I have very simple and proven legal way how to withdraw bitcoin to my credit card. First, I move my BTC funds to Virwox and from there to paypal. My credit card is connected with paypal so it's simple to transfer this funds to my bank account |

I think that for average Internet users, with an average knowledge of English, Bitcoin is not complicate.
If people don't use Internet much or can't speak or understand English well, Bitcoin can be complicate to them.

It's just politic game, Putin want to save Assad, his last friend and ally in that area.
Syria is very important strategic nation and super powers ( USA and RUSSIA) have a lot interest there (oil, geostrategic position etc ).
Average people in Syria have no use for it and suffer still in the war-troubled country.
