TenX partnership with UBER? I wonder if there will be an Uber edition TenX Card in the future??
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: January 21, 2018, 03:21:15 PM
TenX is waiting on their card issuer (Wirecard) to start sending out cards. They are not legally allowed to talk about it but I'm assuming Wirecard has had issues or something which is why its taking so damn long.

Hopefully they get their banking license in Q2 of this year so they dont have to rely on 3rd party issuers which are unreliable as demonstrated by Wavecrest.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: January 06, 2018, 10:48:40 AM
This is all Wavecrest's fault. First they stopped worldwide shipment and now they get shut down by Visa for being incompetent. Sucks that TenX got involved with a bunch of clowns. It makes TenX look incompetent but they really arent except for the scaling issues they had a while back.

The good news is that they are now able to forget about their EU Wavecrest cards and get 100% of their team to work on integrating their system with their other card issuer, Wirecard. Should be done soon. Then in Q2, if all goes well, TenX will be the only company with a banking license to issue their own cards.

No one could have predicted these ridiculous regulation delays. It delayed the rewards, it delayed worldwide shipments, etc. It delayed pretty much everything, but none of that matters in Crypto. These coins get value through hype and FOMO. Considering TenX doesn't ever post anything positive about themselves, it has made the token undesirable to hold.

Julian has said it would get listed on a major exchange. That's probably the only worthy news (gdax or bithump) considering everything else is "soon" aka Q1 aka "aiming for Q1" aka "we haven't forgotten about you".

Julian said PAY will be listed in a very popular exchange that hasn't listed any ERC20 tokens yet? Which could it be?? Coinbase?  Huh

JULIAN SPEAKS:

https://blog.tenx.tech/tenx-pay-token-structure-update-4f19be727870

Crypto exchanges seeking to list the PAY token and those on which the PAY token is already listed have requested for some clarifications on the PAY token structure, which were essential for the listing of the PAY token. As we believe that the information we shared with them is also relevant to our community, we would like to list some summarised points below:

Crypto exchanges are not registered as platforms that can trade securities and other regulated products, so they need to ensure that every token or digital asset which they accept on their platforms is not a security or any other type of regulated product. For the overall industry, such due diligence efforts are part of a positive process that will bring more transparency and discipline to all market participants.
To date, PAY token holders have not received any reward of any kind.

The PAY token was never intended to be a security or any other type of regulated product. To further improve its features, we are undertaking a review and update of its current structure and no rewards of any kind will be distributed to PAY token holders under such current structure.

The finalised terms and conditions in relation to rights of PAY token holders and the membership and loyalty programme, based on the updated structure, will be made available to you soon. Such terms and conditions will clarify that the PAY token is not intended to constitute a security or any other type of regulated product (such as an investment contract, debenture or unit in a collective investment scheme).

For a token not to be seen as a security or any other type of regulated product, there must not be any expectation of any receipt of investment returns by its holders. Therefore, we would be unable to provide any assurance that any rewards will be distributed to PAY token holders even under the updated structure and PAY token holders should not expect to receive any rewards even under the updated structure.

As shared by us on multiple occasions, this structure is to ensure that PAY tokens are widely accepted for trading on as many reputable crypto exchanges as possible.

The updated structure will keep crypto exchanges from receiving any potential rewards from PAY tokens, because such exchanges are not intended to be members of the membership or loyalty programme envisioned by us.

We are doing our best to complete the update of the PAY token structure as efficiently and quickly as possible with our legal advisors, and will provide a further update with more details when we are ready. We will update you with a blog post followed by a YouTube Q&A.
We are confident that you, our community and PAY token holders will love the updated structure of the PAY token with the additional features.

We hope the above points clarify any existing uncertainties surrounding the PAY token for our community and partners.

You confirmed yourself as a FUDDER the moment you PURPOSELY LEFT OUT the very last point on the post:

"We are confident that you, our community and PAY token holders will love the updated structure of the PAY token with the additional features."

They never said they are not paying the 0.5% rewards. They say "do not expect them". Because if we "expect" them from owning the TOKEN, then PAY is considered a SECURITY and cannot be listed on ANY exchanges. They will still give the rewards, but they have to use different wording for legal reasons in order to not be deemed a SECURITY.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: November 27, 2017, 09:10:09 AM
Hello

Just ordered the card yesterday, is there a way to know how long it takes to get it?
Expect it by Christmas if you are in the EU. This is the latest info.

