Japanese Ministry of Finance is going to prepare rules for cross-border transfers of digital money

The Ministry of Finance of Japan is going to prepare in the near future rules for the foreign transfer of digital money.

According to the report of the newspaper Nihon Keizai on April 5, the Ministry of Finance plans to introduce rules under which notice to the authorities should be strictly mandatory if the cost of transferring money for a foreign transfer is more than 30 million yen.

It is said that the decision of the Ministry of Finance will facilitate the consideration of the real situation with operations abroad and is designed to curb money laundering operations.

Is that so? Can you please give us some proof of that news on how true it is? Bitcoin became famous all over the world already. And government starting to make a move about it. Implementing restrictions can be good also to avoid illegal transactions of bitcoins. Although it can be a bad news aswell because it getting harder to use bitcoin freely.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: September 06, 2018, 02:05:07 PM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
I so agree with you. Aside from your reasons, their are still people in every community that are not used in using cryptos most especially the oldies who are not interested or should i say still ignorant in using technologies and lack of knowledge about the digital world because they are already contented of the kind of life that they used to have.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you sure that bitcoin will fall? on: September 04, 2018, 04:47:00 PM
I love seeing bitcoins dramatic growth, consistent increase in price is very unrealistic. I think increasing and dropping number of bitcoin addresses doesn't really matter, because anybody can create and forget addresses. I guess it will not affect bitcoins status.
Definitely true. The chart of bitcoin addresses does not affect whether the bitcoin will fall or continue to rise. Bitcoin will remain alive as long as there are constant demands in it. Addresses maybe increasing from time to time and maybe it will reach to the target limit but not all of them are still active. So why bother to be affected on that chart?

Instead of worrying about the death of digital currencies, we should rather be rejoicing that we are part of this life changing concept. Anyone who thinks our bitcoin will die should leave it for us
Absolutely right mate. I am so glad indeed that i become one of those who are part of this cryptoworld. We are now in digital world and bitcoin or cryptocurrency are one of those. Bitcoin will never die because it is getting stronger everyday. What happen right now is just a correction and also to let all the newbies to invest in low. Nothing to be worry about.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My sweet and bitter experience about bitcoin on: September 01, 2018, 04:09:21 AM
I started my cryptocurrency journey around July 2017. I bought some altcoins;  verge; dodge, Xrp Siacoin on Bittrex and left some on bitcoin. It was a roller coaster for me around November to December 2017, particularly with verge, my crypo investment of just about $120 grew to a little bit over $3,000. I never new on time until I opened my bittrex. It was wao!

I took out some money since I was in need about $1000. With the euphoria of bitcoin suppasing $20,000, so I watched until my investment shrinked from about $2000 to $1500, then $1000, I decided to take out some little more until I had about $800 left.

That amount have shrinked further to about $450. The worst came when I took a third of the amount to buy Mithril coin when the news came that it won a vote to be listed on binance,  and suddenly it was disqualified,  and the price have falling like packs of cards, more than 50% right now.

Its a question of if I had known, I would have withdrawn the $3000 the moment I saw it on my bittrex account. Who can tell the future?

But I am wiser now.

Does anyone have similar experience
We cannot be wiser enough until we had done with that kind of experienced. Actually, I believe that most of us here in the forum especially those who have been here for quite sometime now have been through in that kind of experience mate. And that is so normal here in cryptoworld. I swear, i have been there and done that also.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when being scammed on: August 27, 2018, 02:38:51 AM
No one's answering the thread title so, here we go:

Learn from your mistake and get over it because (as they say) Bitcoin Transactions are irreversible
or better if you can tell us the site where you were scammed and their possible modus operandi so you or anyone here can open a scam accusation to that site.
That way, your experience wont just help you but other prospective victims too.
Also lastly, we aren't 100% sure if that address is really a scammer's address, you know what I mean, right?
Yes it’s true, the best way to do is to learn from that mistake. Bad experience can help us to be wiser as a human being. I just hope that the person involved didn’t lose too much of his/her bitcoin. And that he/she can share to everyone which site it is for all of us to be aware of.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any ALTCOIN ever overtake Bitcoin ? on: August 21, 2018, 04:56:12 AM
It's almost 8 months of 2018 and we have not seen any reasonable hikes for the altcoins,
It was only Ethereum that hit a good value of almost 1.4k$ in the beginning of the year . Since then it's pretty dull.

