just to inform there has already been over 50 miilion dollars worth of real estate tokenized with the company I made the PDF on and they are one of many companies in this space.. it can work, it does work and there are many reason why people would want to.. and no someone cant simply run away with the money.. like saying TESLA sold all shares of the stock and ran away with the full valuation... same legal binding process as the tokens are tied to economic rights

I have been researching Real Estate Tokenization for many years and I'm keen to hear your thoughts on the subject. I've gathered a great deal of knowledge on the topic and I'm excited to share what I believe is the most promising project in the space. But first let's talk about real estate tokenization.

So you are so heavily invested in BST and you made a PDF to tell us why you did it? Sounds like BlockSquare haven't been completely honest with you. Tech suitable for something like this doesn't exist yet. It's not going to be suitable for ETH or any existing blockchains, nor there is layer 2 solution. You can tokenize synthetic assets but that's nothing special. Using tokenization on current blockhains doesn't solve any problems. In fact it just creates an unnecessary layer of other problems, starting from the fact that transactions should be reversable if you want to satisfy regulators. They also should be private on L1 in order to prevent front running. And this that's just a surface. That's why all these projects are going to fail. They are not creating solutions nor they are taking out a middle man, the are taking out A middle man and replacing it with them. They are creating smoke and mirrors. If you really want to take a look a platform who is trying to solve this, google dusk network. It is all business and trends. Because tokenization is hot, people will launch this kind of project in all sectors even though it is really not necessary. They launch it for the purpose of milking investors since it is hot and on-trend then, later on, find unfixable problems and abandon the idea. We have seen several crypto projects that focuses in Real Estate but most of them are dead now. you couldn't be more wrong about your post.... they have been working since 2017 on this and they have taking minimal money from investors you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make them drink it..... |

oh shit, now it already has altcoin AI? first we had ICO, then we had DEFI, then we had NFT and now we are already in AI, I even imagine what those AI creators must be saying to deceive people: "AI is the next great revolution in the crypto market". Honestly where do we stop with this? people rush to put money into these meaningless projects, they don't think to what extent this is viable, for example if someone creates an AI altcoin, how many people will use this AI altcoin for the price to increase? I'm not talking about the people who buy to do hodl, I'm talking about the common person who wants to buy or pay for a service or wants to give a real use to the altcoin, why would that person buy that AI altcoin if he can buy bitcoin and pay for goods and services?
people do not ask these questions, there are many altcoins in this market, even if a Z project creates a way to make all the buildings in the world more economical, for example, companies can even use the program of this Z project, but they will not be using the altcoin Z linked to that project, so how will this altcoin linked to that project go to the moon? I only see one way: pump and dump created by some people who are deceived at the beginning of each project.
Have you ever been out of your country and used your debit/credit card.. and the bank automatically converts your local currency you own to the currency of choice of the merchant? this is the same with some alt coin platforms... this issue is its still very early and the process isnt as simple yet. Some alt coin projects with real use case for the token demand to be paid in their local currency (the alt coin) and you must come along and convert your currency into theirs some how... so you sell your bitcoin into ETH and than into that alt coin.... one is automatic and simple, the other is more complex.. one still pays with whatever he wants, and the other still receives whatever he wants.. the benefit of most of these kinda tokens is the reward.. when you pay for the service and pay with the alt coin, that alt coin either gets burned(which reduces supply and make your holding more valuable) or you may even get a percentage of the sells... economic models are endless in this space..... hope this helps |

You can't launch real estate token yet. There is not legislation for this. every firm that will try to do this will have to be fully regulated. There is no way to eliminate middleman. You own x% of real estate but there have to be someone who is renting it, fixing, maintaining etc. There is someone who pick it, bought it from regular market and do all papers to offer as token.
For those wanting to own fraction of real estate there are REITS - ETFs from regulated funds investing in real estates all around the globe. There is no reason to invest now in this sector.
this is simply not true... there are many ways to tokenize real estate today and sell a portion of the asset.. legally today.. ETF's are very expensive, not specific to a property or property owner you want to invest with and aren't available to many people around the world... tokenization is open to everyone with a smart phone.. |

tokenization of real assets... the biggest class of assets is real estate...
this is usually the case in crypto winter as people want to speculate less of memes and can feel safer in something that has physical value...
to prove the point, there was a big run of such in 2019 during the spring summer.... I think we see this again in spring summer of 2023 as well....

We hear great news from telegrams: 1. Mainnet release end of the month is on track, and the nodes will be operational and tested (in live environments) all of April.
2. In May we will allow a select few of public node operators to come on board, and in June pretty much everyone else. We want to handhold these people and ensure everything works OK, so we're not immediately releasing the nodes to the general public (therefore the staged and coordinated release).
3. In April+ a few new exchanges will come online for the ERC-20 CHX token.
Spring will be interesting for holders of coins OWN  The few new exchanges that are mentioned here, are that decentralized ones or real big ones that bring new exposure to CHX? If you can give a hint that would be good. we don't have names yet... anyones guess at this point.. |
