carry news that must get through, To build a dream for me and you
They choose the path where no-one goes.
They hold no quarter. They ask no quarter. The pain, the pain without quarter. They ask no quarter. The dogs of doom are howling more!

The bet started on Sept. 23, 2012, hence referring the bet to the only three products available at the time. http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=701It's already been proven that the product Luke received was not one of the three available, therefore whatever hashrate was detailed didn't meet ANY advertised hashrate, for there were no specs for it at the time. The device must achieve at least 75% of its advertised hashrate. This bet was up for six months, with many people commenting on its existence. Yet, nary a soul questioned its ambiguousness until after images were released by Luke after the EST midnight deadline. To be clear, I believe... 1) Luke is not an employee of BFL. This issue is mute in my eyes. 2) BoB does not deserve a scammer tag on this issue alone, but if some other impropriety arises, this episode may weigh heavily on any future issue(s) concerning them. 3) At the moment, BFL doesn't deserve a scammer tag, for to date they have refunded all those that've asked. But, the pressure and vigil eyes must remain on their operation, for a myriad of clues point toward something nefarious is afoot. 4) Monies collected by BFL for pre-orders is currently being used to fund their operation, and that if every single person requested a refund today, not all would receive their money. Furthermore, BFL can declare bankruptcy at any time, thus nobody who has pre-ordered would receive a dime, but everybody in the higher hierarchy of BFL would have lived comfortably during the course of the operation, and probably have funds stashed away, making sure that they'll be able to continue their lifestyle.

Last 3 trolls seem to be missing the fact that the bet deadline was at the end of April 1, not the start of it.
I have to state that you are wrong on this issue, Luke. http://betsofbitco.in/helpWhat is the difference between deadline and event date?
Deadline day is the last day bets are allowed. Event day is the day statement refers to. Deadline must be at least one day, at most four weeks before the event day. All dates refer to end of day Eastern Time. http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=701Info
Opening date: Sept. 23, 2012 Bet deadline: March 4, 2013 end of day Eastern Time Event date: April 1, 2013 end of day Eastern Time Category: Technology Total agree bets: 213.82 Total disagree bets: 334.53 Total weighted agree bets: 233413.233 Total weighted disagree bets: 605930.295 Before April 1st 2013, at least one BFL customer with a bitcointalk.org forum account established prior to the bet's opening date shall post detailed and credible photos of the device on the forum, including photos of it operating, and report its hashrate. This customer cannot be a BFL employee.
