if you're brave and you have a leap of faith to trust a newbie, here's my attempt to compile the windows wallet:
http://f4k3.net/~fake/Iridium-qt.zipit should contain all of the required things (and maybe a tad more to make sure) and should work on 32- and 64bit windows versions (being 32bit).
