Right, managed to transfer a large sum but no deposit shows up (after a considerable time). Sad to say but it looks like a scam.

WEBD desposits don't seem to work. First on the deposit option tere are 4 decimals, webd.io has only 3 decimals. How does one deposit?

I wanted to post the pool link to one of my groups but FB reported it as SPAM and removed it autommaticly - no recourse. I guess in a few years thats what the whole internet will look like thanks to ehem, ehem #10#13.
Anyway the current hashrate is 1.1~1.2 and I think wee need to raise it to at least 5Mhs to get a more accurate averege because right now the numbers don't look so well, like for instance I got 5WEBd/Hh/2Kh at mainnet average of 23Mh in the same hour.
Once we'll reach 100Mhs on mainnet If I were you I would cut those fees to maybe down to 1WEBD because only mining the fee, the averege user would have to mine a week for it.

OK, let's just be clear about this because apparently my level of sarcasm goes beyond the understanding of elders around here. Pools good>pools good for everyone>everyone starts mining>bad actors don't get their cut>bad actors try to ban mining> Need I say more?

Let have a talk after releasing mining pools I would like to point out that this sort of simplification of mining has never been (successfully) implemented and that the economics of it look sound. Not all people have the necessary skills to configure a miner and deploy it, let alone understand what mining is in the first place. If the devs pull this off then they would tap into the millions of potential mining resources that have been unavailable until now for the aformentioned reasons. In other words, imagine your mom working in a -let's say- public/government institution opening up a browser tab right next to the solitaire one just to earn some money. Granted there might be some backlash from this in the far future but it's a good start for learning about crypto. |

Don't worry about it, people with 4000-5000Hs don't get blocks these days either, once the devs will stop "leading us with the sugar cube" and actually enable the mining pools you'll gert your fair share |

Any details about the attack? Where is it coming from, what is the attack vector, who would want to do it, will it be mitigated anytime soon?

Since I got the chance to weekly take out some BTC from my initial investment of 1BTCplus profits I struck a deal with BTC-arbs and settled 0.28 BTC as a full refund. They delivered six hours ago. Cannot update the spreadsheet. If someone could update it for me with the fallowinginfo:

Got in touch trough some DM from BTC-arbs recently and I told them that I would consider 0.28BTC a full refund from my initial 1BTC since I got some out before the seizure and I just wanted to get this over with and just forget about the 0.77(or 0.73, I can't check but around that sum) that was lef in my btc-arbs account. They said it was fair. Still haven't received anything but I think they will fallow trough since at least we reached direct communication. I would have preferred a refund today rather than next week (or maybe even later) but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Scuzati de offtopic, dar am o rugaminte la cei din Cluj care au o placa video pe care nu o folosesc zilele astea. Mi-a crapat 6970-ul pe care editez si am un proiect de terminat pana marti. Accept si gforce nu fac nazuri, dar daca s-ar putea sa aiba macar 2 giga de rami. fac o bere sau platesc inchirierea binevoitorilor de a ma ajuta PS: E un proiect video mare si nu se poate renderiza doar pe CPU desi e i7 |
