Im having a very weird issue in windows since yesterday, both my miners stopped in two different computers with an "out of memory error" i tried three different other miners so im suspecting window shenanigans, i put one of the miners in linux and it worked, anyone else having problems mining in windows? or is it just me, i only have three cards on those machines, my big rigs are all in linux but i mine a bit on the side with my gaming rigs
DAG too high for Windows 10 move to Windows 7/8 or Linux.

2080 - 1600 Mhz Core - 8050 RAM -> 135 Watt / 0,43 G/s - 2040 Mhz Core - 8050 RAM -> 240 Watt / 0,55 G/s
Same as GMiner 2.06
Which GPUs are faster now?
I’m seeing zero improvements to 2080TI. Curious which cards are 20% faster Pascal

Hello Is there a field for an optimizations C32 for Nvidia? Looks like Lolminer already have an adwantage with his optimization for AMDs.

Innosilicon just released a 500 mhs miner at 750 watts, no sure who is buying a it with progpow algo change.
With progpow it's the same thing as with POS, they have a time... no rush
|
|

Yes I know. But I thought it is not required to continue to work if all results the miner would find gets rejected because a different algo is active. Anyway you can choose what you like better - that is a good thing.
You should think about dualmining for example MTP in this idle time

Sero Beepool still do not work.
Hi, it is working here. Please make sure to use the zero 'collection' address and not your zero public address for Beepool. You command line should look like this: TT-Miner.exe -A PROGPOW092 -luck -log -logpool -coin sero -P stratum1+tcp://<YOUR_ZERO_COLLECTION_ADDRESS>.<YOUR_WORKER>@sero-pool.beepool.org:9515 let me know if you still have issues. You are right, with collection adress it starts. But miner is very unstable on progpow, on all rigs it restarts every few mins, on some it does not start at all, it closes without any error. Even with 0 overclocking and power at 50%. It's 1070, and 1060 6gb cards. Nbminer is very stable at the same settings.

Best drivers Gminer recomended for GTX1070,1080ti?
It's Nvidia. Just pick the newer ones and you are always fine. Nope, 417.30 are the fastest already, everything above 420 is 5% slower.

Greetings and can anyone help me with this. According to miner info, mining Beam we can get: Palit GTX 1060 JetStream 3GB ~13.9 Sol/s. Is there a difference between this card and GeForce GTX 1060 3GB as I keep getting a memory error or are there some special settings I should use? Thank you.
With beam this card only works on Windows 7 or Linux.

oh wow this implementation will really push cpu mining back like in the glory days in the past gonna get my threadripper ready for this
Is there a way to implement this algo on GPUs?

Is CryptoDredge really the fastest nVidia miner for Cryptonight coins nowadays? Trying out a little Litev7 on my 1080's for the lulz... and the performance compared to a generic Vega 56 pretty damn dismal. Ofc I'm aware HBM2 is faster than GDDR5X but with the OhGodaPilltoEnlargeMyCudas I was expecting a little more... There is no point to mine Cryptonight variants on Nvidia, it's AMD zone.

Prices of GPU mostly depends about crypto market condition. This old 1070 what is 250 usd today, can be worth 700 usd tommorow if there'll be profitability per GPU like 5/usd day

i understand, thing is my rig has higher average hashrates on mintpond using older 2.1.19 build with intesnity 20 and gridsize 4096 on all 5 GPU, with later builds it has intensity 15 and grid sizes are 7000+ for GTX1080Ti and 5000+ for GTX1080 but i don's see any hashrates improvements in 24 hour period, difference is around 1mh/sec daily average 16mh.sec+ VS 15mh.sec on newer builds, so maybe better to use older build at the moment with lower default gridsize, miner hashrates itself are more or less same with both builds
That's correct, older version reports better hashrate on poolside, it's about 3-4% in my case.
