As mentioned previously and in our press releases, the agreement with Samsung hasn't been completed yet. The deal will go through if we are able secure the funding ourselves which is required to start the development, this was the condition we agreed on with Samsung. We have already sold a fair share of all EXX tokens in the first pre-ico days, so things are looking great and we should be able to raise required funds. We will not comment on such accusations, as they are completely groundless and come from people who are afraid we may pose danger to IOTA and its price. We will continue working hard to complete objectives in our roadmap and reach that 13B USD IOT market in 2020. |

The release of the software will not be before November/December 2018? Did I get it right? Does this mean you have not implemented anything yet or can you provide a Github respository to demonstrate the MVP and to let us observe development progress? We would also like to point out that DAG isn't something that belongs to IOTA or that all IoT projects are just copies of IOTA.
Exxor will not be competing with IOTA nor we ever intended to do so. While our technologies may have some similarities from technical point of view,yet we are fundamentally different with our approach in seeking to provide tangible, effective and tailored solutions to businesses who will inevitably be using IoT solutions in the near future. Some of them might eventually switch to IOTA, but we believe there is going to be a market of users who would benefit from having their own network.
We understand that we may not be able to reach the scale and levels of adoption as IOTA, and its not our objective in any sense, as mentioned previously. Thus, developing a working interface for M2M transactions which can be easily adopted by businesses is something that takes time,yet is easier to achieve on a smaller scale. Therefore, we believe this is another difference that separates us from IOTA
We would like to kindly ask people who are calling us phony and making other baseless accusations, to refrain from doing so in this thread, because it is not only unnecessary damaging our brand but is also staining the whole community.

The MVP is expected to be built together with Samsung once we confirm an official partnerships with them. It should accelerate the development process and might be completed before the estimated date. In terms of funding, 23M USD is our maximum cap, however, the minimum amount which will be sufficient enough to fund our product's development is only 2M USD. |

Thanks for your interest in our project. It will depend on the results of our pre-ico. If we don't raise estimated funds during this stage, we may consider lowering token's price during main ICO. The decision will be made moving towards the of pre-ico and if that is the case, we will announce it on our website and social media channels. So you may want to follow us there, to get notified first. The graphic displaying the number of sold tokens should appear very shortly. |

What are your terms & conditions for participating in ICO? Do you restrict certain citizens to participate or is it open for everyone? Will you require some sort of registration?
We appreciate your interest in our ICO. Why we would like to invite everyone to participate, due to recent restrictions on ICO's in different jurisdictions we cannot accept citizens from USA, Singapore and China. Investors will not need to register, unless the amount invested exceeds 50 000 USD. In this case, we will ask them to provide some sort of identification. I like your approach. Do you expect to sell all the tokens during your pre-ico or there are limited tokens for pre-ico? During pre-ico, the tokens will be sold for 0.20USD to give investors an opportunity to purchase it at a discounted price. There won't be any limit on amount of tokens sold during pre-ico. If all tokens are sold during pre-ico, then we will stop the crowdsale and then will start major development operations Fair enough, when are you going to provide wallet addresses for sending btc?
The addresses will be posted on and only on our website at 10:00 AM UTC. We will also temporarily close our telegram and other social media channels to prevent any 3rd parties to cause confusion and steal the funds from investors. There were a few examples where during projects' ICO, attackers post fictitious wallet address in social media channels posing as genuine staff and steal the funds. Therefore, We have to take all necessary precautions to protect our investors and ensure maximum security of transacted funds |

what's the meaning of " Plattform: Ethereum"?!? is this project in the end nothing more than an ERC-20 token?  Thank you for spotting the error, there must have been a typo. This will be changed very shortly, since Exxor's tokens doesn't have to do anything with Ethereum or any other cryptocurrency for that matter so this is the ICO token to gain money (which is ETH based?!, but do you have your own currency which later will be used for the IoT? if yes in which quantity? canīt find it in the white paper... The Exx tokens during an ICO will be used to raise money for the product development and will be distributed to investors. There will be separate ''tokens'' which will solely be used for executing transactions on the network and in much bigger quantity. This is one of the things on which we are constantly working. |

It was at first only a verbal agreement when we met with company's reps in London to present our idea. We have since been actively communicating and discussing potential opportunities to secure a formal partnership. The negotiations are going in the right direction with a likelihood of securing provisional funding to kickstart the development,and its not too long before we become official partners.

We've received a lot of questions why our code is not an open-source. We understand that this causes a lot frustration, but since our business strategy is to sell/licence the product to businesses, it can't be any other way. We might release some parts to get some feedback from community later this year, but we won't be publishing the whole thing.

We believe our main difference from IOTA is that we are more business-driven with determined selling approach. Our initial target market will primarily consist of business enterprises which according to BI Intelligence IoT report (2016) will be the biggest investors and top adopters of IoT. One of our sales strategy activities will involve partnerships with corporations which would offer our technology to their clients. In this way, we can reach a considerably wider market and conserve resources compared to selling to end-clients ourselves. In addition,while we may sacrifice a little on our autonomy, partnerships will provide more flexibility to our development process and ease to stay up to date with the industry needs and expectations.