They are ramping up their card shipments and will clear their EU waitlist by Christmas.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: November 07, 2017, 04:21:47 AM
hi there, i m from france, is there any french who received the card ? i want one also
Ordered September 1st. Still waiting. From France.

ordered August 12th. Still waiting, EU

this "company" is fucking joke, nobody is answering, nobody is communicating! stay away cos they are tards.
I have no idea how anyone can say they aren't communicating when they have addressed the card shipment issue in various Q&A videos, their latest podcast video, etc. And you can talk to them whenever you wish on their chat https://chat.tenx.tech/ . They always have a guy in there. Its literally his job..

The rumours (cooperating with Wirecard) spread around by Dr. Julian Hosp are not true = fake news. This was not hard to find.
Every company preparing a press release with a company like Wirecard, which is listed on the German stock market (in this case TecDAX) has to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement) first, which includes some high fines, if one of the parties disobeys this NDA.  So if there is a cooperation, then there has to be a signed NDA. No one at TenX would risk to pay the fine. Also every company under German law listed on the stock market, has to announce every information which can influence the stock price, as soon as possible.

An guess what? No announcement until yet.
Both facts show, that TenX has a serios Problem to find a card issuer. Other competitors on the market are already in place and doing their business well without post like "the rocket has started" or fake news like this.

They've had this issuer for a long ass time. There is no NDA, press release, or anything of that garbage. TenX has not revealed Wirecard as their issuer until now because there was no need to. They said they would eventually officially announce it once people start getting their cards since people would've found out anyways.

Is there any information on when the first shares with token holders will happen?

They said they are waiting on the Kasper protocol upgrade on Ethereum, but if it takes too long, they will code it themselves. They wanted to begin giving shares by now, but the Ethereum updates got delayed.

They finally opened up their chat again:

No more Slack

TenX is being overwhelmed with volume and support tickets so they are about 1 week behind in answering people. In a way that's a good thing since there is very high demand for the TenX card. More than their expectations. Tens of thousands of orders.

Worldwide shipping is being finalized. Everything on TenX's side is done. Just waiting on final steps with their card issuer.

Also "major" television appearances in Europe next couple of weeks. TV "Shows that you all know"

I sold all my TenX and bought Centra. I think Centra is a more promising project plus I live in the US so TenX is useless to me at this point. Centra also is going to offer a fiat gateway on their mobile app so it will also be like Coinbase. They also are opening an amazon like marketplace called Cbay. Centra is very undervalued at this point with only 70 mill market cap.
Unless you paid for a metal card for thousands of dollars during the ICO, Centra's roadmap says they will launch mid-2018. So Centra is also useless to you....meanwhile TenX will likely be shipping US cards December - January. Just saying.

How often TenX will pay dividents?

Tenx will pay dividends once a month to begin with. Later on you will receive hourly. 0.5% of all purchases made by card holders will be paid to token holders in ETH. 0.1% of your own purchases comes back to you in form of PAY token. The more you use your card the more PAY token will receive, the more PAY token you hold the more share you have of 0.5%. TenX is the king of passive income.
personnaly I don't think that dividents payed hourly is a good choice, it will create too many transactions and multiply fees for nothing giving too much charges on ethereum blockchain

Here is what some TenX guy said on their slack a while back regarding hourly payments:

"in simple terms your rewards would not actually transfer to you until you went to spend them. the funds would be assigned to you, but not actually in your wallet. the rewards 'assigned' to you would stack up hourly until you actually wanted to move the funds, at which point they would be sent to you in 1 ETH TX (instead of many thousands of little ones)"

TenX came out of the PayPal's Singapore incubator (more info: https://www.dealstreetasia.com/stories/paypal-39830/)

Proof they graduated:
(https://www.techinasia.com/paypal-incubator-startups-first-cohort) and you can check their early VLOGs where they had an office with many Paypal logos. They are the furthest thing from a scam. They are one of the most reputable in fact. They know what they're doing.

Where does centra stands in between Monaco and Tenx cards
also does MTL is a competitor of it

TenX and Monaco do not have a working card yet.  Go to their slack, you will find everyone asking when will Visa be approved.  Centra has a working product before ICO and people to promote it!
Card benefit comparison: https://i.imgur.com/OftsfGS.jpg

MTL is not in the debit card crypto space, so its quite different.
Actually thousands of people have and use their TenX cards. The supported currencies on Centra look nice though.

Message from TenX co-founder:

Everything is fine for TenX. China's ICO ban does not affect TenX.

Dont listen to those MCO shills who are spreading FUD after their disaster of a token went from $26 to $8 in 2 days.
