Saphire mining reward will be lower, so don't blame pools for lower payments  If so then the price shold be increase right? Or no one will mine Solaris.. Mining reward decreases but Masternode reward increases |

a lot of dev tems fool themselves into thinking being listed on more exchanges is progress or some kind of shortcut. Neither is the case. The only way is hard work over time or hard work and contacts at high places.
I am only here to give advice, if they take it to heart or not does not matter to me. Also please don't tell me what a coin needs or does not need as if you're an authority on the matter, instead try to soak up some information.
I think a part of their thinking is to break into the Asian market. They implemented zerocoin protocol in basically 3 months and are releasing a road map this week. Getting more exposure on another exchange is clearly not their only way of growing. |

Anyone have troubles with UMine payments? Have no payouts to my wallet in about 24 hours. Could this happens due solaris wallet not updated on pool?
Had no issues with payments here, mined there for half a day yesterday and had regular payments. Are they visible on blockexplorer https://solaris.blockexplorer.pro/ ? Now I see those transactions exists on another block explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xlr/. Should we report to developer on this issue? In the telegram group, they've acknowledged there's difficulty with the new wallet syncing with the explorer. They're aware and are already working on it. |

I already update my wallet , and my wallet have some Masternodes running with node-vps.com . Do I have to update my Masternodes too and how ? THANKS  You will have to update your MN wallet. Node-vps does all the setup for you so you'll have to get in touch with them to update the wallet. |

A LITTLE ABOUT zXLR
ZeroSolaris is a feature which emanates from the ZeroCoin protocol and allows users to make anonymous transactions on the Solaris blockchain.
This feature was implemented in a bid to enhance privacy of blockchain transactions.
This feature allows you to convert your XLR to zXLR optionally so that you can spend your zXLR incognito as though it were XLR.
This feature will be expatiated in due time
AFTER RELEASE
Users, mining pools, exchanges, masternodes, VPS wallets, local computer wallets, etc are encouraged to immediately update their wallets appropriately.
The fork will hopefully be implemented at a blockheight that will coincide with 20th january 2018.
Thus on 20th January next year, ZeroSolaris protocol will be set rolling.

I'm unsure as some of the responses have "December 2017" and some have "December 17" so maybe someone messed with the subject line. Dev, do you have any clarity? |

When you buy a Coin, it is in your interest that you check whats going on with this coin.
When you missed then a coin swap ... then is this your Problem.
Solaris ore the Community is not the backup from your Brain.
So it's every coin owner's responsibility to review the announcement page for every single coin they own every 29 days? Be reasonable. It's not as if there's an effective notification mechanism for owners to be aware of every coin swap out there. Durability (store of wealth) is the most important feature of money. Short coin swaps undermine that. They announced the coin swap at the beginning of October and gave two months. I get that it can be annoying to check and I'm sorry for your loss. We're in an unprecedented era and it's a quickly evolving landscape. The point of decentralization is to give the power back to the individual, no one else is getting paid a fee to do it for you. So yes it is the coin owner's responsibility to keep updated with their coins |

Honestly I see this as a perfect opportunity to help fund development AND reward the community holders for their dedication to XLR, I'm definitely for 25% being kept for development, as the same time I propose we follow the Bitsend teams example with BSD and BTX by taking another 25% for an airdrop over the next year to XLR holders it was awesome seeing that 3% come in every week on BTX and it did wonders for both adoption and price. We could burn the remaining 50% or award it as a milestone bounty for a community achievement such as getting a Bittrex add or some major partnership announcement; you know something to that degree to entice community drive but otherwise good job team on progress so far! Keep up the good work!  I second that. Perhaps just a smaller percentage for airdrop to curb inflation. Are there any indications as to when XLR will be active on Cryptopia ? Agreed. A couple of people have indicated we should keep all of the premine. I don't think we need to - that's why we have the budget system. Just enough to fill coffers to last us for a few months until that's up and running. Keep 50% for development and an airdrop. I don't think that it needs to be split 50/50 because development is more important than an airdrop imo. Maybe like 75% development/25% airdrop. Burn the other half of the premine. Afaik, dev says we're not going to relist XLR on Cryptopia. Relisting fee is ~4.5 BTC. Maybe that would change with masternode voting but that's a huge chunk of change. |

Any ideas?
Use webwallet web wallet don't have the possibility to recover the password and now my coin are locked in.. Have but hidden. I will update it This is a possibility to recover the password for the web wallet? Because I'm having trouble accessing it. Now it's avaliable. I tried to reset my password and it said 'token was sent' but I didn't ever receive an email. I'm trying 4 hours later and it saying now 'please wait -1 hour(s) until you will be able to try again. Check spam. Nothing Now have to wait "-11 hours"  |

I don't know. It's ripe to start growing, especially if we get added to more exchanges. Between zero Solaris and the supply halving, both taking place in December, we have a good footing to start rising consistently. |

can anyone help me or explain what is happening.
my masternodes were active from the beginning.
but since a few days some are start missing and then I must start them again.
it is random on all my masternodes.
What does your command line say when you type in "masternode status" and press enter? the strange part is. in my local wallet it says missing but on my vps it is activated but no rewards. and when I activate it again through local wallet it works again and it doesnt matter if it is on my big vps or small or my home IP . once a day one or 2 are missing randomly. Have you updated each solaris.conf with the most recent nodes? Mine started doing the same thing right after we entered into phase two. So I added the nodes provided by lycheebit and reset the remote wallet. |

Was this timeframe confirmed? I don't remember the dev saying anything specifically about the date but I may have missed the post. |

Traders moving over to Binance from Bittrex due to problems and slowness. Cryptopia is mucho expensive for coin listing... imo Binance and CryptoBridge are exchanges of the future and would be gr8 for Solaris  Binance would be huge. Wonder what the requirements/fees are to get on it? Agreed. Traders are fickle. From Poloniex to Bittrex to Binance, all within a few months. |

Well for me its the same thing if i run one masternode or two.
When i had one this command gave me the same error.
Now i have two and its still "This is not a masternode (code -1)" message when i type "masternode status".
When i start them it says successful for both. I can see them working with masternode list, its just this command gives me that error.
Yeah, I'm getting the same error now as well. Not sure what the problem is there, was working before. I'll remove it from the guide for the time being. I think it's because you're running your MNs on VPS. With that command you're checking the status on your local wallet instead of your wallets in the VPS. It's a small thing since it's not necessary for the start up and there are other ways to check to see that your MNs are enabled. |
