Supply doesn't mean anything. Market cap does. Based on that, I can see 0x going up by a lot. |

Because it's easy. It takes like 5 min to create a new token. What are they gonna do, actually develop something that has utility and value? Ha! |

I was wondering what ICO is ? and why every day there is new ICO coin thing is coming in the market claiming lot of things , lots of bonus , lots of coins etc .
I am still unable to understand what is going on .
if this will stay like this at the end of 2017 there will be thousands of ICO kind of things

Most ICO make money. It's good early investment, but not all of them. Gotta pick and chose good ones. |

Hey, If you're an app developer like me, you know how frustrating it is to see Google and Apple taking a 30% cut of every sale you make! If it weren't for them, we wouldn't have businesses, but they sure make us pay through the noses. That's why this article on medium spoke to me. The guys at Open Money are addressing a real problem that can make crypto explode into the mainstream world. What do you think? Can they pull it off? Although i am not a developer. Really feel and relate to what you are feeling because i too have made something and put hours and hours just to have even points with people in my team who did not do sht to help with the project. It is just so frustrating. That's why I really love the concept of open money. And i wish open money gains success. Because i see great potential. And i think they just might go and pull it off. Wish i could get my hands on some coins. Me too. When is this on exchanges? |

I think that's going to come and go without a hitch. Simply for the fact and everybody's focused on everything else and all this other fear based rumor mill stuff. Makes it impossible for anybody to focus on the important things while they're focused on things that aren't even real in the first place. Like this China ban that was nothing more than talk during the protocol assessments at the government.
Also what happened after bitcoin cash hard fork? Bitcoin came out ATH and stronger. Bitcoin never fails. |

According to : https://blockchain.info/charts/hash-rateThe Hashrate per second is 7,700,000 ~ 8,000,000 Terahash/second With 12.5 Bitcoin/Block reward, 10 Minute Block Time , results 1800 BTC Mined/Day Based on current price, around $6,500,000 ~ $7,000,000 in BTC is mined. 1) How could i calculate how much is spent in electricity / day? 2) Is the current Reward in Bitcoin - Electricity Price of mining = Positive profit? Thanks If you don't count the costs of hardware, yes that would be the profit. I'd say maybe it's half the reward, so $3-4m a day. |

This is very interesting but it would be good to see how it will be distributed and will there be a limit of these coins or will they be inflationary just like fiat currency. If they are just mirror images of paper money it does not seem all that good to me, but if they are limited supply like Bitcoin then that would help to boost the local economy. If that were the case, I would want to purchase this for long term gains as well.
