How much faster is $35 UPS delivery vs Free delivery? Is it the same speed, one day faster, 2 day faster, etc.?

It is much better to buy $5k in Bitcoin now, than to pay $5,000/BTC later.  One can use the rest of 2014 to slowly accumulate XBT/BTC. Say, use 5 % of your income to steadily buy BTC every two weeks. Even if it goes to zero eventually, your losses will be limited. If, on the other had, BTC will be THE MONEY in 10-15 years, relatively small amounts of BTC accumulated now will be very valuable later on. |

I'm sure Bitmain is doing some serious damage with all the S1 and S2s they are producing.
As they always have. But they are about to have some serious competition from asicminer. Hashratio is selling 8TH machines using AM chips for $11,000 which is by far the lowest price. Source? bitmain is at $1/GH vs $1.375/gh in your example, so Bitmain is marginally better without considering electricity. However, what is power consumtion on hashratio machine and is it available with instructions in english? I am a bit too old to learn a third difficult language. |

I never got any confirmation before or after from KNC, the refund just appeared in my wallet I got an email just as blockchain showed the transaction...and now I even got a small piece of IKEA furniture from our local hub as a token of appreciation for my zero % five mo loan to KnC...  (just kidding) Edit: On a more serious note, I think that the idea for Neptune design (being Jupiter-like if they will try to maintain it) was blown away by dense chip arrays from Spondoolies and Bitmain. Neptune hash/$$ is just not appealing anymore when we've got $1/GH in S1 (despite it being a power hog), ~$1.6 in S2 and ~$2.1 in Sp-10 while the expected value for Neptune remained at $4.4/GH. Besides, these two competitors are shipping NOW from stock. I conclude that preorders had become a losing game for now (for miners) |

I just got one of those last week. I have it cooling a room with a FrankenJup and an S1. The room now stays at a chilly 85f, lol. But at least the home A/C can now switch off once in awhile. It was running 24/7 otherwise. I am not sure about the thermodynamics of it. Where does the heat exhaust go? In other words, does it have windows exhaust? Heat has to be transferred somewhere. |

Re S2, can someone post about how noisy they are (preferably in db, but also in relative terms as well) to evaluate possible location for units? Same room, basement, garage, another building.  Readings in db from two units running in a garage were ~70db at a distance of ~18" and ~68db at a distance of ~3m. Great, thanks, much appreciated. |

BitMain now allows transferring AntMiner S1 and S2 coupons to other customers for their use. I have 15 S1 0.05 BTC coupons and 30 S2 $400 coupons available.
