Kraken informed me that they are having wire transfer issues right now with US Banks. Why does it seem to be so difficult to wire or ACH money directly to my bank account from these bitcoin exchanges/wallets? Jeez

I have received conflicting information from Kraken as to why I cannot withdraw out of my account. They said that my ID must show all 4 corners clearly, with a dark background, and I have done this multiple times in multiple different light settings. The picture is as clear as can be yet they don't want to verify my ID. Please advise as the customer service support has been very poor to this point.

I appreciate the replies guys. Is there any way to get my account unbanned from coinbase? It just seems so silly to me that this was a one time mistake and if my bank doesnt care about me buying stuff from an online pharmacy why should they?

I got banned from coinbase for buying a diabetic drug and so im curious if there is any other service like coinbase in the US that allows you to deposit and withdraw through a bank account. I really enjoyed how simple coinbase was...gotta say im pretty dissapointed about the whole thing.
