I placed 5 larger Transactions to convert Bitcoin (BTC) to Ethereum (ETH) on May 31 as follows:

Tx #1:  31 May 2017, 17:13:32 - 31 May 2017, 17:18:18
Tx #2:  31 May 2017, 18:05:00 - 31 May 2017, 19:46:36
Tx #3:  31 May 2017, 18:05:00 - 31 May 2017, 18:39:19
Tx #4:  31 May 2017, 18:23:35 - 31 May 2017, 19:46:48
Tx #5:  31 May 2017, 18:23:38 - 31 May 2017, 19:46:52

The first Transaction had an amount of 10 BTC. The other Transactions have a value above 10 BTC and more info seems not relevant here at this Moment. I will send the changelly-transaction-references per PM, so that the full Information is accessible.

The Transactions #1 and #3 were successfull and confirmed in according to etherscan.io -- BUT --
the Transactions #2, #4, #5 were are not confirmed on the blockchain (according to etherscan.io and according to my wallet as well).
Even so the Transactions are not existing an OUTPUT TRANSACTION HASH was printed on the Progress/confirmation-Page. And it was labeled as successfull with the green check-mark, which is obviously wrong.

As an example I this OUTPUT TRANSACTION HASH from the last Transaction is not existing

I allready posted an request to Support@changelly.com but I didn't get any Response until now (2 Days!)
As stated before, I will send the changelly-transaction-references as PM.
