Hi fellaz,
I am only now "discovering" Syscoin, the feature list reaches from here to Alabama and I see at least one interesting product, the Desktop, is being delivered, so, my question is, why has it suffered together with the rest of the crypto world, were there some disappointments in there? Did this 3.0 kill some enthusiasm, or the belief that the team had it all worked out with 2.0? Interested to hear!

The company works, but who with her first certainly remembers how they calculated with partners to help them advance, and now the situation has repeated. When working through the platform https://beta.bounty0x.io/bounties/386005, the tokens for tweets were not listed. Sadly, none of the datum team, nor the platform team answered. I'm afraid that lack of communication to the community would have a negative effect on the project though I hope they can find time to resolve all the issues that the community has raised. I think it's a natural thing that you are worried about it and of course I myself also worry too, because communication is very important, so if there is no communication it is certainly a big problem Maybe they don't have any community managers anymore? no communication suggests that I don’t know which coin will manage to keep any staff because they were paying most people in ETH or even in their own shitcoin, which means the moment the coin gets low it’s Abandon Ship, Abandon Ship!

What a strange project! By now, more than one year after its beginning, there are only two available exchanges, which only allow Chinese users.
No surprise. It's born in China and maintained by Chinese. We are a community driven project, so you can find more than only some Chinese people in there. Actually, we have 3 main dev, 1 Italian, 1 Russian and 1 Chinese one. But it's true that we have a bigger community in China than everywhere else. Also it's true that for now we have only a few exchanges who have added us and all are Chinese, but it's not our responsibility... We were earlier this year on the way to create an XDAG Foundation, supported by some Chinese people, but their ideology and vision were not shared by most of us. Edit: And actually we are not born in China but in Russia. Cheat you son of a gun, you’re not dead? DAG competition coming from Mimblewimble and Unitychain, any ideas?

what about mined coin from old minato release?
We have been unable to recover the source, the former developers didnt want to provide us the source and therefore we had to make this version from scratch, sorry Damn, you guys have a talent for dead coins. The combination of anonymous team and closed source coin is deadly, buyer beware. In fact without a couple of proper founders and proper source there is almost no point to these projects today

The exchange is located in India and the domain was registered 3 months ago ... I suggest to stay away from it.

Of course they know about alternatives. Obviously the idea here was partly to compete with the others, and partly to deliver a different value proposition. Not that I see any current value, lol. I signed up for the free 1TB, not sure if I have 1MB yet, certainly no obvious access to S3 credentials etc. Have these guys actually built anything?

I am having a bit of a WTF moment. I was running the OSX wallet with setgenerate, to see how this wallet mining works. Overnight a message popped up that I got a +42 block, but it does not show in the wallet. Either I managed to be so "lucky" to mine an orphan, or the team released a wallet which mines in some wrong, very wrong, way. How can I solve this mystery! The official block explorer has stopped working for months, it seems.
Now block explorer work well. https://explorer.cryply.io/?page=statsHashRate of cryply network is about 450 kHs and if you try mine solo probable it is very low chance to find block. Do you have TX of this operation? No, I did not write down the TX from the pop up window, and I could not find it in the logs. I wonder if the logs should be logging a bit more about the miner lol. Anyway, I did wallet mining on Windows successfully, maybe it was an unlucky orphan. Now, if only I could find how to replace the wallet miner with one of the good ones!

One advantage of focusing on puzzle transactions is that finding (and taking) those funds presents no moral dilemma. It's meant to be a reward.
please clarify - how is finding/taking funds (essentially stealing) found to have no moral dilemma? and why would stealing be a reward? or am I misunderstanding and there is no stealing being done and these are just free funds floating out there? Why is solving cryptographic problems as a miner not stealing, while it is stealing as a key cracker exactly? Because you say so?

Can someone "donate" the address at some seed, eg the 0000.. seed? Since I could not compile, I could not extract with my own mod to the code.

Will mining be possible by installing the wallet? If I want to mining with AMD GPU or NVidia it will not be possible? For my doubt and referring to this line posted in ANN:
Mining instructions: Install and run the Verus-enhanced Agama wallet with mining support
The wallet has CPU mining built in, which is currently the fastest, and in fact only way to mine. There is a bounty offered and work being done on a GPU miner, but so far, it looks like when it is done that it may not be too competitive with CPUs. Some CPUs are getting over 500 MH/s, and we have yet to see any GPU getting even 100 MH/s on test hashing. So the only GUI wallet is the Agama, it seems, is it still mining? I downloaded the CPU nheqminer but was receiving only 0s.

I am not surprised the OP did a much better job than me with this What does surprise me is that the donation address is a 1x, I expected a Segwit address from such a sophisticated user. Or is it a case of his 1x address really being a Segwit or script of some kind, last year I remember researching you could translate a 3x to a 1x, but I cannot remember how I am also not surprised I cannot compile out of the box on my VS 2017, all kinds of errors. What does surprise me though is that some code in there, perhaps from the Cuda Toolkit, even tells me "this code will only work in VS 2010.... 2017", so it does not recognize my VS version, WTF!

What is the point of listing all that big team on the front page, and then show no development in GitHub? In other news, I could use 3500 CRP CWQkbKMhymiaP228Z53BUqxEMG25VmvMZe I could also send something back ~ pay

Anything new, guys?
No, you?

Just to clear this up, the first couple of yes coins are OK, the premined forks bother me. But hey, what do I know

this coin is good to mine?
why first page all say it scam?
Given what we plan to achieve we think Veco is an amazing coin to mine, but obviously we are slightly bias. Whilst we can't speak for other people's opinions, we can assure you this is not a scam. We are here for our community everyday and will continue to be here forever to drive value, we are not going anywhere. Ahhum, I can assure you it is as close to scam as it gets. Anonymous newbie "team", no development since wallet release like all "yes" coins, and even not properly forked at GitHub, so that we cannot all see what you copy and pasted. Sure, if you are not american or western european, this is one the easiest ways to make a few thousand dollars with some copy and paste. I may even do it myself soon, with an anonymous newbie account of course. Is it allowed to say "go fuck yourselves you and your team" here?

hello there! i just downloaded mobile wallet for android and want to restore from private key (same as i use on desktop) so the app asks me to enter 12 groups of letters\numbers. Does my papper wallet private key compatible with this form? Any way i need to enter it manually on mobile device, key of 51 symbol with capital letters and digits, are you guys kidding?
Good question, but falling on deaf ears. There has been no development since the first release 8 months ago, and there may never be any. You are in shitcoin territory, mate
