Well I guess this merit award or point whatever you call it to given for us guys as notification that our job or post is being recognize, it was given purposely to praise you for your good post and for those who has not so high merit will get a chance to do even better quality post, well I hope this will not bring discrimination at all, How about the people give effort in every post to give a chance or hope to be ranked up. so if this issue happen then sorry for everyone that cant afford to buy merit Wink Cheesy
but it's still unfair who can't afford to buy merit.
4  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: March 18, 2018, 05:25:01 PM
Hello guys i saw some newbie has a merit points haha.what do you think?they buy it or not?because anyone who had merit points can be transfer to other people or sell them to other people.

If this is the case,  it is very unfair to us people who really work hard to gain  merits.  I suggest that Admin people should really look into this and come to a solutions that should resolve this issue.

i guest you  can  see why he got merit?
5  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: February 24, 2018, 12:10:45 PM
So I think this merit mechanism is unfair, because it would allow those legendary or heroic users to profit from the merit mechanisms, and not to upgrade those who can not afford it.
you are right, merit system does reduce the number of spamer
but, the negative impact of merit system is that we will be very long to raise rank, because it requires a lot of merit.
and I have seen, not all good posts get merit.
if you make a good post. but people who read do not like it, then you will not get merit.

Yeah your'e right, and you  can see some other newbie has a merit points.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: DeepOnion price on: February 21, 2018, 09:11:35 AM
I am a huge fan of DeepOnion and what they are aiming to achieve this year. I can't wait until their mobile wallets are released, and eventually smart-contract capabilities. DeepSend will be coming soon as well, which is very unique feature for this cryptocurrency. The DeepVault option in the wallet is also unique and a game changer. With quite a small supply of total onions, comparing this coin to other privacy coins such as Monero and Zcash, I believe DeepOnion can easily achieve $100 if not higher. Monero and DeepOnion have somewhat similar supply of coins, and Monero has been as high as $460+ with a 7.3bln market cap. It may take quite some time for DeepOnion to reach these levels, but it would not surprise me. I think 2018 will be a big year for DeepOnion!

I hope they release an android app for deeponion,so were not going to tired to open in mobile browser.you just need to open the app Smiley

I don’t see anything wrong in noobies acquiring merit. I don’t understand why you automatically jump to conclusion it was bought? Merit is not panacea to provide information about accoun authority, its a tool to prevent mass account farming.
And where did u get your merit?

11  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: February 02, 2018, 03:01:04 PM
Im newbie here and I saw merits.. I dont understand it.. I even research in google but I couldnt find any answer..
Merit is the point given by others if your post is considered useful and quality.
This Merit is a key requirement to improve your account ranking. Merit is given to you by other user if your post are very constructive and meaningful. There are Merit and sMerit. Merit is the points given to while sMerit is sendable Merit which you can send this to other users.
Yes, merit is not for sale because selling merits isn't prohibited or acquired. I think those bitcointalk users who sell bitcoin will be punished, I don't think so.

i saw you had merit too.where did u get it?
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is raiblocksgamebot in telegram legit? on: February 02, 2018, 02:59:27 PM
I also won 10 xrb today. With the same scenarios. They ask me to deposit atleast 1xrb. And I searched in the google for the review and I can't find it.

yeah, that's why i tried to post it here.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is raiblocksgamebot in telegram legit? on: February 02, 2018, 02:57:14 PM
Fraud, I checked my balance on raiblocks using the wallet the bot provided but there's none eventhough the bot said I won 10 XRB. I tried withdrawing but I can't because not verified, I can only verify if I deposit 1 XRB. So 99% scam.

Yep, exact same thing happened to me. I randomly won 10 XRB but I need to deposit in order to get them, totally a scam

Same!

I never played but won and should pay to get 10 XRB Cheesy

Hahaha that's really funny. Thanks for the heads-up guys! Going by the responses, definitely not legit, and thanks to this thread we have our answer.

yeah haahaha,i didn't bet too,but i won 10xrb hahaha.

Let's hope that the people who will try to cheat the system and trade merits will not get so ingenious that they cannot be discovered. Otherwise the whole system of merit would be fatally jeopardized.
Well they can try and cheat just to earn some merits, but we have to consider that they are only giving sMerits and the Merits are only given by those that are authorized to be Source Merits. Also have to consider that the system already provided tracks of the sMerits or Merits that are or being given, its easy for us to monitor if someone or some people are abusing the use the sMerits.

This concludes that the system is absolute and can not be jeopardized, to think that they've already made a defense mechanism to the system.

Maybe they track it if someone selling?or they can track the user activity if it's given or buyed.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin price continue to go down? on: January 29, 2018, 08:20:43 PM

Hello guys i saw some newbie has a merit points haha.what do you think?they buy it or not?because anyone who had merit points can be transfer to other people or sell them to other people.
If they have quality of course it is not a problem. You can see the posts made and when it suits then it is inappropriate in the matter, but if there is something awkward may be worse suspect is the most rational. Merit provides many opportunities for some unqualified people, as you say that the main problem is selling and buying merit points.
It will be good if admin is removed the merit transfer? Then you can only got merit if your post is high-quality or useful?
19  Other / Meta / Re: People might sell they're merit points. on: January 29, 2018, 08:13:16 PM

Yeah I think its not good, maybe those who are selling their merit should banned automatically or maybe have some warning. Buying merit is not good, merit should need to work hard before you can get it. Moderators should do something about this.

Maybe they can remove selling merit and only high quality post or usefull post can get merit.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an Illuminati Scam? on: January 28, 2018, 05:26:50 PM
Hi I am a newbie here in Bitcointakorg. Also I am new to Crypto trading fielding as well. While I was talking to one of my friends about Crypto Market. He doubted this new currency trend. As He said There is Illuminati behind this project.  He submitted me some facts exacting some one's article that It is a scam and that could cause to loose everything one day. I will list them here below one by one.

1. Bitcoin is not a company, It has no corporate entity..
(You can't sue bitcoin, inc. If the promises you were made about bitcoin price valuations don't pan. There is no bitcoin, inc)

2. Bitcoin doesn't have any earnings, revenues, profits, profits or P/E ratios.

3. Bitcoin trading isn't regulated by any one.

4. If the internet goes down, Bitcoins cease to exit.

5. Very few accept bitcoins as form of payment. ( although this could grow)

6. Bitcoins transactions are not free and fee getting increased time to time.

7. You can't sue anything if you loose your bitcoins,

8. Nearly all bitcoins promoters have a conflict of interest in attracting more buyers in to bitcoins.

9. Bitcoin isn't very liquid market compare to stock market, Transactions can days to clear

10. Because of bitcoin isn't regulated by the SEC, Bitcoin promoters can claim any forward - looking estimates for future
( the government cannot take any legal action against them )

I would like to know you people's views regarding above facts, Really Appreciate your participation, Looking forward to learn many things from you as a newbie. Thanks in advance.

Ummm... I was really looking forward into finding something relating to the claim that this is an illuminati scam or that bitcoins are connected to illuminati. Seriously, I really have been looking for it. But hey, of illuminati is truly what people say they are, then i can say that this really might be true and we need to he careful.

But sadly, i didn't see anything related to illuminati. But even if there was i would still remain with bitcoins.

I think they can say bitcoin is illuminati because bitcoin is encouraging people to buy or gambling in any faucet and also people are too rushing to earn bitcoin because of money.
