Hi,
We hired tokenfund.io to run our bounty program and agreed in a 4 weeks test run.
As we haven't been happy with their performance we paused the contract to evaluate.
We asked them to release the list of bounty program participents which they refuse to hand us over.
We act very transparent and professional, as everyone can see from our websites, ico page and white paper. We are an existing business with a strong business model.

As I understand it, the organization now specializes in work in the Asian market. But I think it would be great if they expanded their activities into other countries to increase sales. Too bad that while the Galaxy eSolution don't have such plans.
Hello. The good news is that at this exactly moment the company's activities has spread to 26 countries in different regions of the world. One of the purposes of the ICO is further geographic expansion, more specifically – the entry another 50 countries in the market. And I'm sure that 50 countries won't be enough for the company and it will continue to carry out activities across the world. The founders of the company apparently did the great job as they could start working in 26 countries in less than a year of work. I hope, they will succeed in reaching the number of 50 countries for another 6 months. By the way, you do know way in which they expand their geography? The most obvious way is by means of marketing. After the ICO, Galaxy eSolution is planning to increase the advertising budget to use new ways to attract consumers in different countries. It means using advertisement in social networks, on TV, outdoor advertising, etc. I advise you to read white paper for this project, it is contained the company's plans about its marketing campaign. Do I understand correctly that the Galaxy eSolution already works on the market of the refurbished equipment? It would be interesting to know how many years the company sells refurbished equipment and to look on its sales results.

I didn’t fully understood why you need intermediaries in some cases when buying refurbished devices. Can you explain it to please, if you don’t mind?
We buy-in phones through several ways and channels. One is through dealers and other methods, but soon we will launch mobile freak our own website to buy-in 2nd hand mobile phones from consumers directly. |

It looks to me, there are no restrictions. It means that one investor can buy all the remaining coins are available for purchase. Indeed we have neither a restriction of how many Ether a single funder could contribute nor the amount of tokens that can be hold by a single funder. |

Hi, for the exact math I would refer to our WhitePaper. It is based on the projected profit we will make and share, the amount of tokens we buy back and the underlying company value. Our estimation is rather conservative! |

I’m interested in legal aspect of work of every project that uses crypto-currencies and tokens. GES is an attractive company, I got interested and I want to ask the developers a question: have you already worked out all the legal aspects? Won’t you be in trouble with the law?

The prices for new phones will be higher, like if the sales for the iPhone 7 increase and will get replaced by iPhone 6 sales for instance, so the average purchasing value we see atm is quite stable and even increasing for some categories like Apple iPhones. |

Now there’re already first problems with the operation of the phone's dynamics. You are the one to be blamed for having bought your phone in some weird store. Did you find out with the use of what equipment it was refurbished? Did you ask where the staff of that place buys parts from? All this is very important. It’s the same as when buying a used car - if it is well made, it will serve for a long time, and if it isn’t, you won’t leave the car service in a couple of months. Very often such artisan stores use spare parts from other phones that just can’t be recovered. But the GES won’t do so; spare parts will only be bought from the plant. We use only new and original parts in our factory. Hence we can give the 13 month free warranty which can be extended to 24-48month. |

Hi, we will look into each country if we will work B2C or B2B or both. Some countries we do both as we can grow faster that way. In a few countries we have legal entities but we can also with partners who have one. Hope that helps. |

The project seems to have good prospects, but why is its specialization so narrow? There’re lots of fans of Samsung, Huawei and many other smartphones, but you repair only Apple ones. I think that you expand the list of devices repaired you wold collect more money during the ICO.
Hello. You should read the information that is set out in the White Paper of the project more carefully. The developers have described company’s current concept and future plans which also include working with smartphones from other manufactures. In particular, they’ll develop Android Reborn project. Be the way, the funds collected during the ICO will be allocated to this purpose. I’ve read that they’re going to expand the area of operating in the future, too. That’s why you shouldn’t be so skeptical of their prospects. They are going to work not only with smartphones but at least with also notebooks also. It sounds good and interesting but the notion of “the nearest future” can turn out to be very blurred. Do creators of the company specify any timing? Hi, nearest future means in the next 3-6 months we will take more brands onboard. We already have DJI drones. Beginning of next year we will start setting up the factory for more brands such as Samsung, Huawei, etc. It takes some time to set the production up as the process needs to be established so the quality is high!
