I'm more surprised that only 5% of his followers invest in ICOs, given how he's been parading it as the future of funding.

Yes, this is the most surprising result since McAfee use to sponsor many ICOs. But maybe ICOs are losing popularity these days and the old good days for ICOs seem gone...

Nah ICOs are alive and well. Sure we're seeing a slight dip in hype, but that's normal considering how much there was like 2 months ago.

9  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor or Ledger? on: January 30, 2018, 11:53:05 AM
Is there any other alternative to this two? Is building your own secure enough?

You can build your own paper wallet or put a wallet on a pendrive.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merit, reassessment on: January 27, 2018, 02:54:44 PM
The new ranking system is highly beneficial to the community. With this, we will be more disciplined in creating our posts since almost all threads are already filled with shitposts. And as we go along, I believe revisions will be made on this new rule to further maximize its benefits.

What is the new ranking system now?

I would choose ledger. Cheaper, better design.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Wallet without transaction fee on: January 21, 2018, 07:40:52 PM
You can try to store on some exchanges which charge less fee but a wallet with zero transaction fee is not possible.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money Laundering is Less Than One Percent of All Bitcoin Transactions on: January 21, 2018, 07:38:05 PM
Bitcoin transaction  is anonymous  so how did the researcher got his data from to make such claims.  I don't believe it. I think it might be more than that  because since inception  of bitcoin crime detected through banks for laundering money has reduced  and in my opinion, is because of another safe haven like bitcoin that has accounted for that.

They might be tracking the transactions and tracking big sums of money.

The worstt thing you can do in crypto is to panic. You need to stay calm and look in the long term or you will lose everything.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: did you know industry marijuana will be good future in cryptocurrency? on: December 05, 2017, 05:18:57 PM
These are two different insustries, period. They are not connected any moreso than two other industries, therefore no. However I could see some people buying marijuana with Bitcoin actually they already have been for years.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best coin? on: November 21, 2017, 02:45:51 AM
I will go on bitcoin for that question. I strongly believe that bitcoin is king and forever will be the king. Of course there's a possibility that other coins might take over but most people think of bitcoin when thinking of crypto currency.
Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency to all, since it is the first digital currency that invented, and the second best is ethereum the only crypto-currency that I believe has the capacity to overtake Bitcoin Market cap in the near future.

I also think that bitcoin is the best coin on the world. There is no worries for this, bitcoin paved the way for the other altcoins after its establishment too. Then there is no reason to say XX coin is better than bitcoin clearly.

The best coin is Bitcoin. How do people get into this space without knowing how amazing Bitcoin is? It boggles my mind with the amount of people that know about other cryptocurrencies but do not understand Bitcoin. This is fine though because it makes it clear to me what kind of person they are by the coins they choose. I swear I use it to judge character sometimes haha.
