It is really strange that Bittrex doesn't respond to criticisms and complaints. What has happened to Bittrex?
Why don't they make an announcement about disabled accounts?
Bittrex already made a statement about the disabled accounts Statement on disabled accounts and they released it through their twitter account. Bittrex is not active in this forum. You may see OP log in his account just to check but no posts made for the passed few months. They are active in slack and twitter specially Richiela and he responds to questions too. can you refer that where they response why they disable accounts and when it will solve??? and why they dont warn about this situation before they hostage our money if your reference is that link, it dont mention why they disable accounts and when they will open it and you must be know they release that after one week, any thing they do until now !! they dont open any single accounts that they disabled before and it means they dont will to open accounts until now and as they clam just 0.1% account are effected disable issue and they cant fix it and cant even give a proper explanation, what happen if more account effect something else issue, i think it must then about 2 years to solve it they dont have activity in most important crypto forum!! bad for them because some people follow bitcointalk to find out crypto news they disabled many accounts without explanation about 31 day , i ask every biitrex support include Richiela in slack and they dont answer me, i send my ticket number in slack to nothing happen before i deposit my money i send all of doc they want and get enhanced verification proof, then i deposit my capital and trust ,obviously i was wrong i give them my money (8.2 BTC) politely and now i must beg to take it back??!!! |

I had no issues with my account, but when I heard the reports about accounts getting closed I got worried. And when I saw that this Bittrex guy on Twitter behaved like a dick, I moved my coins outta there as quickly as possible.
Just a wild guess, but if the affected accounts all belong to middle east-ish countries, it could mean this is some sort of measere against terrorism and how they finance their operations.
In any case, an xchange with bad communication and bad rumors is a red flad for me.
you do right thing but dont be simple man terrorism?!!! witch folly terrorism use exchange to transfer money, and with this few amount of capital?!!! there is some disabled account with 0.01,0.1 and someone fool like me deposit 8 btc that all of my money and it my hard work from years no man this is not related the topic you think, it just relate to greedy and they do it just because they can anyway beside this issue , you must consider that what support will do if some day any problem happen to your account for any reason, and what you can to do if they dont even answer you is there any guaranty that your capital is safe? do you know where is their company and is there any responsibility of them? |

30 days that my account is disabled,
my capital loss more than 70% and no answer from bittrex
who let them hold my money,
its a heist in the day light
in one statement after 13 days of disabling accounts, bittrex says there is only 0.001% of account effect disabled issue, but even dont try to explain why
then i ask all wise men
why bittrex dont mention why these account disabled
if this is few as bittrex calmed why they dont answer them and trying to enable account,
why no warning before do that
why stop trading
i mention that when i signup there ,they say i can withdraw 3 btc per day with basic verification
then i send them my docs like passport and id and selfie ... then they promote my account to enhanced verified account and says i can withdraw 100 btc perday
after i got ev proof i deposit my capital there
one day i wake up and see they block my account with no resone
in the first i try to contact support and they just reply me an robotic message that they will try solve the issue
after that i realize that many people are engaged same issue
this is very un-respect behavior to me who trust them
i deposit 8.2 btc in first and now i have 2.6 btc because i bought alts and bittrex disabled my account and i cant sell alts in good time, and even i cant withdraw my own money after 1 month
if just me who this happen to him and you dont consider thousand people are effected this un-respect and pirate behavior
i think any one must do more caution in face off bittrex

my account is disabled from 12 oct 2017 with no reason and and support just reply robotic response
now 15 days and there is no answer from bittrex
why and when this issue will solve ?

8th days, bittrex disable my EV account,
there is no answer, just robotic replays,
i am still in loss with alt dumps and btc high
i wondering my self how i trust a site and give them 8 btc, its my fault to trust them, and they dont respect this trust for even say any proper word about why they disable my account ,my account was enhanced pass port verified, and i am very regret why put my money there and worth why i give them my document, when they break simple money trust there is no reason that i think my docs are safe in there.

If you guys were trading "big money" with unverified account, you are the person to blame. Not bittrex....
Do not comment without enough information please. Many accounts, including my account, have been fully verified If you got banned there is a reason behind it. I doubt bittrex ban account "for fun". well well well doctor you completely solve problem. what that reason, why they hide it? we deserve proper answer, it a heist |

i inform today that bittrex address on google map is in middle of restaurant parking and it scary me more, any one have the right bittrex address,

are you not worry if you loss all your coin? why so hard to do what they ask for?
what is going to do if they wont give your money back till you give your identification
did you read previous post? most of people give them all docs they want before like passport , selfie,.... but they dont do anything, what do you feel if your account be disable and 6 days they dont give you any proper response that why your account disabled? and if they want change their terms must tell for resign or leave, it very un pro act . |

i am enhanced verify account,
i was first do enhanced passport verification and phone verification, and after approve all i deposit my money there,
if they have problem with enhanced they can just say we cant approve for any reason but they wait to deposit then disabled account, its a heist
and they dont just disable withdraw, they disable all suddenly without any warning before then i have many open trade that in huge loss now, they screw my hard work result,
now after all they dont answer me ,just bot response and nothing more, is it acceptable for you that give your money them politely and beg for give it back?

no response for more than 2 days i verified with passport about 1 month ago,and i got enhanced verification success no reply and thousand account disabled with out any response in support or in any social some people loss huge in alcoin dump and they cant sell their btc in high, not 3 day that no response |

what happening on bittrex?!!
suddenly when BTC pump bittrex disabled thousand account and prevent any trading. not reply to any support tickets, no response in any public chat for more than 36 hours
i cant excuse bittrex but it very suspicious for me than this all just with plan
some people just loss on open trades, and some people cant sell btc in high,
is bittrex going to recover lost. i dont think so, i am sure when open account just say sorry it was a technical issue and end,
there is no happy ending with any centerized system