Forget overtaking can any ALTCOIN ever reach a value near Bitcoin.
I don’t think that there will be an altcoin that can overtake or can beat the value of bitcoin. Altcoins prices always depends on bitcoin when it comes to prices hikes and downs and it happens all the time. Just like what happened to the market now. Everytime the price of bitcoin goes down then altcoins prices follows aswell.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Ideal Bounty Campaign! on: August 14, 2018, 10:52:37 AM
I always go for the token allocation in any bounty that i had been participated in and not with stakes. Actually stakes doesn’t matter that much since the existence of it is just to determine on how much token are we going to receive after the campaign. And ofcourse it is important also to choose the right bounty managers and the team to avoid being scammed.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital money or virtual currency? on: August 10, 2018, 05:01:32 AM

This is due to the poor understanding about crypto currency or the knowledge was conveyed to them wrongly.Digital currencies is different from virtual currency, digital currency means using fiat in credit and debit cards but crypto currencies are currencies which used by blockchain technology and we no need third part help to use crypto currencies.Bitcoin will give the freedom to use of money as we want so if people want that freedom then move to bitcoin and crypto currencies.
It’s true. There are still lots of bitcoiners who has lack of understanding about the existence of bitcoins although they are into it already. But anyway in a long run and for futher studies soon they will be knowledgeable enough to understand the usage, flows and how important it is and how lucky we are to be a part in this cryptoworld.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I CHOSE BITCOIN INVESTMENT OVER BANK INVESTMENT on: August 05, 2018, 03:47:53 PM
Knowing the crypto world was the best thing I have ever done. Today I was given an amount of $20000 by my uncle to make an investment for him at the bank so that by the end of the year he can get some additional money added to his capital. I sat down and calculated and found out that, investing at the bank will give him just $2000 interest.

I then called him and explain to him about cryptocurrency and how secured it is with evidences and it price increment for last year. After seeing it he told me to invest that amount into BITCOIN and I have done it for him. I know that is volatile and can fluctuate but I made time to explain to him that although the market is red now but when the green days come he will get not less thank $25000 added to his capital. I know I did the right thing and he will surely laugh some days to come. What do you think guys?
Nice to hear that mate and it was absolutely a very wise decision. Even me, why would i chose to just put my money into a bank which only give me just a bit interest after using the money that i had saved with them. While in bitcoin, all we need to do is be patient and wait for the value to go up rocket high.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy Privacy Privacy! on: August 01, 2018, 04:09:31 PM
For me i consider bitcoin as more private than fiat in any ways. So i will definitely disagree with what you rant. We maybe oblidge to provide some minor details in every transactions but not to reveal our identity completely and too far different from having transactions with fiat.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON? on: July 29, 2018, 01:06:30 PM
Anytime i see some members of this forum asking "Is Bitcoin dead"?, or "Is this the fall of bitcoin" i just become speechless because it is so shocking to hear that within just six months when bitcoin improved the financial status of people last year without any hard sweating people have forgotten about it so soon. I now understand the saying that "Men forgets easily". Well i can't really blame them but I know the few Real Crypto Enthusiasts like myself still believe in BITCOIN and we are going to keep investing in it because we know that the its value will rise with time.

