When it looks like India is going the china way. first the raids or technically surveys, then arm twisting banks and payment gateways to cease operations, it looks increasingly likely that they will ban exchanges. not the right decision - but u can trust them to do wrong.

Honestly, I don't think they are trying to run away with all user's funds INR or Crypto.. They ve only recently got a huge angel investment so I don't see a reason that they will take everything and run. There are some issues with the site itself other than withdrawal.. I had a tough time signing in.. I hope they get everything working asap and as with all the stuff happening in the crypto world as far as i ve seen, it is essential to keep your funds safe, so I have moved everything to my personal wallet.
So u r saying funded companies dont run away? Get a life man. Whichever way u look at it 2% + charges for NEFT - is daylight robbery.

You will get back same amount in same currency you paid. It has been clarified by Bitmain hundred times. Again same question.
If you paid in usd you get same usd back. If you paid in btc you get same btc back. If you paid in ltc you get same ltc back.
no this is not true, I have paid in btc before he stopped and the price went up before I had to cancel, I got the FIAT about back in btc (lower amount in btc) NOT the btc I paid in. I dont know how you got trust score of 40. A lot of us got our refunds from Bitmain. The same amount we had paid be it BTC, LTC or USD. U R A BIG FAT LIAR. SHAME ON U. This is one of the transactions through which Bitmain paid our refunds. https://blockchain.info/tx/e1c45b66b61570113eab1838b329a2f8785d15e8814f7b501918073702a083b3

Can anyone explain why do people sell at rate on this link. http://preev.com/btc/inrBecause when I checked the sell rate at 1:33pm IST 28 Oct, the sell rate was higher on zebpay, unicoin, coinsecure and almost every other site. I can understand buyers wanting to buy at this price, but why would people sell, if they do. You are absolutely right on this that other website do have good rates for sellers. But on the other hand those wallets need you to verify yourself and saves your data. Not everyone in bitcoin forum wants to reveal their own data. And who knows some day government may apply tax on bitcoin purchase. The negative of those websites are. 1.Your identity is revealed and they are not private wallet. 2.As all of them are PVT LTD company they are under Indian government so any day Govt may ask for audit. And it will reveal who holds how many bitcoins straight way. 3.They charge 300-500 withdraw fees to every bitcoin withdraw process. 1. Agree with privacy issue. But as far as wallet is concerned, you can move to your private wallet from exchange. 2. True. But even if u r buying off the exchange, in this case you are not doing a cash transaction. So the debit and credit of INR entry is anyway there in bank in this case also. Generally people dont keep their investment porfolio in schanges after buying on exchanges. Its only the amount they earmark for trading that people keep in exchanges. 3. Cash Withdrawal: Nowdays, no one charges more tham 10 INR or mostly its free withdrawal. Atleast the 3-4 sites I use, thats the case. BTC Withdawal: Ya, thats high. Except for coinsecure which allows you to use .0001 BTC, others charge between 0.0003 to 0.0005 BTC. (currently, sites review these charges from time t time based on traffic congestion. Not very frequently though.) The reason I asked this question was to know if really sell at preev price. If yes, I could get some good arbitrage opportunity by buying from sellers who are ok to sell at preev price and then sell at exchanges. As I have done my kyc and pay tax on any profit i make in fiat.

That was a month back..And now it is completely different. Kyc is done within minutes. Max 2 days. Instant imps withdrawals. Yes you read that right. Imps deposits are done within 20 minutes. Neft rtgs with in 2-4 hours. Very good support/ response on telegram. Good clean UI. Cons: Low liquity. However Considering the rapid progress they have made so far, liquidity should increase. They need to market well. Maybe they are focusing on giving final touches to the site, before Going all out on marketing. I would bet , in a few months time people will ask coinsecure who

Struggling with clearance now.. will let you know once done.. Which City's customs are your miners struck at? And what are the objections being raised by them?

Thanks guys, I will continue trading until I get a better offer.
There was L3+ sale today morning on bitmain website for 2280 USD.
|
|

I would suggest you to either buy from bitmain or buy in person. Put a buy ad on olx quikr etc. Negotiate with sellers and meet up and buy. I won't trust shipping from individuals. As a ballpark figure for buying from individuals , be prepared for a markup of 20% over the product price and another 50k approx for customs + courier handling charges that the original buyer would have paid.

dont bother with these scamsters. you wont find a genuine seller of L3+ quoting less than 2 lac INR for a delivery period of less than a week.

Hi,
I would be getting an antminer from Bitmain next month. Will a PPPOE internet connection work fine with miner or would I need to switch to a different internet service provider that is on DHCP? The user manual of antminer states DHCP. Anyone tried with a PPPOE connection? Thanks

$6usd easy Mark my words
At 6 USD, the market cap of Ripple alone would be 240 Billion USD. To put that into perspective, the market cap of all crypto combined today (including Ripple) is 161 USD Billion. So, if I am sure about one thing in the world, that would be Ripple wont touch that price. Prove it! You need to back up your "wOnT tOuCh tHaT pRiCe" Maybe not "never" but in few years (decades?). 38,343,841,883 * $6 = $230,063,051,298 Total Market Cap of call currencies: $160,810,566,513 The thread is of ripple price prediction by year end 2017. So, when I said "Ripple wont touch that price" it was for this time period. Sure, in a decade or 2 ripple can touch that price or beyond when the cryptocurrency becomes 2-3 trillion industry. @wojak Thanks for the stats I also factored in the 1 billion xrp that ripple can withdraw every month. However, going by the past stats, they are withdrawing about 300 million ripple and not 1 billion xrp. So with another 4 months left till the end of the year.. I added another 1.2 billion ripple to the current supply to arrive at the figure of 250 billion USD @ 6 USD price.

For speculation, I think one should first try to arrive at the market share that ripple can command of the total cyptocurrency market cap.
I would not expect it to command more than 10% of the total cypto market cap.
also taking into consideration 38 bllion current supply and a total supply of 100 billion, for ripple to touch .50 USD total market cap has to touch atleast 200 Billion USD.
For this year, 40 cents should be tops if the supply remains at 38 billion or there about.

Hi, I would be getting a L3+ in sept last week. Will a PPPOE internet connection (eg Excitel)work fine with miner or I would need to switch to a different internet service provider that is on DHCP (Eg Hathway, Den)? Thanks

Thanks. Was going through the site and came across chapter 84 section 71 that also looked relevant and suggests the duty should be 0.
I know someone who imported L3+ in july end had to pay approx 60+ K to DHL that included 40+ custom duty , 10K penalty and 5K fine (the penalty and fine were for slight mismatch of total value of miner that bitmain quoted on the box to the value in invoice and for using dummy IEC as he was importing as an individual - Delhi customs) and 5k handling fee to DHL.
Yes chapter 84 is the one. I skipped it because it read nuclear reactors lol. Anyway. Even if the duty is 0 you'll have to pay 18% IGST. I'm currently trying to get an IEC just in case. how you get IEC ? IEC is for firms/companies and not for individuals. Are you importing miners on firm's name?
