i ask for withrawal to visa 2017-12-25 12:28:53   -366.00 USD   0.69   WITHDRAW, got euros insted of $ on visa on  2017-12-28 , but i dont care, in bank thhey say thats my country regulation is that we get only euros, but dont know.

Then you are lucky, because I got 13000+ USD instead of 13000+ EUR. So have a loss of 2180EUR, and they are ignoring me for 3 weeks everywhere, on e-mail, on this thread, on twitter, and so on.

Please guys be careful with CEX. They only reply on social media to show as if they are helping you and then they ignore you for 3+ weeks Wink

 IMHO ... they are not ignoring you, it's just that your ticket may still be in the queue, it's a fact they are greatly behind dealing with issues ... they solve the support tickets FIFO



My ticket is 3 weeks active, they have responded 2 times with "sorry for late response", and still not yet investigate or telling me when they will send me the remaining funds.

UPDATE:
Ok guys my problem is solved. It is nice to also mention if your problem is solved so hereby. I got compensation of the difference (USD / EUR) on my CEX account after 3 weeks e-mailing...

 IMHO ... they are not ignoring you, it's just that your ticket may still be in the queue, it's a fact they are greatly behind dealing with issues ... they solve the support tickets FIFO

I must be very unlucky then... after waiting for so long I did not even get the correct amount (second withdrawal)!!!!

Got my first withdrawal of 15-11-2017 on 29-11-2017 in EUR (from IBAN: X) Got my second withdrawal of 16-11-2017 worth of €13000+ in USD on 6-12-2017. (GOT USD INSTEAD OF EUR) (from IBAN: Y, so another IBAN)

After 1 week of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response to double check if I got USD and not EUR > E-mailed back with proof.

After 2 weeks of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting.", that they have double check and have send EUR and not USD. And asked me to contact bank and send them confirmation > E-mailed cex back with proof USD is send.

Because Cex send me USD and not EUR, I still need to get remaing amount of €2180.

2 weeks further and I got: "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting."

Now it is 3+ weeks further and still no solution and they let me again waiting and waiting and waiting.... I do not want to make an accusation, but they need to solve their own problem....... instead of ignoring and letting customers waiting so long..

Okay thank you, because I did not received any response for whatsoever for 1 week (Got USD, instead of EUR, withdrawal was SEPA in EUR!) , if support would have send me an e-mail that they are investigating it, it would reassured me. Now I just felt ignored and need to ask on social media for a response.

However I still did not received the withdrawal 2) requested on 16-11-2017:
Got Finalert e-mail that it was sent on: 27-11-2017 > I Did Not Yet Received This Withdrawal > (4 Business/Banking days would be: 1-12-2017) Let see when it will arrives, I will keep updated.



Question for future:
- Can I in future withdrawal faster? Or does it always take soo much time?
- Also can I now deposit / withdrawal cryptocurrency instantly in the future?
- If I want to add an mastercard in future, do I need to verify again?

Their site works fine, however I am still waiting 6 days for my 2 withdrawals worth of €26000+
They already have "escalated" my ticket to the financial department and the only response I got from them through e-mail is the standard e-mail which everyone is getting who wants to withdrawal:

We are sorry for delayed reply. Due to extremely high load of requests it will take us extra time to resolve your issue. Our support team is working around the clock to reduce the queue, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Something is wrong, because while making a deposit the SAME financial departmant was able to verify my deposit within 1 day, but a withdrawal must take 6+ days??? And even an normal answer where my money is is taking 6+ days? How can you just ignore your customer and €26000+?

I don't understand why they taking an normal answer so long? Escalated or not, I still did not get even an answer on my question where my money is, today is the 6th day I am waiting and it is not even sent! Can you personally contact the finance department for me?

Or else cancel the withdrawals so I can trade again if a withdrawal is taking such long time, because all my money is now still "pending".

Never had any problems with other exchanges like kraken gdax and so on, all taking maximum 1 business day to withdrawal!!

I will update once problem is solved.

After sending all required documents. Today I got e-mail that first withdrawal "has been successfully processed. "
However second withdrawal still says pending...

I am curious when I will receive the money.
Cex site is fine, it works better than some other Exchanges which are very slow, however I think Cex really need to expand their finance/Compliance department.

Can @Mr Cex on here confirm it is sent and why the second one is still pending after 8 days?

They already have "escalated" my ticket to the financial department and the only response I got from them through e-mail is the standard e-mail which everyone is getting who wants to withdrawal:

Something is wrong, because while making a deposit the SAME financial departmant was able to verify my deposit within 1 day, but a withdrawal must take 6+ days??? And even an normal answer where my money is is taking 6+ days? How can you just ignore your customer and €26000+?

I don't understand why they taking an normal answer so long? Escalated or not, I still did not get even an answer on my question where my money is, today is the 6th day I am waiting and it is not even sent! Can you personally contact the finance department for me?

Or else cancel the withdrawals so I can trade again if a withdrawal is taking such long time, because all my money is now still "pending".