absolutely right mate. Well, those who are not a strong believer will definitely easily to forget bitcoin but those who trusted bitcoin that much will still hold even if it takes months of waiting for the price to go up. Anyway, it is worth all the waiting than being sorry later, right?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question : How do you educate noncoiner about crypto? on: July 25, 2018, 04:47:22 PM
There’s no need to educate anyone about cryptocurrency because it is much better to educate themselves and to convinced themselves on how important cryptos are. I started here when my cousin introduced it to me with only few guidelines then am on my own after that.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: July 25, 2018, 10:45:22 AM
Icos look for bounty hunters to promote their project through the power of social media.Sometimes, some of these hunters also double as ico investors. But it looks like bounty hunters understand ICOs project and are able to determine very good projects before they invest because of their experiences in different projects.
I don’t think so although there are times that bounty hunters got interested to invest in an ICO which they think are the good one and there is a big possibility to be a successful ICO. Personally, i have beeen participated too many bounties already and sad to say, i am still not the expert one to determine which is which are good and can be a successful project when its done. So i never got the chance to invest in any ICOs that i have been participated in to.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins kept in exchange, are they safe? on: July 25, 2018, 07:07:00 AM
I feel keeping our coins in exchanges, mininize the risk of loosing our coins to wallet hackers.
I’d rather chose to keep all my coin in my own ewallet than putting it in an exchnage. I don’t know, i feel more safer in that way and besides it depends on how careful we are with our valuable stuff. I’ve been using only one wallet from the moment i started here and so far it all went well. So i don’t think there is a risk of loosing my cryptos in my own wallet.
17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Up and Down Movement on: July 24, 2018, 04:58:41 PM
Want to learn how Bitcoin Up And Down Price movement:
 1. learn how Market work.
2. learn atleast ONE of this pattern how this  Candlestick, Bar Chart, Line Chart Formation.
3.  Go to this site www.tradingview.com and find currency you want ex. BTC/USD btc stand for Bitcoin and USD for US Dollar.
4. also Learn Support and Resistance and other Tools.

Goodluck! Godbless
Thank you for this information. Honestly i am ignorance or should i say lack of knowledge about this. But main goal is to invest long term for future purposes so i wasn’t so curious about this flow or maybe i am not yet worried still about the ups and downs movement. This very very helpful though especially to those newbies who are about to do trading.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin expectation end of 2018 on: July 24, 2018, 02:07:48 PM
A trader just made a million dollar bet that Bitcoin would be over $50k by the end of 2018  A large trader (or traders) just plopped down a million dollars betting that Bitcoin would hit $50k sometime in 2018.
Studying the flow of prices in cryptocurrency now made me think twice if i should believe in what you had stated above mate. Maybe in the near future but not within this year. Well, no one would ever know right? Bitcoin prices are very unpredictable and just incase you are right then many will become an instant millionaire for sure.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PROFITABLE ALTCOINS on: July 24, 2018, 06:28:36 AM
I am a newbie to BTC field.I have little bit BTC amount.I want to get some profit from trading or holding altcoins.what are the altcoins that I can buy?
I am not into trading but i don’t think it is ideal to do trading with altcoins. Yes it may be cheaper compared to bitcoin but altcoin prices are more unpredictable than bitcoin. So i suggest that if you really interested to buy altcoin just to it for long term investment but not to trade and ethereum would be the best choice.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did the government want to kill Bitcoin? on: July 23, 2018, 01:47:57 PM
as we know, many governments in the world are banning bitcoins and here I have my own why the government want to kill Bitcoin, because I think Bitcoin can be used for terrorist financing, money laundering, illegal weapons purchases, crime and tax evasion. therefore the government forbids Bitcoin, because Bitcoin transactions are difficult to trace so it is only natural for me if the government is very worried about Bitcoin and many country banning (block) Bitcoin.
but this is just my opinion, so if I am wrong I apologize.

Thank You.
This can be just an speculations but there are no proper statement as reasoning why there are governments that forbid the use of bitcoin. Though i am not saying that your thought are not right, is just that we don’t really the reasons are but partly maybe you are right there mate. Mostly i agree with tax evasion issue especially that most government in a certain countries got a government officials that are corrupt.
