Since I Andrew Makarskiy, former #Stex CEO, am still getting a lot of messages from people who don't even know what happened in the team, I decided to update the community: Andrew Makarskiy, former key member of STeX, was falsely accused by Nickolay Price and Ivan Mityaev in robbery, drugs and nonexistent polygraph tests. They did this in order to take Andrew's share of the coming ICO and no longer be confined in making their own decisions, which Andrew saw as inappropriate and threatening for the future of STeX project. Andrew warns the public that he is no longer associated with - the website stex.exchange, - coming ICO on November 25 2017 - or any activity that is going on the facebook page https://www.facebook.com/icoShowcase/ that has been hacked by a former marketing helper whom Andrew has given an administrator privileges Ivan (STEX) or Nikolay's comments are considered illegitimate in this thread. Ivan and Nick are still using Andrew's name and high popularity among bounty supporters and Andrew's partners. There's no bounty going on in this thread, Ivan and Nick must start a new thread for this activity

STeX fork is coming.
Since the old STeX team consisting of Nickolay Price and Ivan Mitiayev, controls only the website and still has no product developed, Andrew proposed to make the STeX FORK and now is gathering a new team of developers. Presale token holders from the old STeX will get special lucrative benefits in the Andrew's new STeX. Andrew recommends the old team to postpone their coming ICO until the alpha release of their own version of the exchange.

I, Andrew, insist on public apologies from the STeX new team regarding everything spoiling my name and reputation on the website https://stex.exchange including robbery, drugs and polygraph accusations Than there must be a statement published on the website where they clealy say that I left the team with no obligations owed both to the project, investors and the team. If Nikolany Price, the new CEO of STeX, doesn’t do this than he is not worth a dime as a leader and everybody must stay away from him.

I deleted the dirty laundry from the official channels. Maybe sometime in the future I will make a blog post on things that happened here. I wish Stex good luck now. I thought the picture of Ivan Mitayev the CFO of STeX on the website is not a perfect one. This one is better

I’ve been getting tons of private messages from my friends and supporters during these couple of days. I tried to answer everybody’s question washing this laundry outside of the public group. But I see Nick will not give a rest to his wounded self-love and a large grown crown on his head after the presale until he makes his revenge. Nobody loves when people speak truth right in their face. I wasn’t afraid to tell the truth. All accusations about me are the utmost lie. I never took any funds. All the company’s control and all the funds, mine included, are totally under Nick and Ivan control. Ivan is the CFO of the project after all. I even never had access to the website to upload any content from the moment of presale. Ask yourself a question why would I leave before the ICO if it was going to be one of the greatest? Ivan and Nick threw me out of STeX. What now Nick is offering me, I mean this 10% deal… This is a bone thrown to my legs and it is below my dignity. This makes me feel like a dog pleading for crumbs. I don’t trust them any longer because they betrayed me. I don’t want to do any business with these people again, because I will be spending my energy on checking their every next move instead of working for the project’s sake. P.S. I never took any drugs in my life. I barely drink alcohol. The drugs and polygraphs story was the most amazing part of the lie.

Important ANN: We unanimously decided that it is the speed of development and meeting keystone deadlines that is crucial for STeX to stay afloat and successfully compete in crypto market. Since our team member Ivan Mityaev continuously didn’t meet the project deadlines and didn’t have enough energy to fulfill important tasks in time we kindly offered him to step down as our key member. Ivan’s tasks will be distributed among our team from this moment. By making this decisive step we believe STeX will move forward even faster than before to achieve our number one goal and hit 10 top exchanges in 2018.

I, Andrew Makarskiy, current CEO of STeX, am very glad to appoint Nicholas Prays the new STeX CEO. This decision has made it possible to grow our team even larger and accept Maksim Vladykin as our new product manager and CTO. Maksim has already proved to be a very successful and talented product manager. This shift has made our team even more solid, strengthening STeX's prospects and outcome as we move into our ICO phase. Maksim worked with Nicholas together for a long time in KeyCAPTCHA and other projects. They are also close friends. I will gladly become CMO from this moment and will be able to concentrate more on marketing activities. These changes will also be made in the WhitePaper and on STeX.exchange website in the coming days.

Tell me please, can I expect any bonuses for never selling my tokens after the ICO?
Yes, you will keep 20% bonus, which is distributed first among all those who never sold their STE. So as time goes and many people will change STE in the open market, the share of those who never sold grows too. Therefore it is very wise not to sell STE ever and keep getting dividends

I just talked to Max, our project/product manager about this. It will be available soon
