Logging in doesn't work for me at all now, just returns to the login page.
2  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: April 24, 2014, 04:52:31 PM
send some kind messages to them in order to make ukyo communicate with us.

sadly there is no other way.

There IS another way.  Or at least there was.

Quick update for all UKYO's loan holders or We exchange Users.

I am still negotiating the hourly rate with my lawyer. but below are some information for you if you want to join to my lawsuit against Ukyo. I still think that lawsuit against UKYO is still the only hope you can have a chance to know what going on there and received possible pay back from Ukyo .

1: people who joint my lawsuit will need to send some deposit to the lawyer. I will gives you his bank account detail, and also you can contact him to find out what happening there. before you send the money to the lawyer ,I will gives you all his personal detail and contact detail.

2: all cost related to against Ukyo is calculate based on the percentage of how much UKYO owes you towards total liability that against Ukyo in this lawsuit case.
For example, if Ukyo owes me 100 BTC , and there are 1000 total liability in this lawsuit is against to UKYO. then I will respond for 10% of the total cost. of course, that I also will received 10% from what UKYO pays in the future.

3: all cost are calculate in USD , so for people who willing to join this case, you have to prepare some USD first.

4: if not convenience for you   to send USD directly to the Lawyer, it also possible you can send me BTC, then I will based on current conversion rate and help you to send the USD to the Lawyer. (if you trust me, but I do prefer that you send directly to the lawyer).

5: The final hourly rate still being negotiating , so is only receiving people who willing to join me at this moment by PM or Email to Mistake868@hotmail.com( once it been confirm and I will let you know the final rate, and you make your choice that either to join or not.)

6: Last call to joint this lawsuit is 20.04.2014, and also you will need to get you money to the Lawyers account before 30.04.2014. after that date , that Lawyer will star his work, so it is no reason to bothering him to further modify the agreement between us and him.

PS: If there are any unclear information that please do ask me, and however  forgive my poor English.

Kind Regard

Yuan Lu

Even if it only resulted in Ukyo declaring bankruptcy (which doesn't help anyone), the above is still a more appropriate strategy than going after his family members.  It is not their fault that this has happened, and doxxing them invites harassment that they don't deserve.  Furthermore, apparent harassment of his relatives only provides justification for further retreat from all of this.  At the very least, the legal action route has a better chance of getting actual /information/ about the situation.
3  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: April 23, 2014, 04:24:01 PM
Neither the WeEx claims nor Ukyo.Loan sites are working for me.  The former intermittently allows me to log in, but shows all 0s when I know I still have balance stuck.  And I was seemingly able to create my login for Ukyo.Loan, but logging in simply takes me to the login screen again immediately.

Any word from Ukyo on IRC?

Getting same error as pope123.

No one?  Really? ...

Okay, I'll go :-)

This week's divs = 0.00061457

Nice little bump up from last week, to go with the good chip news.

ref: rpietila / others who 'knew'

Did they just have 'better' information than us in terms of an early 'nod' on the news?

Maybe this has been raised in the last few pages - I confess I haven't got time to look back - but is it not possible someone knew someone, who knew what was about to happen?

To accurately say 'it will go down to 500' is pretty good.

Was it a timed assault of a wave of selling and the timing was lucky - or was it timed FOR the news once it was obvious it was coming (if you had the right information).

Questions, questions.....

Read it.  And then, when you have time, read it again.
This is a good-quality spinoff from that thread as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=366214.0

Someone may have just thrown a match over at BTCChina.

edit: lol, OldGeek beat me to it :-)

... he's said that everyone will not get back all of their BTC.

Is there a quote you can provide to back this up?  Because I've been following all the many Bitfunder threads, and I don't remember him saying anything like this.  (In other words: quote or it's FUD)

So... who's falling for that stupid game?

This really is stupid. We do not need games just now when there are no fees at gox.

The fact that there are no fees is precisely why games are being played.  Unless Gox is specifically trying to stress test their system upgrades, I can't imagine why they thought this would be a good idea.
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Official CaVirtex.com Thread on: November 28, 2013, 04:38:05 PM
Out of interest, anyone watching this thread get verified lately?  I realize there is every reason for them to be a little backlogged right now, but upwards of three weeks delay to look at two pieces of identification and place a phone call is... well it's plain slow.

Edit:  Sorry, looking at that again it's a little more negative than I meant to come across.  I just figure that even a single new employee, with no specialized skillset or anything (read: inexpensive), could speed the process up significantly.
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: November 27, 2013, 10:05:33 AM
You are right. This sort of communication just confirms that it is a scam and the extra information is that neo&bee is also involved. So stay away from neo&bee as well! That is the important information I got from this.

I think you mean to say that in your barely informed opinion, it tells you that.

Everyone involved in the BitFunder fiasco is in the same spot, so the question is, what do you want to do about it? How does everyone move forward? The money isn't available right now for whatever reason. Unfortunately, that fact isn't changing. But what you, and everyone else, does have at this point in time, is arguably the most transparent company in the space taking on a supporting role in helping people get their funds back. What else are you looking for?

Anyone who has seen the antics of Neo & Bee will agree that they have set themselves apart from the rest of the bitcoin startups. To me, them undertaking a role to help resolve this situation can in no way be seen as something negative or otherwise suspect. You're talking about the only company in the space that's putting in an effort to bring bitcoin to the lay-person. This isn't another mining fund; this is actual innovation and development.

You also must conclude that they're likely doing this for some good reason. They're a business and having gotten as far as they have, it's highly unlikely they're just throwing money down the toilet.

Let's have some positivity here. You'll get no argument out of me that most other operations that have hit major turbulence have simply picked up and disappeared (as most feared Ukyo would do). But you have people - reputable people - working to solve this.

12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The People VS. Ukyo (AKA WeExchange 2nd Stage Scam)! Currently ~$500,000 on: November 20, 2013, 06:38:23 PM
Ok, so this thread is seriously unjustified at this point.  Ukyo is clearly having difficulties delivering.  But it does not justify a scam accusation so long as he appears to be working on the issue.

Wow, what an immature move changing the thread title to something even more alarmist than before.  Guaranteed to get you faster results, I'm sure.

Ignored.
14  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: November 04, 2013, 10:42:39 PM
As a current Ukyo.Loan holder who does not plan to sell as a result of the Bitfunder closing announcement, I want to try to balance out the vitriol that will no doubt be leveled at you as a result of what has happened by saying I appreciate how much work you are doing, and how difficult this whole situation must be for you.  Keep up the good work, but for heaven's sake get some help with it all, so you don't burn out from exhaustion.
